Broke the windshield on my 2017 C-MAX which I thought would be hard to replace, but I called here and they gave me a price that was $300 cheaper than Safelite. So I drove in the next day and they quickly replaced the window and sent me on my way. Couldnt be happier with the way it turned out! Very professional, very courteous, and pretty darn quick too.

They were very reasonable and quick with their diagnostic fee and service. My tail light was out and it wasnt the bulb. They only charged me their $45 diagnostic fee to repair it. I had went to a previous shop and they wanted $80 as a diagnostic fee. They also changed the fuse for my cigarette lighter with no charge. It is so good to find a very reasonable and honest shop nowadays.

I googled windshield repair shop and called. I received great and fast customer service. I was in and out within 25 minutes. I don’t make reviews, but this place deserves one after my experience. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Sam. The owner of A/L Electrical must be bi-polar. I was asking him questions about some work that needed to be done on my daughters car and he began yelling and hung the phone up on me 3 times. He yelled out We dont need your business. I dont understand what made him act this way. Ive been a customer since 1995 but Im never going back to this place. Sam was acting very crazy and bizarre. Sam get some mental health services and therapy.

Ahmed was awesome. That guy is the real MVP. I had fluttering lights, dashboard, ac and heat. He diagnosed the car and saw i needed a new alternator and battery. I was thinking their an huge electric problem. He ordered an alternator right on the spot waited for maybe30 to 45 min. He tested our battery and one he already had and then he knew. So I grab a new battery from the auto store. He was very friendly and professional. The whole process was roughly a few hours since there was some trial and error. Im going to him for now on. After visiting the shop up the street from them and got horrible customer service I drove down livernois and called them . They said pull right in . I pulled in and was greeted by friendly faces and smiles ! He gave me an amazing price on my rear window repair (cheaper than safelite) and got me a brand new window for my fusion . The job was done in less than 45 minutes . I waited in their lobby , it was very clean and I loved the photos hanging up too 😌. They drove my car around , door open and I finished the rest of my day . Customer service is essential and I’m huge on it . These guys were professional and sweet ! I appreciate it so much !

It’s was fast and professional and I also like that in the lobby they have a tv screen where you can watch and see what’s going on and I found that very comforting in the process and they are very affordable

I called around to at least 12 to 15 auto glass shops in Detroit and A&L was BY FAR the cheapest price. They are also faster than they told me they would be. They were also were faster than anywhere else told me they would be. This appears to be a tight family run operation and these folks are there for one reason, to earn your business and get out the door as fast as possible and completely satisfied. Straight up solid, A+ businessmen here, I will definitely be back for any auto glass needs that I have and will certainly be recommending this place to anyone that I know that needs work done. I am impressed. This isnt your typical Detroit shop trying to hustle you out of a dollar, these folks mean business and their prices, work, and attitude speak for themselves. I was in and out for a windshield in LESS than an house and the price was almost $100 cheaper than the next lowest price out of 12-15 shops.
