The owner is friendly but likes to multi task when doing my manicure. She stopped at least 5 times to do other things. She didn’t realize that she didn’t finish filing my nails and didn’t clean my nails. When I was paying she still had the guts to ask for her tip. The tip is not mandatory it needs to be earned. I won’t return to this place.

Pure Bliss is the best! My office went in as a group treated by or bosses at Diamond Bar Dental Studio, what a great experience! Very professional and such a good job!

I walked out super disappointed, I came in at 12pm got fills and I was fine at 2:30pm unbelievable, I can imagine how long it would have taken if it was a new set. The guy did not know how to work with my king nails. I choose 6 different gel polishes and they had none that liked I ran out f options and walked out with a very unhappy color and a wholeLot of lumps on my nails. Never again no customer service. Horrible service I will not be coming back again. Bring your own gelColor if you decide to come here.

I remember when the owners fired everyone in staff to replace them with unlicensed family members because it was cheaper terrible

The service is regular but pushing all the time to get extra service.Today one guy made my nails and he didnt make a great job ... very regular .... the pedicure is good with Hanna

I was going to get a med ped it was 38 dollars ideas going try a new place I will go tttto Angels nail in Brea or 28 very nice clean sure your place is too 10 dollars more

My nails look amazing. However I broke a nail in three days. Then i went to get a repair and spent $10. Then three days later i broke another nail. Also dhape was too thin when nails were growing out

Brenda is the best waxer. She helped clean up everything and made sure not to mess up the shape Im trying to get as Im growing out my eyebrows! She made sure she wasnt hurting me! And made sure I got a look after each section she did. THANK YOU! She also noticed I had an itch when I was paying and she ran to the back and got aloe vera to put on my itchy irritated skin, I have sensitive skin.

The place is clean and everyone was polite.I got a pedicure from Mika and she did a beautiful job! I had limited time and she was very efficient and gentle (I have sensitive feet) but also made sure that I had a relaxing experience. It was honestly the best pedicure Ive had in a very long time.

Micai the owner is great! As soon as I walked in was greeted, and seated in a chair. Fast, efficient, and excellent customer service. Will definitely return.

Other than Micah, Tracy and Brenda are Great! Attention to detail! I always like nail and toe color to match.

Nice and clean nail place, service is pretty fast . Usually no wait when I go which is a plus. Not compared to other places, when you make appts they take in other clients. Chairs actually work and arent cracked and broken which is another plus.

They are very friendly but the quality of the nail was very poor I had to go three times to get my nails fixed because they kept breaking off and I haven’t even had them a week I’m pretty upset because I never get the chance to do my nails and the one time I did I was so excited and now I wasted so much time and energy and the nails later only two days I paid 50 dollars for these worthless nails and I even gave a 5 dollar tip it was expensive for the quality I never had a nail place do such bad work I am never going there again but very friendly people
