I had several estimates to get my floors sanded and stained, A-Z flooring came in the least expensive for high quality staining. I am EXTREMELY pleased with how my floors came out, they did an excellent job and I will definitely be referring them to friends and family. I had the pleasure of speaking with Tom who Was kind enough to explain the difference between oil and water, as well as it’s durability seeing as I have a 7yo. I noticed two spots that needed fixing after the work was done and Tom was quick to send someone back to fix it, which at the end of the day is all that could be asked for. The workers even wore masks while they worked bc of COVID which was appreciated. My ONLY complaint is they did leave my freshly painted white walls full of hand prints from the stain but again, to me, that was a small price to pay for the quality of work I got at a price I could afford.

I had 3 estimates for the same job and they were the least expensive. The best part the job was done in one day and looks real good.

Second time I used this service. They did an ok job. Floor had a couple light patches so I called them back and was told the floor should have been stained.They do their estimate on square footage that you supply them by phone. There is no sales person that comes to your house and explains the process or gives advice such as staining for better results. The workers just show up and start working. Workers were efficient and polite however theres a language barrier, (Spanish)The workers leave when the floor is wet and the home owner cant return until floor is dry so if theres any imperfections, you wont immediately know it.Good service if youre selling or flipping, otherwise a sales person would be a big help.
