Where should I even begin?First a package wasnt delivered 3 days in a row. On the 3rd day, UPS knocked on my door and as I answered I watched the delivery driver run off to his truck. Even when I yelled wait he kept going and drove off. Then, I decided it would be easier to just pick it up but I wish I never attempted that. Only open for 2 AND A HALF HOURS A DAY. RIDICULOUS!!! Why on earth do I have to go through so much hassle to just receive a package?!?! And it wont let me change it back to delivery!

Tiffany was extremely helpful, assisted in tracking 3 separate packages and assured all three would be delivered to the correct address in a small apartment complex. Thanks for all your assistance. A true company employee!

UPS Dickinson ND is the worst! For the sixteenth time you have delivered to the wrong address! Same number not the same street! Do they not teach you Avenue versus Street or do they think you should be smart enough! Either way I have the easiest address in this town and I feel sorry for the ones that don’t! Get it together!! 1 star is too much!!

Even after reading all the terrible reviews I decided to go try and get my package. I really needed it and figured I would be in no worse shape if they said no than I would not having my package delivered. I am pleased to say I got amazing customer service. Tiffany and Andy went above and beyond on a busy night and found my package quickly. I am very pleased and would definately go there again.

UPS consistently has delayed packages. I have received more than 50 packages from UPS within the last 6 months, over half of those deliveries were delayed. I NEVER have this problem with FedEx. If you want your packages on time I would definitely not use UPS. I have been very patient with UPS for a long time, but I have absolutely had enough. I cant believe they still have all the business that they do, because I know for a fact Im not the only one to have this ongoing issue. Something goes wrong with nearly every package I receive.

Heres to your reliability on deliveries and communication... I will never have this location manage to ship may packages again.You guys lied to me telling me that my package was misplaced on a other truck but my neighbor actually received my package while theres was attempted to reach my apartment. Unbelievable, not reliable, get your s*** together people.

Said couldnt deliver because of weather. Total BS. Not a cloud in the sky.And they were only open 1hr to pick up so I sat all day down there to pick up my delivery not never got on the truck for delivery.

This is the worst ups service I have ever had. They keep delaying my deliveries due to weather and it has not been that bad , just cold . If you want something in this area call FEDEX , they will get the job done.

Not only will your package be delayed, but the gentleman that seems to be a manager of some sort, his name is MATT, is one of the most unprofessional and rude people I have come across. He does not care about customers in the slightest. I have had several issues with him and I know many other people have had issues with Matt as well. I have been told several complaints have been filed citing his unprofessional behavior but UPS has done nothing to remedy the problem. I would suggest using FedEx if you are shipping to Dickinson or surrounding areas, even if you have to pay a little more it WILL be worth it just to avoid this place. Out of dozens of packages I have received, the packages are delayed about 30-40% of the time and most of the time it is NOT weather related. Do not give this place your hard earned money, use a different carrier.

Absolute garbage. We had a snow storm, delivery trucks were not out and about. Understandable. I called to have my packages held, which online the tracking said they were being held where i asked them to be. Went to pick them up and they werent there. Though the tracking said they were. They told me to wait a day. Next day comes, I drive to the store and they are closed. I call customer service again to find out that one of my packages went from the destination location to another town 100miles away. While my other package sat on hold, ready for pickup, at the destination location i asked them to hold it at.... Which they were closed. And customer service had told me on the phone that they should have been open. What kind of operation is this. The packages were in town, and they werent delivering. I got that, totally fine. Why i said id pick them up. All they had to do was find the packages and set them aside, id take care of the rest. Terrible, TERRIBLE service. This is a load of crap.

I dont know if its the bad weather or what but the Dickenson center is being investigated for bad deliveries that are frequently late or not at all. Hopefully corporate can get them straightened out. Theyre evidently reporting packages delivered when they scan them and put them on a drivers truck.

Its s 50/50 chance they will actually deliver to my apartment. Usually I will track the package online and see non secure location And have to pick up myself...that is if they havent sent package back already!

Was suppose to get my mattress yesterday and the damn delivery driver was too lazy to carry it up to my apartment door, so he left a note on the door saying too heavy to carry upstairs. Excuse me, but last time I checked, it is the delivery drivers JOB to deliver packages to peoples doors. You signed up to deliver and lift heavy packages. So disappointed with this place...

Terrible! They always deliver my packages to my neighbors apartment and seen the delivery driver tossing packages up from the bottom of the steps.

Unacceptable delivery. Came to town, departed town, came back to town, then got rerouted you post office and rescheduled delivery making it late. Plus I live 2 blocks from where they deliver.
