I have asked several times for them to please schedule the inspection with me while I am home. They have not done that and Ive had to call to ask at least twice. On one occasion I received a text right before they were coming and it wasnt scheduled. I schedule a time from 12-1 because I work night shift at the Fire Department. They showed up at 10:30 waking me up after a 16 hour shift. When I have called the lady answering was extremely rude and wouldnt listen as I was trying to explain. I was also told they were here when I was home and went I my pastures where I have animals. Glad nothing was left opened but no one knocked. Seems they are more concerned about just getting their money more than good customer service. I pay $300 just to have baits checked to my understanding and to me thats a lot of money but they dont seem to take in consideration my simple request. I see that it would be simple to make a note the first time I asked to schedule appointments with me. I see that as good customer service but again they apparently dont take their customer request serious. They will call to get their money. I will longer use this company as my exterminators.

Can’t complain as I’ve been using them for over a year. Show up within a couple days when I call for service and are always punctual. Great service and worth the $$ as we see very few unwanted friends inside.

We have used Arrow for six years, and they have always been excellent in service and customer service. I can call the office with an issue or our exterminator, Doug, and receive a quick response and/or guidance. They are very dependable with reasonable pricing.

Absolutely professional service. Clean courteous and knowledgeable. Excellent value, they explain what they are doing in a way that anyone could understand. They call before they come and show up when theyre supposed to.

Brown recluse spider issue is under control. Havent seen one in over a month and I was seeing up to 30 a month before calling arrow!

We have been with them for over a year and the service just seems off. We were supposed to be on a quarterly schedule, but our bugman couldnt come out because he accidentally poisoned himself. Maybe a red flag... He was supposed to reschedule but after 2 weeks still hasnt. We are looking to change providers. It just seems like the service is inconsistent.

Very professional, came out right away, sighting of pest since first spray have deceased dramatically.

After 10 years of service Ive finally canceled my contract. They stopped showing up....I paid 800 to purchase the centricon system and 260 for annual service. however even though I had purchased it, they still came and got the traps out of my ground.
