5 stars! Very impressed with this company from the office, to the installers and technicians. My husband and I decided to do a major remodel including installing a total of 3 units and duct work. We spoke to Amy several times on the phone and no matter what, she’s always pleasant and ready to help. I read another review about Amy treating customers like family and she really does. Jeremy who came to give us a quote was so knowledgeable and very professional. He really knows ac systems and seems so young but has a wealth of experience and is very smart. He found things and told of us some issues that the other 2 companies we had quoting never even mentioned. The installers were great! With 4 kids, it scares me to let some stranger come into my home. No one at this company treated us as strangers...they treated us like old friends and really made this experience great! If you need new ac or other work like that, call Amy and Jeremy and I bet you will fall in love with the good people at Aaron frost. I am so thankful for them and glad to call them “family” now

I previously had Aaron Frost AC install my unit. No problems and excellent work. My AC went out last Sunday night after 5 p.m. I was in the middle of an asthma attack and already have difficulty breathing. I called lots of places to come and Frost sent someone who lived an hour away at 10 @ night. He immediately found the problem that could be fixed in 15 minutes by a competent repairman. And they came! The owner was helping to get someone here. And on a Sunday night. Thanks Paul! And thank you Aaron Frost.

This company installed the unit in my house brand new in 2014. Trying to get them to repair it has proven to be next to impossible. Ive spoken to the owner, Mike, on the phone numerous times and was told that someone would either be at my home that day or the next and no one ever shows up or even calls to let you know that they wont make it. I got someone here Monday only because I drove to their office and asked if someone was going to come out. the unit broke again the following day. I called another company and had someone at my house in less than fifteen minutes. Only then did I find out my unit needs a part replaced. Im a disabled veteran a stroke survivor I have a seizure disorder and I get severe headaches. Im done with these people.

Amy, Jeremy, and Chris are amazing!! Very impressed with the way my mother was taken care of. All 3 went way above and beyond my expectations. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. I am loyal and if any one of them leave, I will be right behind them. The employees make the business and if they decided to go elsewhere, I would be right behind them. It’s about the people to me. Another company could’ve done just as well but the employees at Aaron Frost made the difference. I’ve seen the owner post on here before, I want him to see this. I want him to know the value of his employees. Many companies are lucky to have one or two good, caring employees but to have 3? Call Amy to schedule all of your HVAC needs and ask for Jeremy or Chris to do your service. You won’t be sorry!

My parents air broke. Aaron frost spoke to my parents and said they were on their way at 3:30pm Saturday 07/31. They never showed. My parents called and called no response. Still havent heard from them. Whats the explanation? Did someone drive off a cliff on the way to their home. So unprofessional its unbelievable.

I was worried about getting my heat fixed for quite a while because I have an older heater and was afraid someone would take a look and sell me something new that I couldn’t afford. It got so cold a few weeks ago that I had no choice but to call someone. I Called the office and spoke with Amy. It was later in the afternoon but she sent someone out because it was going to be cold that evening. She genuinely cared about me and didn’t want me to be cold another night. Jeremy came out and was able to figure out what my issue was almost immediately. He repaired it on the spot and was honest about his recommendation. He did not try to sell me the most expensive heater and was very fair and reasonable in his pricing. I will never call anyone else.

Had an AC unit go down and had an inspection/ repair scheduled for 12pm on a Sunday. At 1pm I called to see why they had not arrived and was told that they were running late on another job but would be there in 1 1/2 hours. At 3:30pm and 4:30pm when I called no one would answer, and I NEVER heard back from them. I certainly understand getting busy or caught up on a job but to just completely ignore calls and blow off a customer is obviously unacceptable.

Please go somewhere else where they actually care about their customers or even want to show up to do a job. Don’t spend your money on this company. Call someone else!

Terrance and Jay did a marvelous job putting in our new unit. They were very concerned about our comfort and worked so hard go get it done. When they left the areas were cleaned and the temp in the house started dropping quickly. Aaron has some very knowledgeable and courteous employees.

This is our third year (summer) in our home and each year we have had to have some kind of maintenance done to our AC unit to get us through the heat. Well Last week it got hot enough to turn on the unit and without fail it froze up and didnt cool properly. I called Aaron Frost and set up a appointment to have it serviced again and the next day they sent out Terrance S. He did a complete inspection of my AC unit and found out the exact problems ( leak, low Freon, old unit). After all of these diagnosis he also took the time to figured out that my AC unit was not big enough for my size home. He showed me and my husband several different options we could go with to solve the problem, gave a great explanation to why it wasnt working currently and how the changes would make it correct. Terrence made a couple phone calls to his supervisor worked out some price options and gave us what we felt was a very fair price. He also did not make us feel any pressure into making a rush decision. That being said we made the phone call at 6:00 that night that we wanted to move forward, and by 7:20 the next morning Terrence and his crew were there and ready. It took most the day to install our 2 new units as they made sure to cover every detail and the job was very professional. They worked well together and accomplished something no one else even tried to the last three years. I am very great-full that they sent Terrence out and think he is a great asset to the company. I would recommend them to my family, friends and companies and I will be using them moving forward for any other heating or cooling problems I may have.

