Responded to our call quickly, and got our dryer working same day we called for repair. Our technician James was friendly and professional, and he really did a great job. I will recommend this company to anyone else that might need their service!

I asked a question about an odor coming from my refrigerator. The guy said hes not a technician he only sets appointments. I said okay, and then he hung up. I called back twice and someone is picking up the phone and not saying anything. I said hello, but no answer. I dont know what happened but this place is trash. I dont recommend. They need to get their act together.

This is not a local Dixon company. This is a 3rd party service that uses technicians out of different cities. Technician scratched my rosewood floor, left the dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen until he was to get the part he did not inform me that it was still connected. .When i slightly tipped the dishwasher without moving the bottom, it sparked, flames and smoked. After informing the technician I did not want his services, he did not refund any of the money paid. $85 before he came out and a check was given when he was at my home. The referral service contacted the technician and he agreed to refund $163. Rip off and still waiting in the refund. Very unprofessional and misleading.
