They lost my $30 package and i wont see a dime of that back -.- i called them everyday and they said they would check and they never did finally i harassed them enough to go look for it after a week and they couldnt find it! I also dropped off a package and its been two days and they havnt scanned it. This is so frustrating for a small buisness!

Have had many issues with Post Office not delivering my packages. Employees have been accommodating to me when in store although.

REPEATEDLY blocks handicapped parking!! I asked him today to please stop because they either block me in or prevent me from parking. The response was finding my mail out in the open on top of the mailboxes.

A few times my packages have been delivered at the wrong address. It be nice they get qualified people working who can read and deliver the packages to the right place. In all cities I been to this one has the worst post office.

Id also give zero stars if it was an option. They NEVER attempt to deliver packages, my wife is home all day long and we have zero issues with deliveries from UPS and Fedex, but USPS wont ever knock on the door. Just leave a final notice slip in streetside mailbox. Should get a refund/discount if they are only going to do part of their job, and a reduction in tax rate in this area since they are also funded federally. NEW LOW... now they just mark my packages as delivered without delivering them, still sitting at post office.

Ill be home all day waiting for a package and when I go check my mailbox there will be a sorry we missed you note EVERY time. They never knock on the door to see if youre home. The only time I get my package from them is if I watch and wait for them to arrive and go outside and ask if theres a package for me. If I dont do that, they dont even bother knocking on your door or anything and youll have to go pick it up.

Always easy trip to mail my packages or get stamps.

I do not understand why the postal carriers in this town refuse to even attempt to deliver a package. Every single day for the past month we have to go to the office and pick up our packages. The last 2 weeks my wife has been home everyday and they dont even try. Its ridiculous.

Ive only been about 5 times. I come from a huge city were people are busy and sometimes rude. I had a great experience each and every time I went. The lines are short. Service is prompt and accurate. The man at the counter is a friendly face with a matching personality.

Receive emails saying they’ve tried to deliver my package when I’ve been home all day. Same ol sorry we missed you e mail, Nah you didn’t attempt to deliver it. Don’t worry I’ll come down and deal with the crabby old guy that hates his job.

There is no zero star so I had to give them 1. The system is design to hung up as soon as the recording asks you for the survey first and then 33 min. to 54 min. of waiting!!! It is rediculous!!!! They increase the postage rate but not the employees answering phones!!!I just want to ask why is it that and thisbthe 2nd. Time that the package reaches the city of destribution and then goes to another city further away?!!! And a machine cannot answer this!!! My town PO is really good and do a great job but the others do not care!!!54 min. !!!! Awful!!!!

Dickinson mail carriers are not doing their job. Our mail has been missed multiple days in a row, and have had packages not show up due to their lack of delivering mail. Multiple times mail has said is undeliverable and please contact postal service. This is starting to get ridiculous. Fix your issues

Wont answer phone. Wont deliver package since 7/1/2020. Worst mail carrier we have ever had. Postmaster addressed situation a month ago BUT nothing has changes.

Expecting a package. Home all day, go to pick up kids then they stop by. And didnt leave the package. Now I have to leave work to go to the post office and pick it up. Paid extra for 3 day delivery, that didnt come.

Gene is so friendly! One of my favs! No but for real you should retire Gene! Your Customer service has left a sour taste in my mouth multiple times. Just absolutely rude and not helpful at all. Not sure why you work a customer service job considering you have no customer service skills. Probably couldnt handle being a carrier so they stuck you behind the desk. At least act like you care about your job because what you implement in your daily interactions shows you do not care and if so quit.

We have a great mail carrier who always goes above and beyond what she needs to. I am thankful that they are out in the elements not matter what.

If I had a package coming through FedEx or UPS that ended up being delivered at the post office to be delivered the next day, I used to be able to pick it up early all the time. I went in today to pick up a package early and she said no it won’t be delivered until tomorrow. I said I’m here, the package is here why can’t I pick it up now? She then said because it’s in a bag sitting on the dock and the bag won’t be gone through until tomorrow morning. Well I checked the tracking on it and it was being scanned in AS I WAS STABDING THERE. So for one, she’s a liar, 2.) she’s lazy and wouldn’t go get the package, 3.) there was literally no one else in there and she was on her phone when I walked in. If they were busy with other customers then I would understand but there wasn’t.On the plus side I’m not getting other people’s mail anymore.

I was really taken aback at how rude and surly the older fellow was at the counter at the main post office. I have lived in many different states and have never experienced such unfriendly service. In addition, regardless how many times I inform the post office that a particular person does not live at my address I still receive her mail!

Carriers and package delivery people on my route are thee worst. Get more of other peoples mail than my own. Package I was to receive on the 11th I still have not seen on the 14th. Checked on line to see they tried to deliver twice which I dont believe because I was home at times noted. Wouldnt a good carrier leave a note saying they tried to deliver something. That would be to hard. Wish P.O. hired people that know how to read!

USPS leaves a note on my mailbox saying they couldn’t deliver my package and never come to my door and knock so I always have to go pick up my packages a day or 2 late

They throw your stuff away, and if they dont feel like delivering it they return it to sender.

Sent packages to sister on the 7th of March said it would arrive the 12th of March never arrived until the 2nd of April sent package to brother the other day also in Michigan using three day option now its delayed in California complete opposite direction it needs to be going

I have been trying to call this Post office for 3 days and no one will answer the damn phone.I live in Washington State and send packages to my son a lot,last Christmas his packages arrived 1 week after Xmas and i shipped them on Dec.10th.Worse Post Office ever.Still trying to call and now the line has been busy for almost 60min.

Man all but called me an idiot for not knowing that I need to buy a whole role of tape to tape up my box. Apparently tape isnt free even though people share their tape. Worst customer service Ive ever had.

By far THE WORST post office ever Ive come across. I have travelled to many states, and I can confirm this being the worst. Customer service can hardly answer any questions you have. They can also be VERY rude to distressed, and concerned customers. Packages constantly getting lost. As you stand in line, you can hear people saying how they have tracked their package with no good result. I myself have had many a problem with lost/ wrongly delivered packages. The updates online are horrible and never match this USPS information. This is just part of the reason the USPS is in danger

I just wanna hop on the bandwagon and say that govt employees are lazy and worthless. USPS is a waste of taxes.

Every time I get a package they say they cant deliver even at two separate addresses. They are always rude when I go to get it. If they cant even deliver mail what are they even doing.
