We just bought a 2018 Traverse from Alpha Group Car Leasing. We picked the car up at their facility in Dearborn. We had a very good experience and the car is in excellent condition inside & out. I have to admit, after reading some of the negative reviews, I was very skeptical. But we rolled the dice and were glad we did. We had a highly rated 3rd party service shop perform a thorough inspection and they found nothing wrong. We got a great deal on this car and the whole transaction process went smooth. We see some reviews refer to Mike and Michelle. I can say that they were both great to us. I feel bad for anyone that had a negative experience with these people, but from what I have seen, I doubt that anything was done by them in a malicious manner. Theyve been in business for quite a long time.

Bought a car 2016 Mustang off ebay that was advertised as being in AMAZING Condition.All body panels except the passenger door and fender needs to be painted due to scratches or dents. The front end needs to be realigned due to the door hitting the fender when you open it.The rear window is scratched and does don not close all the way.The rear bumper cover is loose.Kacie will not stand behind what he sells. On 8-2-19 I found a 2018 ford explorer with 11000 miles for sale on ebay being sold by Greatlakescarsunlimited it was rebuild with a salvage title upon reviewing there 100% feedback they appeared to be an upstanding company that stands behind there work. Their sales pitch was the majority of our clients are out of state and satisfaction is essential. The condition of our vehicles is guaranteed and put in writing. Buy with confidence knowing youre getting a vehicle we are going to stand behind. So I called the number listed on ebay and asked if they would have a buy in now price. We agreed on a price on 8-9-19 outside of ebay and I wired the money to them they found a shipping company and I received the Explorer 2 weeks later. So I realize I bought a car with a salvage title with no warranty or guarantee but their online feedback sounded good. So I took the explorer to a Ford dealer to have it inspected to double check the work that had been done to repair the front hit. Upon the first drive of the suv the drivers seat belt would not work properly and the radio would not pick up a station. After I get it to the Ford dealer shop they go through it and inform me that 1 the seat belt was replaced with something out of another ford car and that it had zip ties holding it together and a nut welded to it to make it work. 2 the radio antenna was missing. 3 the transmission cooler lines were leaking oil. 4 the right front axle seal was leaking. 5 the drive train shield was missing under the car. 6 the rear tire needed replaced because a tire PLUG was put in the sidewall causing a bulge and could blowout. 7 that 2 of the other tires had screws in them that they would need patched. 8 In the second row interior roof the ac vent was missing and the light was hanging out of the roof. So I called the company they asked how much is was $1488.28. They said fix it and send us a copy of the bill. After 5 or 6 phones calls of them telling me they are working on it or they are waiting to talk to the boss they quit answering my calls. We are now in Jan 2020 and still nothing has been done. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

If I can give them zero stars I would have bought a 2011 Dodge avenger from them it’s a nice car but I’ve been given the runaround about fixing the seat belt retensioner That probably have to be repaired by the dealership but they will not go to the dealership to repair it or really replaced and alternated that the pulley was going bad on but it wasn’t bad when I first test drove it and gave a down payment meeting with them today to get this seatbelt retensioner repaired hopefully the one I have this time works! I would not recommend them to anyone and I would not go back there myself just too much I pay $5000 for this car cash also that he doesn’t work on the passenger side but that’s just an avenger problem I found out about later but they knew about it they did not try to repair it they just repair the car is cosmetically obviously!

First of all MIKE HAMMOUD and Kasey C. are the owners (Who conveniently left 5 star reviews )They sell wrecked cars on EBAY under the name greatlakescarsunlimitedVery poor workmanship (paint runs, chips, dents, not a single panel lined up correctly, missing parts, etc.)My vehicle had multiple mechanical/electrical issues that required work from the dealer. They delay and look into things in the attempt to stretch it out until 60 days (You cant leave feedback after 60 days) After that they do not care and ignore you. This is why they delay delivery of the vehicle for as long as possible. Also why I believe they avoided several Negative feedback. They Lie and delay until 60 days, then disappear. They state:THE MAJORITY OF OUR BUSINESS IS WITH CLIENTS THAT ARE OUT OF STATE AND SATISFACTION IS ESSENTIAL. THE CONDITION OF EACH OF OUR VEHICLE IS GUARANTEED AND PUT IN WRITING. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE KNOWING YOURE GETTING A VEHICLE WE ARE GOING TO STAND BEHIND!They ABSOLUTELY DO NOT!Be sure you leave feedback before 60 days. It will be your only chance to make them honor their guarantee. I have seen several Negative feedback on their EBAY account mysteriously disappear. So do not rely on that.LIE after LIE, with excuses and delays for everything. I have receipts and proof to back up all claims, yet it didnt matter. Ebay does not protect you with Rebuilt title cars. Which is why they can lie about the conditions or options a car has and get away with it. EBAY rep apologized to me once they saw what this seller did, but they said their hands were tied and recommended me to leave feedback and contact state agencies or BBB.Stay far away from them, or at least be VERY skeptical and have a mechanic inspect the vehicle before purchase.

This shop buys totaled cars that were in accidents, fixes them up at their partner/mechanic shop and sells them for almost double.They also hire people to work in their office without paying them. I was hired by Kassem and Mike. (You know Mike Hammoud you see listed here in the reviews leaving five stars? Lol smh)I was promised an office, a salary and I was hired as the secretary. They insisted I use my own car to run errands for them all day and was given $20 for gas after a week. Then I’m getting paid hourly supposedly. Then I’m not getting my own office and then ..... after I admitted that I’m a LICENSED medical marijuana patient, I was told “this isn’t going to work out”...... and then I wasn’t never paid for the week I worked.Even more odd is that my resume states my past FOUR years of job experience were in the marijuana industry and they didn’t even think to ASK if I was a patient? HmmmThen the guy Kassem tells me it’s ok that Mike is an idiot, he will just get me job at one of his brothers other dealerships. Then blocked myNumber when I asked if Mike is going to pay me for the days I worked..... Shady shady shady. I have reported them to several agencies. So just be on alert when dealing with scammers.And Make sure you do a car fax on your car if you purchase from them!
