Friendly, but that parking lot is the worst I have ever seen. They almost completely block the entrance, and getting out of your car without dinging another, is as equally hard as beating the last level of Super Mario in 1985!!!

Overall we had a disappointing experience. I have no doubt the mechanics are doing their best.The ownership and management are the issue. Communication was poor. We had a significant repair and didn’t get a proper estimate or a realistic completion timeline. On top of it all our car was dirtier when we picked it up. It wasn’t cleaned. Writing this review just so customers are aware.

Took it in because there was too much oil in the tank, charged 500, said that everything was fine and then a day later a bunch of the warning lights turned on on the dash

Fantastic company. I was new to the area and concerned with whom I could trust my car without being gouged. Tony and his team treat you like family. Straightforward on costs, things that must be done and those that could be done later if you wanted. My car was in great hands.

I’m new to the area and started having issues with my Mercedes. After not being able to get into the Mercedes dealership in FWB and having terrible service from them, another mechanic friend of mine referred me to Tony and Destin Imports for my car. I got there 30 minutes before closing, due to my work schedule, and they were able to diagnose what was wrong with my car quickly. Due to the emergency issue, I wouldn’t be able to drive my car. He generously loaned me his wife’s vehicle as he was out of loaner vehicles. I was so appreciate of his kindness. Highly recommend!

Horrible..rip off.. had a broken wire on my fuel injection.. was charged 700.00 and they put parts that didnt fit my car and my car didnt need in it! I have been having electrical issues with my x5 for about a week now and I originally brought it to Destin imports to have the issue looked at and hopefully fixed. I spent $850 after only a couple hours of having things put on my car that I needed but weren’t the cause of the actual issue. Two days later I’m driving home and my car just stops on me with the same exact message from the beginning. I took it to oil express and they immediately noticed the new battery wasn’t even registered into the computer. I talked to a technician at Destin imports and he said we’d basically have to keep fixing issues until we find out what’s going wrong. Sport motoring is instead running a full diagnostic to find exactly what the issue is and aren’t trying to empty my pockets to do so.The customer service is immaculate but the whole purpose of me bringing my car to a mechanic is for them to actually fix the problem that needs to be fixed and not every other thing. Having completely missed the registration of the battery is a lack of attention to detail and frankly not worth the money.

Highly recommended to me. Now, after using them, I highly recommend them. Trustworthy and done right the first time at a fair price.

Went in for a battery replacement. Everything went great! He even pointed me in the right direction on what else I needed fixed for no charge. Great and smart people. Very comfortable on letting them work on my car and prices are pretty decent.

These guys are awesome. Ive visited Destin two years in a row and each year had an issue with my BMW (a different car both times). They were able to get me in very quickly both times and knock out my issues very quickly. My only comment is that the parking lot is getting pretty tight with all the cars. I think I recognized a few of them from my last visit :-) Regardless of that, if you can fit in the parking lot, these guys will 1000000% take care of you. Theyre so incredibly friendly and fast and they remembered me from the year before.If I lived in Destin thisd be my go-to indie shop for my BMWs - heck, Id stop by with beers just to sit and chat with these guys if theyd let me! If I ever come to Destin again Ill certainly stop to say hi even if I dont have car problems! Keep up the awesome work!

Went to Florida for spring break and my Mercedes started to leak coolant. I brought it to them that following morning they had it diagnosed and changed my hose that was leaking with a brand new one within a couple hours. While we were waiting Jannette the nice lady that works their gave me a ride to a nearby attraction site while I waited for my vehicle. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Best mechanic service that Ive ever received! Tony, the owner, knows his stuff about all imports. His consultation was spot on and the repairs went fairly quick. I heard the same from other customers. My car had lots of work to be done, and now its like new! They even detailed it. When I came to pick it up, it was shining like new! Last weekend, on my way home from Alabama, I was doing 70 on the highway when all of sudden my cruise control disengaged and flashed ~5 errors/malfunctions (DSC, ABS, etc). When applying the brakes the car would shutter and warned me to drive/brake with caution. A friend of mine recommended the shop, so I called and was glad I did. I explained that I was going to be leaving town on monday and didnt have much flexibility in getting this fixed. Derrick took my info, did some preliminary troubleshooting at what the issue could be, and recommended I swing by as soon as I got into town. I made it exactly at closing time and was greeted by Toni (owner) and Derrick. They scanned and confirmed the vehicles issue and retrieved the necessary parts. The job itself took about 20 minutes, but overall they had stayed 40 minutes after closing hours. Keep in mind that Tonis wife was due any moment to go into labor for their childs birth. This is the kind of professionalism and customer service that is extremely hard to come by. They made me feel like a priority, given my situation, and offered to stick around an extra 20 minutes in case any issues came up while driving off. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and felt like family. They certainly have a repeat customer out of me!

