Leg press has been out of order for at least 3 months! Some equipment is missing red knobs to adjust equipment, so you have to pull on the treaded end of a screw to adjust. That is uncomfortable. Music is way too loud. I really like this gym. I hope they fix these issues soon.

Another update: I came into their location in good faith after emailing Rachel Hobbs, one of the owners. She denied they had phone issues, the fact I had wrong information, and had a lot of difficulty reaching her when I came in person as she was busy in spin classes.She was extremely rude, condescending, and downright insulting to me in person as well.I do not recommend this location, and definitely do not recommend dealing with Rachel.AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!Update: Lack of working phones to allow you to call for weeks, lack of customer service skills and a website that doesnt allow you to do squat is very off-putting. I liked it initially, but they really need to fix their customer service side of things before Ill consider going again.They also charge you without an explanation unless you physically go in or are able to somehow get them on the phone. I use a service called Privacy to control charges to my bank account. They tried charging more than allowed, automatically declined, added a $15 late fee a day later before sending me an email to let me know to avoid late fees to update payment method and kept charging a late fee every other day. As many others have said, their customer service and billing needs a lot of improvement.So far so good! Jeremy gave me a tour and I signed up for the top package. They have locations all over Florida where I go often such as Tampa, Orlando, and Brevard.Definitely cleaner than the purple place down the road and better facilities. Their guest access is also much better, and they have wider hours for classes and even child care!

An absolutely great place to get stronger, faster, better. The staff are very helpful and Ive never had any negative experience with another person there. So go on, get after it!

Good gym. Clean equipment. Though, if your already a member of the other big gym in Dothan, I dont see any thing that puts them in a higher class, other than free weight benches.

Enjoyed this gym until it books 3 different giant training classes in the middle of the day. I understand the trainers are just trying to make their $. Buts its not fair to the people who are there on their time to workout in the space. The owner needs to lease out the space next door and turn it into a studio for these programs. Just very unprofessional for them to take up the whole entire gym plus the walkways.

I didnt work out there but it looks like a nice gym. Everyone that worked there was very nice. I was impressed.

I signed up for a membership and sent in a message thru their website requesting for it to be cancelled. I only used their gym 2 times within the first month of the membership. I recieved an email from the manager a couple months later saying I had a past due balance. I responded to her email telling her I tried to cancel it and she never responded to me. They took $200 out of my bank account without any consent or permission. When I went up there to talk to the manager her exact words were the bank just got lucky and that if I had proof of where I tried to cancel it I could get a refund but I sent the message to the corporate office so they should have it on file. I contacted the BBB about it and Im guessing they took the gyms side because I havent heard anything else about it. Its ridiculous how they think they can just take someones money out of their bank without permission. What if that money was for an important bill or groceries for my kids?? They dont care they just want your money!! I will not be coming back!

Dont know who thought it was a good idea for a trainer to blast over a speaker in the middle of the entire cardio section for a class during their busiest hours. Literally cant hear my own phone with my headphones turned all the way up over her rambling and horrible music. Not sure why other paying members should have to listen to that when theres a reason they didnt sign up for classes. There are 2 large separate rooms for a reason. Its cool. I love working a full time job and not being able to vent at the gym after work because I cant hear myself think. My favorite.

Equipment and training wise this is a first class gym. Unfortunately it has been a process to stop recurring charges after canceling the use of the personal trainer I was using. I have now been charged 450$ for services I have not received. I have gone in person to fill out the necessary paperwork to stop these transactions along with multiple emails to the manager, Rachel Hobbs, which she has now stopped responding to. I will have to cancel my banking info soon so they will stop gouging it and take my business elsewhere.

Went in today to let them know that I am moving and needed to cancel my membership. The kid that helped me out was very friendly and told me that he can gladly do that. He did NOT tell me that they were going to charge my account $50 to do so. Even if there is a cancellation fee a reminder would have been great before charging my card. Very disappointed by that.

This is a perfect place to engage in a good workout. Theres a very calm and comfortable setting that lets you focus on what you need to get done without any disruption. I have no problem rating Crunch Fitness with 5 stars!

