Id read alot of these reviews before personally taking my car there. If things mentioned by over a dozen or 2 dozen people dont red flag this business as shady, unprofessional, and a flat out rip off.. Im not entirely sure what will..Hundreds of dollars just to look at a vehicle? I wasnt aware this was a Ferrari or Bentley dealership in disguise of Speciality. I get bills have to be paid and people are struggling financially but I didnt know that meant trying to gouge every client in the door.

WARNING This place is a Complete SCAM!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!We went here based on Google reviews which we later found to be FAKE. Their employees are Planting FAKE reviews to boost this company.On Friday May 5, 2021, we sent a Cadillac Escalade in for repair of the Assist Steps (Running Boards), a Side Mirror, a Door Handle and the Heat Controls.First Red Flag was they charged $200 in case they told us the problem and got it done elsewhere. 2nd, We were assured the repairs would be done Saturday, then Monday and were told wed receive a call on both days, but did NOT. So we called Monday and were told that the repairs would be done by 3pm. 3rd, Upon arrival, we noticed that NO work was done and 4th, when we asked for a copy of the Parts and Labor, we found that they charged us Double up to 10 Times the actual cost totaling $3,800. 5th, they made MANY Scratches on the door taking the Handle off to repair, but didnt.We told them to put the door back on so we can take it elsewhere, but they said we had to pay for All the repairs that they did NOT do first.So we call the Police, but since it was a Civil matter, they said we had to let them finish or take them to court.We are now pursuing legal action, Lawsuit and are contacting the State of Michigan where theyre Licensed and are Reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, FTC, along with these reviews in order to prevent them from Scamming other unsuspecting customers out of THOUSANDS of dollars.

Service is very slow.

I took my vehicle there because it was over heating. I broke a fitting while trying to fix it myself prior to. They told me it would be $70 to replace the fitting and they would check the cooling system. As I was paying someone pulled the truck up and it was waiting outside running. My truck overheated again by the time I stepped back outside and then they check it out and quoted me a high price to change the water pump. SMH. I got out of there quickly.
