The owner of the shop is Victor. This guy is a con man. He had my TV for two months and its still not repaired. He asked for 120.00 up front which is non refundable. I hate I didnt check the reviews prior to patronizing this business. Hes a fast talker always claiming hes shopping around for discounted parts to save you money. If you check the reviews its the same story. Get your money up front and holds your TV for months with no repairs.

Tv been there since February 2020 and have not gotten fix yet here it is August 2021 a year later and still no TV still where is my TV he tried to get me to buy one from him where is mys that I gave him dont know and he kept my money

TV still in the shop but Victor is good guy Victor really know how to talk to people and make me feel confident cuz I didnt want to spend that much money on the 3 and a half-year old TV when I could double the money + 30 more dollars and get a new one

Absolutely horrible service!! Took my tv in for service in April and here it is October and he still does not have the part and refused to return deposit. So pretty much I gave this man a $100.00 deposit to hold my tv for 6 months and do absolutely NOTHING!! BAD BUSINESS! Reporting him and this company to the BBB!

If I could gv less stars than this I would hv... gv him my tv at the end of October told him i needed it back by Christmas he told me I would get it bck here it is Jan still no tv still no parts for the tv and he won’t refund me my money back..... very bad business I will nvr go here again

Been doing business for over 20 yrs with radics. Sometimes you got to wait on parts. Sometimes it takes awhile. But hes good at wat he does. His prices are fair. Hes nice not rude like alot of people can be.
