NO INTERNET CONNECTION for a couple of days. Today, Ethan (technician) found the connection problem and repaired it quickly. After repairing at the main box in our neighborhood, he came to our house to follow up and check that we have internet connection. (So caring and efficient!) We’re connected!!! Ethan was awesome…Thank you, Ethan! Five Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

I’ve been without internet for two weeks waiting on a technician to come out and reset the connection at my apartment complex after a storm. When I first called I was told there was a local outage and that service would be restored by end of day. I called again the next day and was told there never was any outages and that a technician would have to come out and 2 weeks later I’m still waiting. When I call to check to the status I’m told that a tech has been scheduled but can’t get any other information and then they hang up on you. Don’t chose this company. You’ll never have reliable service

This is one of the worst companies ever. Aside from very poor service, their tech support people are unable to help repair the service by phone when it breaks, and that happens often. They are completely incompetent. And if you schedule a repair visit, they will give you an 8 to 5 window and more often than not they will not show up anyway. That is not an exaggeration. MOST of the time they will not show up. When you call to find out why they didn’t show up, you will be told that they do not know, or they thought it was fixed. If you have to use centurylink, be prepared to lose a lot of money taking time off from work to TRY to meet their repair people. Unfortunately, my community has no other option for Internet service and so we are stuck with them. Hopefully another company will come in soon.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Internet for 100/100 down/ up is being paid for and we receive 2mbps down and 1 up. Some of the worst internet you can buy for sure.

Once again, the century link app says our connection is good but nothing is loading on any device. Streaming on our fire stick is frozen, it says “check your network connection.” Tried watching a show on my laptop—no luck there either: “network error.” Had to turn off wifi and use data just to post this. @CenturyLink we may not have a choice of providers but we’re still paying customers. Do better?6/18/21 Update: despite resetting our router, connection speed is topping out at 6.5 mbps. Unable to stream on tv or laptop.6/19/21 Update: Internet was fine, suddenly everything stopped loading. Ping speed is at 495 ms. Upload and Download are both 0.0 Mbps.

Their wifi service works half of the time, streaming lags horribly. Service disappears completely at least once a month.

Cannot get a repair man to show up . Ridiculous !

Just a question what is the cheapest internet plan that you have? Something less than 49.99 a month

I never got service and I ended up mailing the router back and they still tried to charge me $232 for the router I never used and I mailed back. I’m very irritated with them and I would never recommend century link

Well I have tried to purchase internet service from this company three times now. All three times when I asked questions about speeds (aka my neighbor has gigabit internet through them, along with several other houses on my street) and why I am only eligible for 15mbps. The agent just hangs up. No answers, no help, their solution is...hard question, hang up! Not a great business practice as far as I am concerned.
