I recently passed RN Coder certification. The on-line course made it very convenient for me to undertake this opportunity while studying at home. I have completed all 3 RN-Coder certifications (RN-Coder; RN-Auditor; RN-Coder ICD10). My current position is a RN Clinical Performance Coder at a health insurance company. My RN-Coder certifications enabled me to transition into this position which utilizes all 3 certifications. I perform claim reviews; Clinical Editing reviews; audits; and provide coding education. In addition, I am involved in the ICD-10 transition. The RN-Coder certification program is one of a kind and a great opportunity to achieve clinical coding certifications. I enjoy my current position and am excited to be able to utilize all of my RN-Coder certifications!
