Contacting this (and any other Memorial Herman Center) is a nightmare. You are forced to listen to their long Covid-19 safety procedures TWICE. Then, you are put on a hold with terrible music playing. I was on hold for 52 minutes before a live person answered. This happened three more times, each time hold time was more than 45 minuts!. Absolutely horrible customer service. Made a mistake in picking this imaging center. That is last time because there is no shortage of imaging centers around here.

I agree contacting Victory Imaging is a Nightmare!!!! I’ve been trying to get a human to answer the phone for a month. I give up. So sorry Memorial Herman bought out Victory. Breaks my heart. As a breast cancer survivor if you can’t make an appointment with Victory don’t get discouraged - call another imaging service. It’s so important to get your exam!!

My appointment was 7:30am, I was told to arrive at 7a.m. I arrived at 7:03, was in the imaging room at 7:35 back in the waiting at 8:01. Pulled from waiting area to go to ultra Sound at 8:11, meet with Doctor and out the building by 8:50am. The staff was very nice and comforting.

I was a patient of Victory for years. I loved the place, quick efficient and excellent care. I have given up on Memorial Hermann, I agree with the other negative reviews. The wait is always excessive, they charged me for a procedure that I had cleared ahead of time and was told it was 100% covered, they neglected to send the results of a test to my gynecologist and I don’t feel confident in their level of care. I do not recommend this place.

I have been going to Victory for a few years. Always loved their service and the feeling of a family doctor. But like my family physician (who retired after the take over) we are flooded with questions and warnings and I make other reviewers words my own. I will definitely look for another place for my mammograms. Really dont like Memorial Hermann.

Very nice staff. They have very nice restrooms, changing rooms and lockers. Very clean place. My appt was at 11:30, arrived at 11:00 to do paperwork. Was out by 11:50.

Dont come here unless you have a lot of spare time on your hands. Every single time I am here the wait is horrendous!! I expect to wait at appontments, but consistently well over an hour or more. Quite sad because once you are finally seen, the care is wonderful.

I have been going to Victory since 2003. It was always a great experience until Memorial Hermann took it over. The staff is still great, but the new set up sucks! The new facility looks great, but who designs a mammography suite with no dressing room restroom.? They serve coffee and water, but with no restroom, nobody will drink it. You can’t talk to a human when you call...straight to voice mail. I was scheduled for a procedure and it was very frustrating because they kept messing up and telling me first one thing then another and I couldn’t reach anyone. On the morning I was ready to leave, they called and pushed it back an hour, then I still had to wait 45 minutes. Everyone in the waiting room misses the old set up where you felt like a person, not a dollar bill...and I was called several times on the weekend to see if I wanted to prepay my part. No thanks. I’ll wait till I’m actually there...

After some questionable billing issues, I have to say that the staff handled all of my concerns in a very expedient and professional manner. I was very impressed with how the office is run and how quickly the billing issues were resolved. That doesnt usually happen with large companies so was pleasantly surprised.

I was treated at Victory Breast diagnostic in August, for the first time. I was surprised to see such a comfortable waiting room and dressing rooms: very homey, uphostered chairs, nicely decorated. In the main waiting room there are large black & white photographs of patients who Im assuming had successful diagnostic and treatment.Dr. Susan Gaskell, Medical Director, checked up on everything. The technicians who gave me an ultrasound and another who gave me a mammogram were very nice: explained what was going to happen, and were happy to answer questions. A pleasant surprise all around. Thank You.Im going back for a checkup this coming month I give them 5 stars all around.

Been coming here for over 8 years. Since MH took them over it’s Impossible to speak to a person. Called multiple times to make an appointment. Over a week later I get a call. During the call we got disconnected. No call back....I am done. The personslism is gone from here now!

Victory Lakes and Dr. Gaskill used to be my favorite experience of my well woman rounds. I did not know but Dr. Gaskill sold her practice to Methodist Hospital. Gone is warm and inviting to sterile and generic. Not only that, I was upsold on my annual exam for a charge that was covered and called back for a questionable finding. I had to wait 10 days to be told it was nothing after another $500+. I hired a specialist to review my results and was told that my 2016 results were the same as my 2014 and 2015 results and she would have never called back. They use out of network radiologists to read the exams and that ups the charge even more. Dr. Gaskill read mine but Dr. Tran was recorded as the radiologist. Patient beware here, I have been a patient for over 10 years and very sorry to write this review. I am very disappointed.

As usual a large Corporation has purchased this business and billing is a nightmare and you can not get to talk to a Human....Please take your business elsewhere. I have been going here for 15 years but will not be going back!!!