Love that they stay open 24hrs also love that I can spray tan unlimited and lay in the tanning bed if I want and its no extra charges!!!!

First time visiting and I was thoroughly impressed at the variety of equipment and atmosphere.

Best gym Ive been to in years. Great variety of classes and excellent equipment all at a reasonable price. Very clean bathrooms. I like how they play different styles of music through the sound system. It keeps it fresh and interesting. I rarely use my earbuds.

When I joined they played rock music. Now it seems every time I work out it’s dance party music. I have asked several other members who also dislike the pop music to work out with. Great gym but need to lose the dance music

Well clean and neat organized club with extra amenities at a good price, theres everything piece of workout equipment that caters to everyones fitness goals, Im from the Chicago, IL and Detroit, MI and I have to say this Crunch Fitness location has a good diverse crowd of people of all different ages and everyone respects one another as if you respect them as well.

No one but a few staff had a mask on. I was disappointed. It seems they didn’t realize a pandemic is going on. People did not practice social distancing, and it is probably impossible to enforce. It’s not a safe environment. Please be wary. I hope we will be able to work out safely soon.

Extremely convenient with more than enough space and equipment for strength training or cardiovascular training. Cant wait until the sauna/steam room becomes available again!

I really enjoy working out at the new Crunch gym. I particularly like the HITT zone there is so much there that even a 65 year old can enjoy and get excited about when working out. The equipment is easy to use and there is space enough for everyone to workout and have room. I have had questions on several occasions and there was always someone that could help me and give suggestions to enhance my routine. They are taking Covid 19 precautions with hand washing and temperature checks upon entering and they have people working on keeping everything clean and wiped down. I have always felt welcomed here and welcome everyone to check them out for themselves. There is plenty of parking out front and restrooms inside I believe are still available.

Its okay. Gets overcrowded after 4pm. Wish they had a beginner class for Zumba. I couldnt keep up and so I left. If they wont work with me to teach me the moves then Im not going to bother with it. Would be nice to have beginner classes though. I get most of my training from a personal trainer because they actually work with you.

Im Respiratory therapist who has been working with COVID 19 patients nonstop since early April... and not in town to enjoy going the gym. Not able to answer my phone when they have their robot calls to notify you of your account status. Even though not attending their gym because it isnt safe in this pandemic I was charged 60 dollars in late fees and more. Im done with this gym. Will be joining planet fitness.

One great gym. With child care, helpful and great fun .. we go daily bases . Pleasant atmosphere and Im not a fitness junky, but love I can go at my own pace. Lost 15 lbs and my legs, my back hurts less and could not hardly move. The treadmill is awesome..

Absolutely love the equipment this gym offers, but have to give it 3 stars because I cant sign up for the classes d/t app not working or the website. The other is the time of some of the classes I would like to go to. The classes are the main reason for me switching along with the price.

Large variety of equipment to use. Clean and fresh smelling atmosphere.

I am giving them 4 stars for only 1 reason and that is despite the amazing facility and work they do to help you (out of their way in most cases) the telephone can be hard to reach. Otherwise 5 star on Gym itself, personal trainers, R&R and the people who go there. It really is a place where you can go and feel good but also they will assist you the best they can. I would personally overwhelmingly recommend this place for new comers or experienced gym members.EDIT: They have constant classes including HIIT classes and refreshments (healthy) they have different parts of the gym e.g. machine part and non machine area.

So far, so good. The initial orientation and registration was promt, informative, and professional. Everyone made me feel welcome answered all of my questions. Over all not a bad place at all, but the Covid 19 outbreak is ruining the whole deal.

While the location has had some hiccups during construction, the staff have been absolutely wonderful providing information and updates as they were aware of them. I have walked through the facility and the amenities available will be nothing like I have seen in Dothan before. My wife and I are excited about the HIIT classes, and my son cant wait to get into the kids area.

I just visited Crunch Fitness yesterday everythings really clean in there and the people at the front desk was very helpful they answered all my questions really thinking about getting a gym membership there for me and my wife it would be very convenient as close to the house and they got Zumba there which thats a plus because my wife like Zumba looking forward to getting a membership there soon highly recommend Crunch Fitness everybody likes it
