I had great experience in our function. Miss Cindy went over and beyond and provided excellent service. Everything was perfect. She did excellent decor. Overall perfect.

Ms Cindy went out of her way to accommodate our family ,in a very short notice. The facility was perfect, and very professionally done.

Food was good but decor needs a little update. People were fabulous!

The building and start was truly lovely. I would visit again. They did a great job hosting this wedding.

We had my daughters 5th birthday party at Alexanders and were very pleased! They literally did everything! We were told to send out invitations and bring a cake and that was it. They did a great job of keeping the theme throughout from decorations to all the food. The guests (kids) were entertained with fun games that they had a blast playing (I was a little worried with the age of the kids if they would be entertained b/c we werent at typical location that offers activities/entertainment but it turned out very well.) Overall I would use them again as they were very accommodating and thorough in their communications. Special shout out to Ruthie and her daughter who did all the work and took great care of everyone during the party!

Everything was on point

This was the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. We booked our event in August (with deposit) in December, about 3 weeks prior to the event, the owner informed us the date had been over booked. The reason: My mom didnt write down the information for the other party. I thought I was dealing with the same people.In order for us to keep the same date for the party, I asked her to find another venue for the same date and for her to cover any overage for the mix up. the owners statement was,I said I was sorry, what more do you want me do. Im not going to pay for your party. After that conversation, the owner will not answer answer any phone calls or return messages. She did have some person to respond to my email message, I am not sure if this person is even associated with the business.In all, due to The Alexanders mistake, we were about $900 over our initial budget, we had to resend out invites, and change our programs. What did Alexander to resolve the issue offer to refund our deposit and pay for the invites and programs. If Alexanders would have honored the overage and have handled this situation with care and importance, I would not have written this review. I do not believe this company to be honest and professional. This was the most stressful experience for us to put together a party from scratch in three weeks without the assistance of our enlisted party organizer the Alexanders.

Horrible service! Would never recommend this place to anyone. At my family’s wedding reception they told our DJ to cut his music off and basically put us out over nothing. This is a party venue and you can’t have a DJ play music?????? I don’t understand! After the owner had told the DJ to cut off his music she then proceeded to leave before anyone could ask her why. There were not enough workers to cover the event. You’re not allowed to bring in outside liquor or drinks, so we were supposed to have an open bar and they didn’t have anyone there to work it. This place is very unprofessional!

If there was any possible way to give them no stars, I would. Terrible service. My family had a wedding there while the wedding was nice and place was decorated beautifully, once the reception started new rules that weren’t stated in the contract was being brought out of nowhere. First, the owner went to the DJ to tell him to turn the music down after that the rules started becoming more strict, as if we were at a school dance. They were understaffed after knowing for several months a wedding would be held there, for there irresponsibility of not having a full staff the guest suffered by not being allowed with the bar on the venue due to not having anyone to work it, which was in the bundle of having the venue. The owner said something very unprofessional to a guest when asked if she could get a new set of silverware. Just overall very disappointed and unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.

Beautiful place but food was bad. Chicken wrapped with raw bacon, no butter for dinner rolls, cold veggies. Apple and peach crisp put on styrofoam plates and was a blob of sugar and jam. I will pass this place up for food.

I give the owner and her mother a zero star. When we first met the owner Dec 2018 or Jan. 2019 and she gave us all the details on what we needed to do and what her and her staff would do. I found out her word is not her bond. The owner’s mother started changing things and telling the dj to turn down the music as if she paid for the wedding. The bride and groom finally had enough of the owners mother complaining about everything to the point they stop the reception 2 hrs early. I’m so disappointed with this company and I will never recommend anyone to use this place.

I have had the opportunity to attend several parties at Alexanders and have always had a great time. The food was exceptional, the staff is courteous and professional, not to mention the place is beautiful!I highly recommend this place for any party need.

Love Alexanders. The staff and owners are beyond amazing! They take pride in their facility and events! Book them for weddings, parties, events! You wont regret it!!!

My daughter had her birthday party this weekend it wa s a blast and the kids so enjoyed themselves. They make sure you have a great time and everything is on them.

Great place to host any type of event or gathering, also excellent food and catering!
