Mr. Davis Tax Service phenomenon that has reasonable prices a gift to your money back without error. Quick accessible and covid protected you can even pull up and call once you outside they will out and get your paperwork or drops it off, and they call you by a few days later ready and prepared you to have to sign. Customer service is fantastic, and if you dont understand, they will help too—this an overall good place to do your taxes.

My husband and I are still waiting on our refund. Mr. Davis never calls us back when he says he is and had us thinking he had submitted our returns until the date we were suppose to get them back came and we checked. It was a month later then he said he needed our signatures to mail them off but just let us think they were submitted instead of him or his staff calling to inform us. I will not be going to him ever again to do my taxes. Poor customer service!!
