I have been meaning to write this review for the longest time. I actually used Fenco to take care of my heater in January. They did great job repairing it and making sure that it was running properly for us. I havent needed to use them since but I would absolutely welcome them back in my home. They were highly professional and so kind to me and my family. Im happy to recommend them and sorry that I didnt get this review done sooner. If I need heating repair or AC repair in the future, I will definitely call them.

I had a great experience with Fenco. They were great in every way. They were flexible with my scheduling and able to come quickly to help us out. I have used other company in the past but Fenco is the most affordable. They are great communicators and took a lot of time to explain to me what was going on with my unit. My whole repair was done in less than three hours. Im very happy. 5 stars isnt enough, they deserve 10.

I started using this company when I first bought my home because they were the company that the previous owners used. They are always easy to make an appointment with and everyone who works here is so genuinely nice. We haven’t had any major issues but we do use them for regular maintenance and cleanings and they always are timely and professional. I highly recommend using them. The quality of work and the quality of their employees here is really unmatched. They deserve far more than 5 stars.

I am so satisfied with the work this company does. Literally everyone I have encountered has been so professional. It’s clear that they care a lot about customer satisfaction. When your AC stops working in the middle of summer you need someone who makes their customers a priority and this company is definitely it. They are so knowledgeable and honest about everything. Despite needing a pretty big repair, they never pushed me or tried to sell me on anything I didn’t need. They were also able to get the repair done quickly which I am so appreciative of. This company is the best.

I called to have someone come and give me an estimate and the technician from Fenco showed up right on time. The customer service I was given was wonderful, they were very attentive to my needs. They were able to give me a comprehensive quote on having my system replaced and made me feel very comfortable welcoming them into my home. They will be installing a new unit for me on Monday but I was already so impressed with the estimate I received that I wanted to write a review early. I find it very difficult to find a contractor that you can trust and that treats you with respect but this company is wonderful and I am more than happy to give them my business.

Fenco really did everything right. They had wonderful customer service and their technician was both reliable and respectful. They were not only able to repair our unit, but they gave us some very practical advice to keep it running at its best. They were very knowledgeable and the price we paid was fantastic. I got a bunch of different bids from a bunch of different companies when I needed my unit replaced. I wanted to make sure that I was paying a fair rate and that the company I chose was one I could trust. I decided to go with Fenco and it was a great choice. They were so careful when working on my home and made sure to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. I don’t think any of the other companies that I considered could have done quite as good of a job. I am more than happy to give them a five star review.

This company is without any doubt the best heating and air company I have ever used. I have been a regular customer of theirs for about a year now, and I am never disappointed with their services. The first time I used them was for a repair, which they handled quickly and for a very fair price. Since then, I have them out about once a season for cleanings and maintenance. I received such great service from this company. They came quickly and on time to repair my AC. The work itself was done very fast. Im so glad they were able to fit us in at the last minute because we were out of town and the last thing we wanted was the cooling system to not be working properly. I was so lucky because all I had to do was put one call into Fenco, and they were on top of everything. Better yet, their rates (even for a last minute call) were extremely affordable. They were able to get my repair done the same day. It only took them a few hours and our AC was up and running again. I have never experienced customer service like this before. We ended up having to get a replacement which was a bit scary but they really took the time to lay out my options and make me feel comfortable. We just had our home built at the beginning of this year and hired Fenco to install our HVAC system. They were just wonderful. Fenco is the best AC repair company I have ever used. I thought I needed a repair and it turned out that I needed to have my whole unit replaced. That is enough to make any homeowner panic but Fenco was wonderful. They talked me through everything that needed to be done and they were very transparent about what everything would be. My AC went out at about 3 in the afternoon on a Thursday by 9 am the following Friday, Fenco had someone out to help me with it. I needed a new part but they somehow managed to track down what I needed the same day and by about 4pm I had cold blowing air. They did a wonderful repair and they were so professional and kind while they did it. They even made sure to wear a mask and booties in the house to keep eveyrthing safe and clean. I am so happy with their service and plan to keep using them for regular maintance .

I found Fenco Heating and Air Conditioning to be very responsible. They showed up on time and went straight to work trying to find the issue with our AC. I appreciate how timely they were because our house was over 90 degrees at the time. They really went above and beyond to get my air back on. It was such a relief when I heard it kick on again. I will be calling them again the next time there is a need.

The last thing anyone wants is their air to go out in this heat. As soon as I felt hot air blowing, I went into full on panic mode. Thankfully, we had Fencos number from the previous owners, and so we gave them a call. They sent someone out to us fast, and when I say fast I mean, within a matter of hours. They knew the unit because they worked on the house previously, and so it took them no time at all the find the problem and get it repaired. I have nothing but positives to say about this company. Im so happy I went with their services. It was a huge help.

Fenco really helped me out in a tough spot. We had company coming to stay with us for the first time since quarantine started. Unfortunately, that morning when we went to flip our AC on, it wouldnt blow cold. I called these guys in a complete panic, but luckily for me, they were able to send someone out right away. They showed up right on time and got to work. It took them no time at all to get the AC running, and the price for their service was fantastic. I wont call anyone else in the future. These guys are the best.

I had a bad leak that I suspected was coming from my AC unit. I looked around online and found Fenco. I really lucked out with them because they sent someone to help me right away and the speed at which they were able to locate and repair the leak was so impressive. I get the sense that their technicians really know what they’re doing. I expected the whole repair process to take all day but they had everything fixed within a few short hours. I call that excellent service. I will be using them again.

The company that I used to use for regular AC maintance went out of buisness during the pandemic so I thought I would give Fenco a try. I live very close to them and they were available when I wanted an appointment so I figured it was worth a shot. The technician they sent arrived one time and did a wonderful job. We just got an inspection and a tune up but he was very fast and gave us very clear information about what he found. Im really happy with the service and will definitely keep using them going forward. Im so glad I found a new HVAC company to work with.

Fenco is a private company that has many years of experience and has a professional and hard working owner...Mr Nabil, who is very knowledgeable and helpful. He recommended less expensive and more durable A/C units than other companies for our business. He was the one who gave us the estimate and explained on how the new system worked. I would recommend Fenco to anyone who needs to repair or replace big A/C units for their business and not only will you save a bunch of money but will also get a very clean work done.

Our air-conditioning was the original that came with the home built in 1991. It was time for a replacement. They did a great job and gave a fair price. My neighbor also used them. We even agreed to put up. FENCO sign in front of our house for them for a little while. Very pleased with their service.

Father and son came to my house a few months ago because the thermostat they installed was acting erratically. Instead of suggesting that it needs battery replacement, they recommended a tune up or a new AC. We settled on a new thermostat that we paid over $250. But as it turned out, it only needs battery replacement. Beware of this company.

Fantastic! My AC upstairs stopped working and I was concerned that this was going to be a difficult repair given my system is old. Nabil and his assistant came within hours after I called the same day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue easily. They are true professionals in this field and helped educate me on troubleshooting these systems. The costs of the repair were very reasonable and they even gave me a discount for some work. Nabil is very friendly and I will definitely call him soon to replace my older units once these can no longer be repaired. DB is a small community so it’s good to know that there are great local businesses like Fenco who can help us neighbors out quickly. Excellent work and workers were very very neat. The owner, Nadil, was very nice and helpful and came to check out all the work.