I normally don’t do reviews but I feel I must because I am blown away by their amazing customer service, knowledge, and professionalism. I have called several times asking many questions - I am one of THOSE customers. I also contacted several other companies in the area. My initial thought was to go with one of the more known HVAC companies but I knew the very first time I called, this was the company to use. I first spoke to Amy in the office and let me say, she treats everyone like you’ve been friends forever. She is the sweetest, courteous, and most professional person I’ve spoken to in all of Dothan regarding my heat. She is patient and answered all of my questions and impressed me with her knowledge. There was one thing she was unsure about and told me she would get an answer and call me right back...and she did! I am not impressed very easily and I was definitely impressed by her professionalism and sweet attitude. She sent a tech to my house, Jeremy, and all I can say is what a team Mr. Frost has in Amy and Jeremy. From the first phone call to the last one and all the service in between, I am so Impressed and I will NEVER use another company for any of my ac needs. I like that no matter what, I can call the office and discuss my situation with Amy and she genuinely cares. I love that I can call and request Jeremy and usually have home out for service before the end of the day. They treat everyone like family amd are a dynamic duo. I highly recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs. If I could rate them both a perfect 10, I would. I sure hope the owner sees this review!

Terrance and Jay did a wonderful job . they had 2 come out 3 separate times with a very troublesome unit and each time they were great. they were very friendly and explained everything very thoroughly. replaced my whole ac unit in record time . my dog loved them to very good service.

Ronnie and I had our unit go out and Terrance came out and got it going for us. He told us we may have a bigger problem and we did. To fix the current unit would have been too much to put into an old unit. He came back out a few days later and got us up and going until they could get a new unit installed. The gentleman that serviced our unit was amazing. He explained everything he was doing, gave us tips on how to increase efficiency, and they were affordable. However, they didnt clean as deep as I thought they would or even check my coils. I also discovered we had a hole above our unit that was majorly decreasing efficiency of our unit, and it was either not noticed when it should of been or just not brought up. We got what we paid for I guess though.

She called me back within minutes and was very nice and professional. The technician arrived within the time frame and was friendly and helpful. He was able to diagnose and fix my unit that day! I meet a technician of Aaron Frost at a local business in town named Terrance. He came with another technician to a old local church that I returned back to after I retired from 30 years of Service to attend Worship Services that was in need of serious duct work repair and add additional line to the bathrooms. Let me just say to Jeremy , David, John, Paul and Chris and one other technician BRAVO ZULU!!! my hats off to these guys for the amount of work and attention to detail to ensuring that the mission would be complete, these guys did a Super job for a Great Price. Our walk-in cooler went out late one night. I called the office and the lady on the phone was able to get a technician to come out, even though it was so late. He was able to fix our cooler and get us back up and running. Will definitely use Aaron Frost in the future!

Very impressed with this company from the service quote all the way trough to completion. they even came back to recheck the handler in attic as well as suspending all the ducts off of the insulation to remove all of the kinks and turns for better flow. BUYER BEWARE!!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!On may 11th i found out after being closed for 2 months, my walk in was not working properly. It came down to it being unrepairable and the company worked with me to get the price down to $6200 for a replacement unit.In the beginning, the walk in was staying too warm so they sent a technician. The technician told me i needed a new part and that he ordered it.A few days later the part was delivered to the wrong warehouse and when it finally arrived, they came out 3 days later to put it on.The technician sent pictures and confirmation to his supervisor to confirm it was properly installed.The walk in then began to freeze all my products but with going in and out of it, it stayed at a usable temperature. The company sent the lead supervisor the next day and he claimed the first technician just didnt know what he was doing and had 2 wires reversed he then assured me it was fixed.The next day everything in my walk in was frozen solid. I lost over $800 worth of product. The supervisor returned and without telling me anything specific, he told me it was 100% fixed this time. He continued to blame the original technician THE ENTIRE TIME.The NEXT day, june 17th, all my product was frozen solid AGAIN! I called the main office and they said they were going to send the same supervisor. I told her i didnt want him there and i need the owners number.I called the owner (Mike) and when he answered all he wanted to do was laugh about his employees incompetence, laugh about the cooler freezing my product and laugh about his supervisor blaming the other technician.He hung up on me and i had to call the office back to get a technician to come out. He called me back almost an hour later to tell me his phone had died. He asked for pictures of the fan unit, so i sent them to him. It was pointed out by him that the bulb thermometer that controls the thermostat was in a bad spot and it was causing the problem. I asked why his head supervisor wouldnt know that and he laughed about that too!!!I moved the thermometer per his instruction and when his technician arrived, he replaced the thermostat (not sure why) and wedged the thermometer bulb between the cooling grate and the side of the unit.After attempting to call the owner for over an hour, he finally answered and acted like everything was ok and that it was no harm no foul. I asked him what we were going to do about the over $800 i lost due to frozen product and he said i dont see how thats my responsibility and that he would cut me a deal on future repairs. ALL REPAIRS SHOULD BE FREE!! I JUST PAID THIS MAN $6200 FOR THE WALK IN!!! After i told him that he said if the walk in wasnt working right you shouldnt have put anything in it.I hope to god the walk in is actually fixed this time because i do not EVER want to have to this grotesquely disrespectful excuse for a human being again. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY CLEAR OF THESE CON ARTISTS.

