My call was returned promptly by William, the owner and he dispatched a technician very quickly. The tech, Hunter, arrived on time. He was courteous and dressed professionally. More importantly, within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it right away because he had the replacement parts on his truck. Within a short amount of time, he had the machine working great. Before he left, he inspected my dryer and gave me helpful pointers on how to operate it more efficiently. Cant say enough good things about these guys and the business! I definitely recommend them!!

Wonderful Business. Called them to repair my mothers washer 4 hours away. They came when they said, were very professional and courteous, and even showed her how to mitigate the problem in the future. A+. Would recommend to anyone.

This place is spot on with what they do. I have a maytag washer only 6 months old and it stopped pumping so I called the warranty and it would take them a month to repair. Will came and fixed the dryer for us and did not charge me at all. I had already paid another appliance service to fix the problem. They charged me and it still would not work. Will came by and immediately got the situation taken care of. I will use him again for future repairs.

They came up with it being the timer, which we already assumed, and that they probably had the part in the truck and that it would be about $150. Said they would come back on Wednesday to fix it. They never called, never showed, and my husband tried calling the office twice, and texted 2 of the guys that he was disappointed, and expected to hear from someone. Eventually he told them to just not even return, not wanting to waste anymore money that we already had. No response. Nothing. $80 wasted for them to tell us what we had a feeling we already knew, to not come back and follow up and fix it. Very unprofessional. Hope they enjoy that free $80.

I gave 2 Stars only b/c of price ! I purchased the part & had everything done except for this one piece & it took him less than 5 min & charged me $118.Service was quick & you sing this song at the end that kinda makes you forget the amount your being charged (but as soon as he leaves you feel nauseous for the amount charged)! Super nice guy but prices are way too high !

He came right on like he said he would, my dryer went out and he came and was very honest about me just getting a new dryer because the motor was out - instead of charging so much for repairs. He is a great businessman. Id recommend him to anybody

The nicest, most honest people in the world. They are prompt and go the extra mile. My repairman drove to another town to get belts for my washer. The belts on the truck weren’t the right size. He looked up on his phone where to get them and immediately returned. Once installed and he tested the machine it was determined the motor froze up. I insisted it be fixed and he explained the costs and the possibility of other issues and talked me out of wasting my money. I highly recommend this company. Tina in the office is fantastic. She texted me updates constantly and was very knowledgeable.

I called on a Wednesday around 11am about my dryer that sounded like a cat was squealing inside. By 1pm, someone was at my home fixing the issue. My 2.5yr old was intrigued with what was going on and instead of getting aggravated, he took time to interact with my son enough that my son was calling him buddy by the time he left. My dryer was fixed in under an hour. Extremely professional very quick and the repair was less than what i was even quoted! Id give 10 stars if i could.
