My family and I love it here. Ive lived in apartments before and this is by far the best experience Ive had. The maintenance staff and office personnel are some of the best Ive ever seen. They are are there immediately and dont stop until a problem is fixed. We cannot wait to see what the coming year has in store and what changes are coming!!! Keep up the good work!!

Lived here for 3 years and had an amazing experience. Wish I would’ve never moved. While my appliances did need updating it was the cutest little apartment I’ve ever had and at first Connie was the manager(she was great) Dawn came in and was awesome as well and the maintenance staff (JOHN) was top notch. Things were taken care of immediately as they were mentioned to staff. I cannot say enough great things about this place. I miss it SO much. It was quiet, and in the perfect spot in town in the middle of everything.

Lived there for four years, and youre mainly paying for a good location. The floor plans are odd and most the the apartments have outdated appliances. Thankfully Dawn is the BEST assistant manager, much better than the head manager, who busted into my apartment at 3am claiming a water leak from my shower...which didnt exist. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and your apartment neighbors are just a coin flip. Theres some small families, but some college kids, and some sketchy people.Basically its not bad for what you pay for, definitely the nicest place for the cheapest price.

Don’t waste your time with this place. They just look nice from the outside and are overpriced. New paint on old buildings. Walls are thin, management is not going to work with you, old people who tell on you when you have guest over. This place used to be nice when it was Parkview but “Madison Square” came in and ran all the old residents out. If you’re looking at this place just go to Magnolia Preserve, rent a house or buy one like we did. You will be doing yourself a favor.

I love Madison Square Apartments. Dawn, John, and the rest of the staff are amazing! If we ever have any problems or something needs fixing, it gets done right away!

Not terrible. Not great but not terrible. Its a good location and the people are semi okay.
