Says it opens at 9:30am. Yet it’s 10:00am and still closed. Very Unprofessional. She seem to always open on her own time, NOT store hours.

I always take my UPS packages to a station in Visalia and they have never charged me to drop off a package with a prepaid shipping label and they charged me $5 to do it with them. I will not recommend no one to come here.

Isabelle was very friendly and provided great customer service. I feel bad that I interrupted her lunch break, since there was no other staff available. She however was very good about the whole thing and I appreciate her help.

I really dislike coming here the owner is unprofessional and always rude with attitude. I use to drive to reedley to avoid this place all together. But sadly they closed up shop. Just saying the chip needs to be removed off the shoulder or get a new profession and a new person to run staff. They are also always gone a certain time during business hours. Not convenient especially when your the only one available in town

$5 dollars to drop off a ups package im not going here ever again. Way over priced.

Was very displeased. The lady was on the phone the whole time and was super rude.Like I was bothering her with my business. I dropped a package off and it was supposed to be free since it was an amazon return. They charged me $10.00 and I can not locate my package. I am calling and no one answers. Will never go to this place again. I do not recommend it at all.

They have posted hours that they themselves dont even show up for.

Theyve always been very nice and friendly with my son and me. They open the door when I have packages to ship, helpful when trying to send important documents.

This Lady was very nice to me yesterday, she took her time to help and made it easy and simple for me.

The main lady working here can be a bit snobby and has a tendency to be condescending. Catch her on her good days. They do charge to ship Ups (even if its prepaid return) for a reason I still do not understand. Ace in Reedley does it free highly recommend Ace if you are returning a package through ups.

Ladies were rude. Also the wanted to charge me $1.09 for 6 inches of packing tape. Are you kidding me!!!

Very angry so I went to drop of a letter but want to make sure the letter was right send so I ask to get a tracking number and they charge me $3.40 well the lady didnt want to take the letter she said to drop off at the post office so I was like well it just down the road well happen the post office was closed and it was Friday so today Monday I decided to drop it off since it was already ready to go happens that the lady at post office told me I got ripped off and that wasnt the charge also that tracking number is 6.40 only for big shipments so I was like ole so why they charge me $3.40 shes like idk but u cant ship a letter with tracking well this could of all been avoided if people are well aware of there work never again am I going to quick ship because the lady there was also very rude .