OW!! What an experience. I recently had heater problems. And called Aaron Frost at around 6:30 PM. I actually spoke to the owner. Mike, was his name. We went through some trouble shooting in an effort to get the heater working ASAP. Which it worked!! At No charge. Yet, the next day I had them come out to check my system as he suggested and there were some minor repairs that had to be made to insure my system would make it through this winter. The gentleman that came out was very nice and funny. I felt comfortable being around him, since I am a single mother. I asked a lot of questions, and he answered them and I learned a lot. Thanks a bunch!!

Becareful if you use Aaron Frost Air conditioning company they put in a brand new unit along with all new ducts. Instead of using foil tape like they were suppose to they use regular duct tape. So GUESS WHAT HAPPENED? My ducts FELL OFF yes FELL OFF. Im so mad right now. So make sure you literally go sit with them if they are going to be doing work for you. So thousands of dollars later Im having to fix it .

I would not recommend Aaron Frost. This company was the contractor selected by my home warranty company. On the first visit, they did not show at the allotted time, in fact, showed several hours later. When the technician did show, he came ill prepared with any information about my requested service even though it had been sent to them via the warranty company. When the parts were supplied to them by the warranty company, they called to set up a appointment. They did not show at that appointment either. I received a call 16 mins after the appointment window, to say they would be at my home at 5 pm. At 6 pm a representative came to my home, but wasnt there to fix my air conditioner. The owner was called, I discussed the issue with him; however, he called me to say they would not be servicing my air conditioner. This is despite the fact that they have received parts from the warranty company. Unreliable and unprofessional are understatements! I could not be less happy with the service.

I came home to everyones favorite surprise - no A/C in the middle of summer! A quick Google search turned up Aaron Frost. Within 25-30 minutes of placing the service call (I was given a time frame of 30-45 minutes, and the call was made past 5pm), Mike was on site and looking into the issue. The service was fast and the price was very fair, the technician was very professional and polite. Would highly recommend Aaron Frost to anyone in need of HVAC service.

Requested a service call on a Sunday (I understand that it tends to be a little busy). Made a reservation for 3 hours after I called. after 4.5 hours, called back wondering what happened. Office told me repairman would call me directly. After another 1.5 hours (6 hours total), I called office back and told them to forget it.The workload of the company is not what bothered me, it was the lack of communication.

Their follow-up is horrible. They resent hearing that something needs fixed and will never return calls. I regret doing business with them

I called and within 30 minutes they came out to check my ac. i couldnt believe that it was only $50 for a service call. Most companies were charging $80+ just to come out and wanted to charge you just as much by the hour. Many companies website said they were 24 hour service but could not fix my ac for the next 2 days?? Michael did a quick and wonderful job and got my ac running in no time. I really appreciated them coming out when no other company would. thank you mike and aaron frost! i would definetly recommend this company to anyone!

Well after calling them out and having them check my unit(which they only did a half job), tearing down a wall, drilling the wire hole, and then crawling under the house myself to run the wire, and of course paying a nice bill I find my compressor wont kick in. I call them back and am insulted, insinuated that I had messed up the wiring which I didnt touch. They assumed I had done something to the unit. That alone should tell you what kind of business they are. Their motto...The best in dothan ac repair, refrigeration, and customer service. That is laughable, customer service please.

Very disappointed! I couldnt make to the house to get an estimate to have an ac and heat pump installed along with new duct work and electrical. My wife was home for it and the guy that came to the house was very rude to her. He thought he need to tell her what was wrong with our house when we are currently remodeling an older home. Yeah I know that my floors are not done, and yeah i know that plug in isnt to code thats why its getting fixed. I was quoted a price $2000 higher than all other quotes. I dont know about his products but would never have someone work on my house with this attitude.