I cant say enough good things about this place. Visiting from Atlanta and my car broke down and they offered to check out my car without the dealership inspection costs to hook up a computer to my car. All of the staff was super helpful and Tony the owner is a great guy and super knowledgable. They offered me a loaner car and had my car ready the following day. Its nice to see a shop that is honest, do what they say and have the customers best interest before their own...I only wish they were in Atlanta. You will not be disappointed and this is the first review I have ever left for ANY company. I wish them continued success!!

My Mercedes hit the 100k mark and needed a bunch of stuff done to it!!! We contacted the dealership in FWB and they would not even return our call. Through a referral, we found Tony and Destin Imports. We are so happy we did!!!! He is honest, hard working and fair! Got everything we needed done in a very timely matter.

Warning!Went here to get my cars A/C system checked out since it wasnt working and was told they offer a full service and leak check for $99. They were able to squeeze me in but after being informed that my compressor needed to be changed--at a cost of around $7,000--they tried charging me $150 for the service. Perhaps they tried charging me extra because I have an expensive car? They honored the original price after I told them I was quoted the $99, but I went to another shop for a second opinion who found out that the compressor was NOT at fault. That shop found an error code using a vagcom, which identified the issue as a high pressure switch and confirmed via a static pressure test. A $30 part fixed my A/C and saved me form spending $6,970 on a compressor I didnt need.Also worth noting is that Destin Imports would not let me observe my car being worked on, which now I believe is because I would have been able to tell that they were not doing a full leak check or in-depth diagnostic. I fear for those who dont know as much about cars as I do and would simply fork over the money to fix their car----hence this warning review. Needless to say, I will not be bringing any of our cars to Destin Imports in the future.

The team at Destin Imports is top-notch! I went in for an oil change for my 2014 335i xDrive. They checked me in and worked on my vehicle exactly as scheduled, no delays whatsoever. I had a few questions about aftermarket suspension modifications and Tony (owner) was extremely helpful, providing great advice and even additional information concerning long term vehicle maintenance. I will definitely be bringing all three of my vehicles back here in the future.

The staff is very friendly, very professional, very knowledgeable, and have a genuine love for what they do. I have no worries when I bring my cars to them because I know I and my vehicles will be treated with respect and I know the job will be done right.

Very inhumane !! I was a single female stranded on a Friday with 3 of her kids , 1 grandkid age 1! Car towed to this place and all they had to do was go 5 MILES to retrieve a battery that was under warranty to get power to the car and NO ONE WAS WILLING TO DO THAT!! 4 tow truck , 2 days , Uber rides , addit’l hotel costs later , I was able to get the CORRECT Tow ! All to find out their diagnostic was GARBAGE !! And I’m stranded and shelling out hundreds of more dollars what could have been avoided for just ONE KIND GESTURE !!

Tony and his crew always take care of my husbands BMWs we have a BMW 535i, we had a BMW M3 supercharged, and now we have a BMW M4. All of which they have serviced they always get us and quick and are fair-priced. we have even received a weekly rental from them while our car was being serviced!

We brought Destin Imports our beautiful “gem” of a car (SL500) which was almost mint when we pulled it in. However, that’s NOT what we got back. I am so heartbroken at what has been done with our car. This is NOT our beautiful “gem”....Every repair we asked for DID NOT get done and every repair THAT DID get done...WE NEVER ASKED FOR, APPROVED OR SIGNED OFF ON, or WERE EVER TOLD ABOUT until AFTER THE FACT AND THE BILL WAS DUE!!! And the icing on the cake, and $5300 later.....OUR GEM NEVER MADE IT HOME!! Sadly, we are left with a vehicle that still does NOT run right and Destin Imports ‘ excuse was “we did everything correct.”Well, what was done, correct or not, was never asked to be done. However, what we needed done is still an issue as well as many more Issues THEY created.After being wripped off by DI, we have also had to pay two Mercedes dealers for inspections and an attorney to try and rectify our situation when we go to court and are out almost another $10,000 because of Destin Imports. I cannot believe that there are people in this world that would do something like this and think they can get away with it. I can assure you they won’t.And if they have done it to us, they will or have done it to you. Oh, and we hope you enjoyed your104 mile test drive that destroyed our car!Buyer Beware

I would first like to thank Tony and his crew for accommodating my wifes repair so quickly on her VW Touareg on such a short notice. Her vehicle broke down a day before she was supposed to leave Destin and return to Dallas, Texas. With short notice Tony diagnosed the vehicle contacted the extended warranty and ordered the parts. Although my wife and kids had to stay 3 more days at the beach (which they did not mind) Tony as promised had the vehicle ready at 11am on Monday morning as promised. I would highly recommend Destin Imports.
