My mother called the owner, Clay Patrick, and made an appointment for him to come out to the farm (to list it). He never showed up (1/6/20) and didnt even call to cancel the appointment. 😣 He still hasnt called. And it is a week later. 😣 Shes going to ask a different realtor.
