I ordered 20 sheets of 24x36.The print quality was awful. I think the ink ran out, and the worker didnt change the ink cartridge. I will never order prints from them again.

Everyone here has always been great here but recently Sarah has been exceptionally awesome! Having a solar panel and real estate business I need fliers, yard signs, post cards, mailers, etc customized and printed out ASAP sometimes and she is always willing to help create content and get my jobs taken care of. I can not say enough good things about their level of service at this location, even the other guys and the owner Frank are very helpful when I see them there as well. Make sure to give Sarah a raise! Being able to email them at any moment is very handy. Thank you!

I went in there looking for a blank post card but unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for and it would have been a lot easier to send me around the corner to the CVS store but Enoch (one over their employees) went way out of his way and printed me a blank postcard , put my name and address on it and also put the name and address of the recipient.This was extremely important to me since it was for a job application ...it looked professionally done.Ill be doing a lot more business there at PostNet from now onThank you Enoch

I dropped off a package to be sent out UPS and this business never gave it to the right carrier. Instead it got lost and Im still to get a call back from the owner and have been given the runaround for 3 days and package finally got tracked 8 days later. Horrible customer service.1-4-19. 2:40pmI dropped off a second package to be sent through UPS and the same thing happened again. I called and smart mouth kid answers the phone and gives me ridiculous smart mouth answers and refuses to let me speak to the person in charge or owner.My package is lost again and I want a call back from the owner1-4-19. 3:10pmSo I walk into PostNet in person to complain about the kid who is rude to me on the phone. I spoke to another person there while the smart mouth kid butted in into the conversation and continued to be rude and disrespectful to me in person.
