After researching and getting bids from a number of local pool companies we chose Blue Tide Pools. These gentleman were professional and knowledgeable. Our pool was a little green before they did their cleaning and treatment. Within a few days our pool was crystal clear. Thank you guys for your great work!

These are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They are extremely overpriced. They do very poor work. They are two kids that happened own a pool vacuum and a skimmer. They had no idea how to even check the levels in my pool. They had to take my water to a pool place and have it checked. They dumped chemicals into my skimmer basket and almost burn up my motor. I’m the one that noticed it clogged up in the motor. He did open it and dig it back out but that was only after I called it to his attention. When they showed up they stayed approximately 20 to 25 minutes. They vacuum my pool for approximately 5 to 10 minutes. With a pool vacuum that I can buy at Walmart for less than $100. I have a Polaris pool vacuum that is $500 that would’ve done a much better job. I do not recommend anyone to hire these kids they charge a lot more than the professional pool companies do. They will try and charge you $250 to come out and look at your pool and do absolutely nothing. Today I actually hired a professional pool company that did not charge me anything for the initial visit. And they are only going to charge me $95 a month and that is with the chemicals. These kids wanted to just to look at my pool and another $195 a month to do approximately 10 minutes worth of vacuuming a week. I suggest that you stay clear of these kids because they are new they have no idea what they’re doing and they are definitely not professionals. They were extremely rude to me they accused my husband of lying about how much time they spent at my house. And that’s when I told them that they were fired because nobody is going to come in to my house and call my husband a liar. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache and go to prestige pools they are very professional and they know what they’re doing. Even if you don’t go with them go with another reputable company. this is what they did to my in line filter and this is one of 92 texts that I got from them. Very immature kids. one of his text was and I quote .kids whit a pool vac are smarter than you old lady. Small claims court is open. Lied again. Plus your husband is a liar. He lied to us about how long he ran the pool pump and the mysterious 6-8 inches of pool water that evaporates from your pool every day. it doesnt evaporate. you have a leak Duh. You people are poor me whiners who are broke and cant pay a bill. Losers Navarre trash. Truth hurts morons.They have not Idea that as an RN I have the money , I just refuse to pay for poor service and I will not pay someone to come to my house and disrespect me and /or my husband. Stay away from these Kids they are not worth the head aches. They need to grow up. If they want to name call and disrespect me they know my address at least be man enough to show up in person and say it to my face.

Best pool cleaning experience I’ve had in a long time! Struggled in the past to get other companies to bother to even show up. Scheduled what they call “green to clean” they managed to make it clear and blue and showed up on time and were very professional and friendly. Nice change in pace from my experiences in the past.

The worst company I’ve ever seen my pool was worse after they left than it was before. Very disrespectful... I believe the two good reviews are fake reviews.
