Great service!!! I have a Burberry watch, with a stainless steel band. It was too big and it got hung on a handle and broke the pin and screws out of one of the links in the band. Burberry said there was nothing they could do because they do not sell new bands for this watch. Basically, I was on my own. Took it to Bradshaws and it was a difficult fix but they did it!!! I am so happy that they 1. Offered to fix it even though it was going to be a tough one, 2. They had it done and the repair was $30.00 on this watch that retailed for $900 at Macys when it was gifted to me. Thanks so much!!! I have my favorite watch back and as good as new!!

My husband and I had been shopping around for the perfect ring, as we have celebrated our 10th anniversary this year. Sure we saw other beautiful rings and stones at other locations but we kept coming back to Bradshaws. Ronnie, Karen and Lacy were absolutely amazing at helping us. I had a great experience with Mr. Bradshaw when I wanted to add another diamond to a necklace I designed a few years ago. It had 3 diamonds representing myself and our two kids for my wife at our ten year anniversary. Well 18 years later we have a granddaughter and wanted to add another diamond and longer necklace. I shared what my vision was and Mr. Bradshaw really made it come to life and the quality was superb. He found a necklace that was adjustable and another diamond to precisely match the others and placed in the same setting style. It turned out magnificently. My wife and I got our wedding rings here together. We had a great experience with the entire process. My wife ended up wanting an addition ring added to hers, but with the odd shape of the stone, Bradshaws had to custom build the band. It was made flawlessly. Im now a loyal customer for all of my jewelry because of the entire buying experience. Next purchase is for our new born daughters earrings to match my wifes wedding band, I cant wait for them to build it!

I have a pretty unique engagement ring and a normal band wouldnt fit so I had to have a custom one made. It took about 4-5 weeks for my band to come in, which I didnt mind, and when I got to Bradshaws to see it and try it on.... IT WAS PERFECT! I really didnt expect it to be able to fit as perfectly against my engagement ring as it does. I am very, very impressed and HAPPY! I would recommend Bradshaws to anyone!!

My Mom had diamond rings that belonged to her and some passed down from our family. I brought them in only knowing that I wanted to combine them along with my engagement ring into one ring. I called this place because of their impeccable 5 star rating on Google as well as hearing about them regularly on The Joy FM. That was a mistake. I asked if they could change a watch battery for me, they quoted me 15 dollars which was great. They assured me they could do the job. Drove from the saddies flea market on the south end of Dothan, all the way to Bradshaws. I walked into the door with my wife, and was prepared to pay to have my watch service as well as deeply considering purchasing one of the ladies radio controlled citizen watches that was in the showcase (I had been looking for that model and could not find it, but Bradshaws had it) when me and my wife walked in, the young man said well be right with you. 25 minutes later of just standing around and noone helping us, the young man finally comes over and ask how they can help us. I explain to him that I had called about getting my watch serviced, and was assured that they could do it. The young man proceeds to tell me that their watch repair man is off today and that I would have to come back on Tuesday. I was from out of town and could not come during the week because of work. Then I ask him if he can change the battery, he proceeds to tell me he doesnt feel comfortable changing the battery. Its a vintage Timex Ironman, that I personally changed the battery in when I was 8 years old. If you cant change a watch battery, why are you working at a jewelry store? Btw I went to Walmart and bought a battery for it for $2.50, and changed the battery myself at home with no special tools. Took about 15 minutes. They should have Informed me from the start that their watch repair man was out. Me standing around for 25 minutes is absolutely unacceptable. You lost a watch battery sell, and a sell on a 500+ dollar citizen watch, as well as a customer. This was terrible customer service and I will not make this mistake again. Im guessing part of this had to do with us not being dressed in the right cloths. Judge a book by its cover if you will, Ive got the ability to pay cash for anything I purchase, which Im sure is not the case with most customers that come into your store. Oh well, your loss.

I had an awesome experience with Bradshaw’s! I had a ring repaired recently that was difficult for them to find a amethyst stone to match the one that was lost! The jeweler did a great job finding the the perfect stone!

My girlfriend(at the time) and I went to Bradshaws looking at engagement rings and were immediately impressed with the selection. All very nice, and some unique. We found one particular that she liked, but the band was just not quite right. Rather than moving on, I spoke with Ronnie. He was very up-beat and helpful, and he and I sat down and designed what would become the most beautiful, unique engagement ring in the world.He explained that from start to finish it would take some time. It had to go from concept design all the way through production. That it would travel from one side of the country to another, and pass through many sets of hands. But those hands are very skilled. They arent just jewelers. They are artists.The wait was at times excruciating. But Ronnie kept me up to date throughout. With so many people working on a project, at times things can slow down and take a little longer than expected. But Ronnie assured me it was in good hands and it would be beautiful. He was right.The ring isnt just beautiful- ITS BREATHTAKING!!! I love it. She loves it. Our families love it. Perfect strangers love it. My fiancée gets DAILY complements on it. And I get complements too for helping design it. It is special, one of a kind, and absolutely gorgeous. My fiancée is even enjoying posting engagement pics with the ring online (and she used to make fun of girls for doing that). I had taken my wedding set to another jeweler to be reset. Unhappy with the design, I went to Bradshaws to see if they could help. The staff were courteous and very helpful. They listened to what I wanted instead of trying to talk me in to what they thought I should want. Knowing I had already invested quite a bit of money into having the ring re-set, they helped me find a solution that would not involve another major investment. The result? Exactly what I wanted in the first place! It was perfect! I was asked to give them a couple of weeks before calling to check on the ring, but they had it ready in under a week. I couldnt be happier with the service I received and now have a ring which is a perfect reflection of my original ring but more stable and less likely to lose a stone.

Since we are originally from Iowa, we are not aware of many private owned jewelry stores in Dothan. I tried to do business with two different jewelry stores at Northside Mall in Dothan. One is where I have always purchased my jewelry. I was trying to get my late mother’s wedding rings repaired and designed. I can honestly say, neither store cared. The price each store quoted (if it could be done) was more than double what Ronny quoted us. Ronny at Bradshaws was so professional and helpful. I did not have to wait for someone to help me. I recently used Bradshaw Jewelers to have CLIQ mechanisms installed on both of my diamond wedding rings. I have arthritis and my ring size is constantly changing due to swelling in my knuckles. With CLIQ, I can finally wear my rings, without constantly resizing them. They actually fit my finger and are easy to put on and take off. Went in to get a Pandora bead fixed and the sales lady began a conversation with me .
