Unable to follow simple instructions that included a picture. Asked to inspect back of car and switch tires around. He inspected the front of the car and switched those tires around. Of course this cost me $40. Do not go to this shop.

Dan and his staff were so very helpful and so friendly! I was a long ways from home when we need assistance and needed a place to take my vehicle for repairs. They answered every phone call and I felt totally at ease leaving my vehicle with Dan and his staff for as long as I had to to get it repaired and for me to pick it up after those repairs were done. I would recommend Dans Body Shop to anyone who is looking to get repairs or maintenance done on their vehicle.

Incomplete estimate. Refused to give an estimate on the repair/replacement cost of a truck tonneau cover, despite being a authorized insurance repair body shop. More fixation on securing a contract for the work than customer service.

Recently I opened the door of my pick-up only to have the wind grab it. Unfortunately, something happened in that moment that made it impossible for my door to close properly. It was extremely loud while driving and I could even see the outside through the edge of the door from the inside. I was pretty sure the hinges were bent and would need to be replaced. Looking online, I determined this to be a $300-450 fix. I stopped in to Dans several days later to make an appointment. Immediately a friendly guy came out and took a look. He opened the door and jostled it up, down, in, out, and eventually shut the door, having lined it up perfectly. At this point he could have referred me to pay the receptionist inside and I would have gladly paid. Instead, he told me it was no charge. Im not sure if that was Dan or an employee, but that definitely was a great way to treat a customer. It showed me they know what theyre doing and arent out to cheat folks. Obviously this was not a major repair, but my compliments nonetheless.

Fast turnaround time at a very reasonably price for a minor autobody issue stemming from a hit and run that left my tailgate pinched and unable to open. Dan spotted the issue right away, gave me a quick estimate, and the techs took care of the rest. Friendly staff and good customer service, they made sure I was happy with the fix before I left.

Glued my fuel door shut that it wont open and drilled a hole in the sidewall of my tire and didnt patch it. My car was in the shop for nearly a month and more damage was done to my vehicle rather than repairs. Dont work on vehicles if you dont know what youre doing.

They are always very quick and I have never had an issue with their work!!!
