Went and had my windshield replaced. Literally 2 days later with the temperature change I had the moulding popping out as if there is absolutely no adhesive one several sections. Called to see if I could pop in so THEY COULD FIX WHAT THEY ALREADY HAVE BEEN PAID FOR.... and was told they were too busy and Id have to come in another day, gave my info so they could call and let me know when to come in... been about 2 weeks and havent heard a word, literally something that should be a MAYBE 10 minute fix is obviously to much for them to handle. Ill take my business elsewhere from now on!

The tec cracked my new windshield and broke my rear view mirror while taking out a cracked windshield. I was stressing out when I tried to set my rear view mirror and it fell limp. And then I noticed a crack behind the rear view mirror. Called them and they sent out two guys and fixed the problem and replaced my mirror right away. Great company. Stuff happens. They will fix it. I think it cost about $225. It was done a year n half ago.

The staff was very friendly and my replacement was done quickly. The windshield I received looks just like the old one. Highly recommend this company.

Quick , efficient and fast

I needed one side of a sliding glass patio door replaced and they were able to come to my home, take all the necessary measurements and order a replacement panel, without having to replace the entire door system. This saved me a lot of money since an entire replacement door was going to cost around $1500. Im happy that I called them.

They cancelled on me the first day that I had an appointment and didn’t call me until 11 am. I had already taken off of work. She said they got caught up and couldn’t get me that day at all. I said I could reschedule if I could be first thing in the morning any day. The person didn’t show up until 9 am. Maybe I’m an early riser but that’s does not seem like it is first thing. Then the person seemed like he was trying to cancel on me because of it sprinkling outside. Also left my hood popped so that was nice surprise when I drove off to my hood flying up. I was trying to go with a local business and was very disappointed.

Hard to get in the front parking lot, better if you pull into the Churches Chicken next door and park on the side of the Glass Dr building (they have adjoining parking lots). Didnt see that until after I was parked. Staff are very friendly and professional, was in and out for my chipped windshield in about 20-30mins.

Recently had the opportunity to work with Laurie in order to aid a customer in need. Obviously She and the rest of the Staff at Dothan Glass Doctor, place a High Priority on helping people! Thankful for a mutually beneficial business relationship with Like Minded Professionals !!!!!!

1. It was very difficult to get them to actually show up just to give a quote, but eventually they did. At just under $300 to replace three small single-layer window panes, the price was no bargain, but didnt have time to do it myself, so . . .2. Poor workmanship. The glazing work was sloppy, uneven, and had paint-like runs down the glass several inches long indicating too much water was used. The glass was left messy with glazing residue. Properly done,glazing should not be visible in the viewing area of the glass looking out from the inside, but this is, overlapping more than 1/4 into viewing area.3. Absolutely no cleanup. Old glazing material and wood shavings left on inside window sills, floors and outside on the ground and in ornamental plants. Pieces of broken glass were also left inside and out.I will never hire this company again and would advise others to avoid them. Overpriced, SLOPPY, amateurish work. NO CLEANUP. Who needs it?

Ladies in office were very nice and helpful. Craftsmanship of repair of actual window replacement, okay. Problem is the dirt and particles left in vehicle is not acceptable. I had mud foot prints on door panel like they used it for leverage or something......old adhesive on dash and hand dirt smears all over the A pillars.

I called beforehand to make sure they could repair the chip in my windshield. The lady that answered the phone said yes and gave me a price. I went about 40 minutes later. I got told by the lady at the desk to hold on because she was not sure there was anyone there to fix it. Then she came back and said there was someone, but they did not have the kit to fix the chip. Although the lady was polite, the professionalism is severely lacking.

We replaced the windshield on our car today. Dropped it off at 1:30, picked it up at 4:30 and looks great. We were paying cash because of high deductible with our auto insurance. GlassDoctor was 23% cheaper than closest competitor in Dothan. It was 40% cheaper than another local competitor. We were out of town when it occurred and our other best option was about 33% more in Jacksonville.I cant speak to the speed because we were in no hurry, but the quality and price were excellent.

No stars oh wait i have to give u at least one to post wow.. We came into the business today looking to only get the driver door window fixed. Instead of that being done our order was messed up to a wind shield fix..yes it was cracked but our trucks window is gone n its cold out. We requested to only get it fixed. She admitted she did paper work wrong thats fine bit still attempted to charge us for the windshield instead what they would Have for the door....long story short she got upset n said she will give us a discount but shes taking a lose bc she discounted it to 80 dollars.....mam we could have went wo a windshield being fixed...its almost winter n we dont have a window.......imagine how we feel....This is a good business however it was their fault...

Called to get appt ...Came in before noon Thursday 3-23-2017...Got paper quote..Was told hour and half to install windshield. Waited in shop watching work being done now Took 4 1/2 hours! Kicks window out repeatedly,bust my dash in several pieces..big gouges over airbag compartment too,,,Bluetooth disappeared,damaged my glasses and tried to hide them,(we drove in from florida to have this done on way to Huntsville) ...I called corporate,went to other glass repair shops in Dothan showed damages glass doctor did to my vehicle. .. Employees in office did not even care and told us nothing could be done til Monday??? The manager calls me at 8 pm very nice long conversation but offers 40.00 check to mail to me if I text him a mailing address??? Tells me to buy a dash cover up carpet . .Oh my gosh. ..See the videos that Dothan glass doctor insurance investigator request I post on utube about this and how we were treated..Bad biz and horrible work and experience. The glass is nice but needed to be removed properly and replaced properly and in hour and half as promised. Lady with glasses rude and doesnt care..No one to this day has fixed the damages so far. . I paid cash and got my car trashed. It was up for sale. Now its not up for sale til it gets fixed at the dealer and will probably have to go to court to get anything done. I should have called the sheriffs...
