Carlos did a wonderful job cleaning my dryer vent today. He discovered my dryer was not installed correctly when I moved into my house. The dryer hose was too short and he installed a new long one correctly. He was very nice and professional.

I have used Fusion for years and will continue to do so. Everyone from the owner, to the office staff and the techs are amazing people. They go above and beyond in customer service . They take pride in their work therefore the job is always done to perfection. Today our tech was Mike and even though we werent home he called and gave me updates. If thats not service I dont know what is.

First time using this company for carpet and upholstery cleaning (Our previous well known company never returned our phone call). Very satisfied. Angelo went to great lengths to explain what would be done and yes, they do follow the 12 step upholstery cleaning process shown on their web site. Their prices are very competitive and they offer a military discount. Definitely will use them again.

What a professional company! From making the appointment, to confirmation, to notification of arrival, to follow up after, could not ask for more. 10+ year old upholstered sofa, love seat, and dining chairs are now good for a few more years! Anthony, our technician, came at the expected time and gave us excellent customer service and very professional work done on our condo. The dispatcher called us twice to tell us when the crew would arrive. They were scheduled between 9 - 10 AM and arrived at 9:30. They were efficient, friendly, and took the time to explain what they would be doing. There were a few large stains. We did not know what caused them since we had just purchased the condo. They explained they would do their best to remove the stains but could not guarantee total success. I appreciated the honesty. The carpet was filthy but they managed to make it look much better. We will be able to live with the carpet until we decide what flooring to do in the future.

Pathetic excuse of a company. Our property management company used them to fix water damage in our unit. What they left behind was worse than the damage itself. Baseboards broken and not replaced. The carpet pad was missing under the carpet. The one baseboard they put back looked like a 2nd grader nailed it back. We contacted them and they said they would repair it right away. Upon arriving at our unit...they did nothing. If I could post pictures of their shoddy work I would. Call your 3rd grade nephew to do repair work before these people, it will be the same.
