My husband & I were fortunate enough to begin renting a storage unit in April at A Storage Solution of Destin. Storage is hard to come by in Destin & we discovered not all storage facilities are created equal...you get what you pay for. We chose them because of the great location, friendly professional staff, great security but easily accessible & the overall facility is very nice/clean, including the inside of your unit when you move in. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their storage needs.

I just rented an indoor 5X10 unit from these people, they are extremely friendly, helpful and the property is super nice! Very affordable too! Im storing expensive items and with the security and cameras on the property, I feel very comfortable with my belongings in their hands. Absolutely the rudest people i have ever i encountered.Upon returning the vehicleThe lady (owner) failed to acknowledge myPresence or entrance to their facility. When we unloaded the truck and waited inside for our transportation as soon as our daughter walked in with her tablet she said this is a business she will have to turn that off very abruptly. Since no one was saying anything i finally asked for my total Mileage since i overestimated when i made reservations. Again she didn’t acknowledge my question. Finally she came back in abs provided me the total. I hope we weren’t treated badly because of the color of our skin.But when we return to Destin we definitely won’t use this facility because of the poor treatment we received.

Haven’t had our stuff delivered yet, but your customer service in reserving the unit and answering questions so far has been perfect.

Very friendly helpful people. Made the whole process of renting and moving in easy. Upgraded the size of our rental unit without increasing the rent for the smaller unit on their own initiative.

We used this facility to park our kayak trailer when our condo complex would not let us park it, even though there was dozens of open spaces each day and night. It was easy to get set up, get in and out, and seamed secure. But it cost $100 for single parking space, for about 60 hours. CRAZY! The price must include kick backs to the condo complex that sent us here

Staff was very friendly and gave me all the information I needed. The property is gated and has alarms on the units. Very well priced especially for all the benefits your getting. They even have dolly’s to help you move your things conveniently located all over the property. Very pleased with my move in experience.

This place has very bad costumer service , the man in front desk , he act like hi is the owner of that place , ant disrespect the clients , made threads , insulting and do all the posible to make you feel bad , not recommend, yes is true that the girl give me an extra day but the man try me very bad from the bugging and and the end made threads in my dirección for the next time , so your customer attention is not good

Ive been renting here since 2016. Theyre at a good location, safe too. I have a long drive,so having 24 hour access to the bathroom is quite convenient. Theyve always been courteous any time Ive had any questions about their facility. Ill continue to rent there . Supposedly they have a truck available to rent if youre moving. Thats good to know if I ever needed it. Appreciate the great service!

I have been using A Storage Solution of Destin since October of 2019 and they have been great. Service is great and the process was really easy (and quick). Ive been back to my storage unit twice. The climate control was functioning both times, my belongings were secure, and I had no issues getting in or out of the gates. I love the fact that each person has their own pin and it associates back to your unit. If someone puts in their code but tries to open a different unit, it sounds an alert. I would definitely recommend this place.

A storage solution of Destin has been the easiest business to work with. The prices are reasonable and the whole facility is sparkling. I really like that they have both temp controlled and outside units, which not everyone has. Even our small unit was still plenty big! They invoice you in enough time you’ve got like 2 weeks to make the payment and they’re super flexible and accommodating

Unfortunately I had to urgently arrange for storage due to the death of my brother. They were very helpful and supportive during such a difficult time. They were also very organized and quick to get the paperwork done so that I could begin my long drive back to my home. I am thankful to have found them so quickly.

Signing up was super easy, you can do it online or go in in person. I especially like the deal they had with 2nd month free. The facility is extremely clean, secure, and nice and cold ( I opted for a climate controlled unit.) Even though our unit is on the 3rd floor, they have large, fast elevators so being on the 3rd floor was a breeze.

Immaculate cleanliness, good climate control if you opt for that, very safe and secure with monthly autopay. Been renting there 2 years.Downsides: The doors into the climate control facility units dont stay open and are not motion-activated, so its difficult to carry boxes or push a cart in and out without a second person. This is a big pain. The vehicle entrance from Highway 98 does not have a median crossing, so most every trip either to or from will require a U-turn -- challenging in tourist season.Minor pains: Elevators cant be held long, so a little tricky loading multiple boxes for a ride up or down. No trash can on premises for pieces of tape, shipping labels.

My wife and I rented a 5x10 conditioned space and it’s been great. This room is very tall, we were able to pack our stuff up as high as we could reach. The elevators are very spacious and they provide carts for easy moving.

Very reasonable storage rates. Facility has 24 hour access for military guys like me that may need to access the unit at all hours of the night. Storage grounds are always clean and equipment is always operational. Staff is great! The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because they are one of the very few storage businesses that does not offer military discount.

After a long, stressful day of driving and searching, we ended up going with this facility. We are SO glad we did. Compared to many of the others in the area, this place is by far the best! Well-lit, clean, friendly staff, 24 hours, competitive pricing, etc. Even on the second or third floor, there are carts, elevators, and large hallways to help you with your belongings. I will highly recommend this place to others who need storage!
