Randy and the staff are knowledgeable and kind. Calls are promptly returned and he found exactly what I wanted and set the bike up the way I needed. Also looks like he has a impressive line of Stihl equipment and accessories so can’t imagine how he wouldn’t be able to serve you there as well.

Dropped off a tiller to have looked over (ran when I dropped it off), $100.00 and2 1/2 months later I was told I could pick it up. Now it wont start.Thanks For Nothing!!

I visited in a rush at the close of business. The employee who greeted me was able to get everything I needed quickly and pleasantly. He seemed knowledgeable on the bike products sold and mentioned group rides on the MDH that another employee runs.

Super knowledable about bikes and how to fix them! Very kind too!

Brought my bike in that I didnt buy there both employees were nice and helpful and were happy to chat for a minute. Glad I have this place close by.

Went to buy a bike for my wife and myself to go biking with my son who got a bike from his grandmother for his birthday...told me he would not sell me a bike if I was going to put pegs on it. Well I might want to put pegs on MY bike that I paid too much for! Will never shop there again!

While passing through on tour, my rear tire experienced a broken spoke. Fortunately, the shop owner had a compatible rim with more spokes than the original rim. The owner and another employee also offered up valuable information for potential routes going eastward. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Very pleased with this stop!

Helpful and friendly

I was in this store about two weeks ago and was looking for a weed eater,and talking to the clerk he informed me that there is a two year warranty, i told the clerk i would purchase this weed eat and i would take some oil with it . He excplained to me that by purchasing the oil i will be getting A 4 year warranty. i left a very happy camper. i take all my bicycle work to them and all my blade sharpening.Keep up the great service guys.

After crashing my bike on a ride in town yesterday, while staying in Dickinson on business for the week, I wanted to get my bike checked out and repaired locally, so I could ride some more before returning home. A local referred me to this shop, and I was very pleased with the pleasant and competent service. I walked in the door, told the serviceman what I wanted, and he helped me immediately. While he was checking out the bike the owner walked in and also helped. They got my bike in good shape in about 15 minutes, and charged a reasonable amount for their oexpertise and helpfulness. I would strongly endorse the shop for any bike service needs - just from the way they responded. My guess would be if they thought the repair was something they could not handle they would tell you that upfront - service with a smile the way it should be.

Small town bicycle shop that does chainsaws as well. Only real bike shop in town - not fancy, but can do the basics to get you back on the road w/ reasonable prices on repairs etc. Can true spokes, repack hubs etc.

These guys fixed my ole Stihl 029 Super chainsaw. They were very helpful and patient since I live 100 miles away. I recommend this place for stihl chainsaw repairs.

I wouldnt waste youre time with this jack ass, the crack head small engine idoit trys to get into arguments with you. If I were you Id go to bismarck to acme tools. I have ordered parts over a month again and nothing. And beyond disorganized. Looks like ill spend my 2000 with acme tools

TERRIBLE. $38 for a tank of gas and grinding the bar, completely unprofessional and unfriendly, and didnt complete all the work I asked for nor in the time frame we discussed.
