I am not sure if it is the product used to clean my floors and furniture or the employees who did the work. I know my floors were bad, but when we rented a cleaner from Lowe’s it did a better job then Stanley. My couch and chair seems like they just got it wet. There was a spot I shampoo’d a few days ago with my little bissel cleaner and that spot is cleaner then what Stanley did today. Usually when I have my floors done the house evens smells better. This time no change. Overall I am disappointed. BUT…. The boys that came were very nice.

I had planned to use SS, but when they arrived the guys told me they couldnt do MEXICAN tile. They did a demo, we decided it would be best if they didnt do the tile. They were great! I was disappointed, they offered some tips and hated they couldnt do the tile. I will recommend SS and maybe I can use them for another job sometime.

I must say, I was very impressed with the cleaning of my carpet. I was really considering replacing my carpet, but they gave it life again. They were able to remove stubborn stains and my carpet looks brand new. The staff were very courteous and professional. I am pleased beyond measure. The cost of cleaning doesnt even compare to the cost of replacement. I plan to have them come a few times a year for maintenance.

Highly satisfied! I’ve had them come out twice now and while the first time wasn’t bad it wasn’t exceptional either. This past time I had truck 400 and they were so nice, professional, and they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I felt like they cared about the job they were doing, very happy with how it came out! Ask for truck 400!

Our carpet is thirty-four years old and we have never had it professionally cleaned. I was amazed at how good it looked when they got through. They did a great job and were extremely professional and courteous. I’m extremely pleased with the results. Michael was the man in charge. Very friendly guy.

Overall, I am happy with the results and the two guys who came out were very nice and thorough. This review has nothing negative to do with them, but rather with scheduling and I guess management. Joshua and Stacy were both great; very friendly, precise, and did a good job. However, I specifically requested Logan Bain to be assigned my job as he was the one who encouraged me to upgrade to the full treatment (Clean, Deodorize, and Protect) so I wanted him to get the commission for it. Also, I know and trust him. I knew he would be reliable and thorough, and that he would take care of my home, especially the nursery where I will have a newborn soon. However, he was not given the job. I am very disappointed with that. For one, I put in the special request section of my order that I want Logan and if he isnt available at the time, I want to reschedule. And when I got the confirmation call two days before my appointment, I double checked with the woman on the phone and she said if it is in the special requests section, they will see it and send him out. Logan was working today but he was sent to a different job. In my opinion, this is not fair, as I probably wouldnt have gotten the full package if it wasnt for him, and now he gets no credit for it.Again, Joshua and Stacy were great; no complaints there. But this company did not fulfill my request.

My first time using Stanley steemer was yesterday the two Guys that came out was very nice and professional. however my carpet still have the same stain in front of my front door they didn’t clean carpet very well.. I only had 1 room and a hallway done. I will not be using again this was a waste of money..

Our carpet was extremely dirty! With 2 small children there were really deep stains of different shapes, smells and sizes.Tarvel Williams, came out and done an amazing job! When he arrived, I told him, I wasnt expecting a miracle.Surprisingly enough, he performed one! He was very thorough as weve had the carpet cleaned before but it didnt come out this clean. He was professional and communicated effectively.

The two gentlemen that came did an excellent job. I was well pleased. They took their time, and had my carpets and stairs looking like new.

The guys from Stanley Steamer did a beautiful job on our carpet and furniture. The two guys were very respectful and shared with me other things that Stanley Steamer does thst I had not even thought about. I have a leather sofa, loveseat and chair. They clean leather too. They also told me they clean mattresses also. I was not aware of all they do. Super great job guys.

You cannot make this stuff up!Steamer van arrives and drives onto my front lawn. I direct the driver to get off my new sod and park on the street.Driver gets out of van wearing shoe covers.Walks on the street,driveway, and lawn before entering house with dirty shoe covers. The other employee never puts on shoe covers.Device is run across carpet and employees depart. I find a bottle of the cleaning spray which contains acid sitting on my kitchen counter.No confidence in this encounter with Stanley Steemer and I will try another company next time carpet is cleaned. The traffic areas on the carpet do not look much better. Is it my carpet or the way it was handled?

Daniel and the other guy he was with was amazing! The carpet looks brand new! Very polite, moved all the furniture I wanted and had excellent customer service. Daniel even offered me his card and told me about some other services they offer like furniture cleaning, grout, and tile cleaning as well. I will definitely be using them again!

Stanley Steemer did an excellent job for us.They cleaned our carpets, tile , and wood floors. We also had an area rug cleaned and it turned out wonderful. The crew was very polite and worked very hard to remove several stains we felt would never come out. I will only use them from now on. Very Very impressed .

I booked my cleaning online for 5 carpeted room. I looked specifically to see if there was a size limitation on the rooms bit did not find any such information. When the cleaners got here they informed me that my living room was too large and they had to charge an extra fee for an oversized room. The website needs an option for oversized rooms so people arent blindsided by the price upgrade.All of that being said the cleaners were very kind and courteous. They arrived on time. And the did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets.For them 5 stars. For the website... 2 stars.

I have used Stanley steamers out of Dothan, Alabama once to twice a year for the last six years. Every time has gotten a little worse. They came yesterday, and I still have a spot where my toddler spilled applesauce on the carpet, I vacuumed and you wouldn’t believe all that I got up. There is no way they did what they were supposed to do they did six rooms in less than 40 minutes. Will never use them again.

First the gentleman showed up on time which is a big plus with me! They were very courteous and professional. They did a great job considering what they had to do. Heavy traffic areas and a smokers house. I would prefer these two gentlemen and Stanley Steemer anytime.

Stanley Steamer is a life saver. I had a scheduled cleaning with another company today. However, they had not shown up. I called the company and learned that they canceled my appointment because “they were backed up with weekend calls.” A courtesy call would have been nice since. I spent most of the previous day moving furniture for this appointment. Anyway, I needed a resolution and I called Stanley Steamer and they saved the day. The experience was exceptional. I was able to get a same day appointment. They came about an hr later after I called. They were very professional and answered all my questions. My carpets look great! Stanley Steamer was on time and the men were pleasant but they did a rush job.I had a the carpet cleaned in a vacant home. The carpet was not stained or very dirty. This was a small home with just three bedrooms of carpet, no hall. They were in and out in less than fifteen minutes. They did not vacuum the carpet before they steam cleaned. You could still see the debris on the edge of carpet when they left. They complained about how much they were getting paid and their work load. After the carpet dried completely, two days later, I vacuumed the carpet and half filled the canister in my Shark.They were not bad but they were far from good. I would not use this company again nor I would not recommend them.

They came to clean my tile and grout. After about 20 minutes they made a phone call and returned to tell me that my tile had been colored and it would not be all the same color! WRONG!!! I called them but I was outside my 10 day grace period and they would come back and clean again. NOT!!! They just didnt want to take the time needed to clean the grout. After I looked at it for some time and contact someone to come color my grout. I took a toothbrush and bleach.... And guess what it came clean! A little bit of elbow grease and time.., my grout would come clean. I called another company and they cleaned up the mess that Stanley left!!!
