Great little store to buy your video game, board game, or disc golf goods. Many other entertainment options such as DVDs and Blu-Rays as well. Small town feel and the employees will be happy to help or talk to you when you are there.

Love going in to get any games or movies I want. The only issue is I always end up spending more than I intended cause the merch there is on point. Go in for a game and end up with 3 more that I dont need, and a pichu for the road. 10/10 recommend. Absolutely love this store!!

This is for the owner, check your employees. Ok, so this is a great store. But the lazy cashier in my photo decided to close the store at 7:30, despite official posted closing time being 8. We stopped here, door was locked, she was behind the counter goofing off and noticed us at the door at 7:33, she then proceeded to ignore us and pretend she was doing something. She needs to get fired and one of the other good employees needs to get her time and salary. My picture was taken at 7:35.

Decent selection of Gameboy advance and Gameboy games. Reminds me alot of Gamestop with the rewards system. Not all of the employees are 100% informed on game compatibility however its easy enough to return games and get refunds. Im thankful they have this shop here. :)

When you buy something and get the purchased item, then it would be okay to pay as well. Don’t make up that the purchased item isn’t ok or anything like that. You are an insult to the human race and should be banned for life from shopping on Ebay.

Very clean, organized, and friendly store, but the space is small. However, compared to other game stores, they have products (such as different types of Monopoly) that I havent seen anywhere else! I definitely enjoyed my visit!

This store has a lot to offer. I wish they had old pop figures. The store is always nice and clean. The atmosphere is always very friendly. The girls there are young intelligent and smart. They know a lot about games movies and counsols. They always recommend the games people want and looking for even if they have to find them at other stores. I cant tell you all the compliments they receive. When Im looking for old movies there always there helping me. There should be more intelligent young woman like them in the growing markets of business. Ill always be a customer at Rock 30. Thank you so very much with all your help.

Two stars. What they buy your used games for is a rip-off and what they sell you used games for is a rip-off. When I was in there tonight, the guy who helped me was obsessively fixing the games so they were straightened out instead of actually helping me. In summary, I paid $24 for a used Xbox 360 game tonight. Its what my son wanted so I paid up.

Had a good environment. Place was clean and the cashier was friendly. Variety of games from retro to now plus blu rays and DVDs. Recommend it for any gamers.

Nothing but a bad experience from the get go with rock 30. Bought a used system, had nothing but problems, thought it was the game, replaced it, still nothing, after 6 visits, trying to just get my money back, talked into just trading for another used one. Finally got to start playing some games, then the controller goes out. Even though I bought the three month warranty which I asked if it covered everything and was told yes, brought my controller back 45 days after the original purchase and was told they would give me a dime for my trade in, and sell me another one for 45 dollars? So I asked about the warranty I paid extra for, it was the console only! So I will buy another controller from somewhere I will not get hustled, and unless you like paying for nothing, avoid this place at all times!

They help me find what I need everything I need and they always get me to buy more than I came in for. The employees are fun to talk to and they keep a good attitude in the workplace

Besides a tiny selection at Walmart, this is the only place in Dickinson to buy used videos games. Large selection of new and used games along with DVDS, Blu-rays, Disc Golf supplies and other misc gaming items. The staff and management are very friendly and always willing to help you find what youre looking for. Lastly, only place in town that I know serves Bawls energy drinks.

Dont listen to the one star reviews, this place is awesome. They sell older video game stuff so obviously theyre not going to have new gen stuff.They also sell a lot of really cool cartoon and anime merch.Bought Soul Calibur 2 and Tekken Tag Tournament for my ps2 for $9. Both work amazing because they make sure the copies work before trying to sell them to you!The 2 girls working when I went were so funny and interactive with everyone in the store (even if the customers are annoying or creepy, they still try to please whoever comes in the door LOL!!).Definitely gonna come back and get more ps2 games and such!

A store for GAMERS!!

If you are looking for anything with the current generation, dont go here. Been here multiple times looking for a headset or controller or even a new generation game that came out a month ago and did not find it. When I asked the staff if there was a chance of them getting it anytime soon they laughed at me and said I would have better luck at Walmart.

Called to get a quote for a couple consoles i want to sell, readying myself for next gen or upgraded version of the consoles. And was told they cant do quotes over the phone. Now, ive sold a console there before. And didnt get compensated as expected. I get it, they are trying to make money. But what is the harm in a quote? Do they want me to bring my consoles to the store so they can offer me a crap price and in return I throw a hissy fit cause its a rip off, in person? Or they could tell me over the phone, even a really rough estimate, and save both me and themselves a little time. Not very hard. And i wouldnt get pissed off for running around town for nothing. smh. The people are great and the store is fun to visit. But the policys... turning into a Gamestop. Which is not a good thing in my opinion.

First off, this is more of a retro game store, so if youre looking for the latest games, just go to Walmart or Gamestop (ignore the one star reviews). If youre looking for older games to relieve a piece of your childhood, thats where Rock30 comes in.My husband and I have been to both the Dickinson and Minot locations and have had nothing but enthusiastic, friendly, efficient service. They have walls filled with old DVDs for cheap prices, and they carry almost every older console and the games for them. I bought a PS2 from them, and it was clean and works perfectly. They had all the cords for it as well, and cleaned the PS1 and PS2 games that I bought with it. It still works like a gem almost five months later.They also carry board games, frisbee golf discs, and TONS of geek merchandise. I never spend less than a half hour in here looking at all their cool stuff. They also have a cool rewards card (not a credit card) that can get you money off your next purchase AND keeps track of any warranties you buy for your consoles in case you lose the receipt. Awesome, awesome, awesome place. I make the drive to Minot from Williston just to go there instead of Gamestop.

Got a ps3 first night it acts up the system was dirty as heck im pretty sure there was a booger on top of the system so lazy they couldnt even wipe it down so I tried to dust it out and there was a ridiculous amount of dust inside of it terrible way to sell a system im really angry big waste of time and money im returning it tomorrow if theres anymore problems im gonna flip oi t in that store
