They cleaned my car very good the staff that did my tires and rims was the bomb I go there once a week sometimes two days a week

Would of gave them zero. Some of these pics dont do justice of how poor of a job was done on my vehicle. They do not attend to all vehicles the same, no matter what package you paid for (22.99). I also observed one of the options you pay extra for (extreme shield) had only 1 of the 4 sprayers working. I will say, I did not bring it to the managers attention, he was too busy moving cars around. Several employees and customers were not wearing mask. In the end it was a small price to pay to never go back.

Today, since they werent busy, I decided to get a mid-week wash. I got my ticket at 10:16am (in the left lane), around 10:35am, I was directed to pull up to the vacuums and went to wait inside. A pickup (that pulled into the right lane--NOT the express lane--at 10:26am) made it through the vacuums and through to the wash tunnel. Four more cars that arrived in the right lane long after me made it through the wash tunnel and were being pulled out for drying. I went outside at 10:53am and my car was still sitting at the vacuums. I got in my car and left! I have been coming to this car wash for the 15 years Ive lived here. I buy the 3-month pass (at over $100) for both of my cars. However, over the last 3 years, their service has gotten markedly worse. When my current pass expires October 15th, I wont renew it.

I paid for a max wash 27.00 and gat a 5.99 wash never going there again very very disappointed

Boy- boy- boy. Talking about cherry pickers. The guys who dry your car try to size you up for tips. I had a guy actually stop drying my truck to work on a car he felt he would get a better tip for.Im a good tipper when get good service. The guy who was kind of the odd man out, who inherited the job of dying my car, didnt particular do a good job, but I tipped him $50 in front of the guy who jumped off the job, to prove a point. Dont Cherry Pick Customers!If you drive a luxury vehicle and look like you tip good, this might be the car wash for you.

My car is never as clean as it could be.....The guys that clean my car have always been nice, but the quality of work is lacking....Management do better by your employees and they will do better for you...Just a suggestion

Ive been coming here for several years and I have never had a problem with my service.I do recommend if you are looking for a reliable carwash.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! This car wash has rude and disrespectful men that will yell at you and they are disrespectful women and children. I did not feel safe AT ALL and I will never spend another penny here. They have no care for Covid-19. And are willing to put you at risk.

Went for a wash - inside and out - outside was clean but inside was not. Looks like vacuuming barely happened, if at all, and all the mats were infront of the passengers seat! Almost like they just didnt care bc of the time of day or maybe it was bc I was a girl. Not really sure but I definitely had to go somewhere else and have it actually cleaned. My mother used to come here all the time and there was never a problem...this was horrendous and I shouldve stayed and cursed everybody out. Not happy at all, wont return.

The only thing the car wash need to work on is having a better system once the cars are done n are ready to go. HUGE bottle neck at the exit . Cars are every where. Lots of cars blocking the exit with cars that the employees are still working on. Nobody is in charge n nobody knows what to do. Ill probably wont go back . They clean my car real nice . NO COMPLAINS THERE .

I usually love this place. Today I was there well over an hour. I had four cars ahead of me. I watched them go in. My car should have been next. Instead they let 9 cars that were in the express go ahead. I can understand one or two but 9! I waited and waited. Then my car came out. After 20 minutes someone walked over waves a towel and said it was done! No one had touched it. I paid extra for the tires and inside to be wiped down. I told the older man it was not done. He said he did it. I went to find a manager and a kid said he was. Now it has been close to 45 minutes my car has been sitting. Again he said its done. I showed him the taped paper that said extreme wash tires and inside wipe down. His comment.My bad I will get someone on it. I am use to 2 to 4 people working on a car to get it done. I saw many talking to girls, on their phones or just chatting. About half did not have on their masks either. I was shocked as well that there were customers without masks.

I think for the price that you pay for a full-service car wash it should be fully detailed they did not clean the door seals and the leather on the inside as they was supposed to they did not clean all of the windows on the inside as it was supposed to the vacuum job was okay not the best

Probably wont return...I paid for a deluxe wash but there were still bird droppings on the hood, I thought the interior would have gotten a wipe down or something but no. Maybe I came on the wrong day. Just trying to support local businesses versus the big box companies, but its not working out too well.

This car wash is EXCEPTIONAL!!! My car NEVER looked better! I got the SUPER car wash and it was just that! The guys who detailed my car were pros! The rims, Tires and car were shining like New Money! Star is my new Go-to for my car washing services. Thanks!!!

As a worker of the place we may not be the best but we try as hard as we can with what we are given if you ever visit us i recommend the super with an interior wipedown only $25.99

They charge 6.99 for an Express wash they never give you the penny,never,if you ask for it theyll tell you they dont carry pennies but the receipt says they gave you a penny change they get mad if you ask for the penny,I wonder how this adds up tax wise at the end of the year.

I have been coming to star car wash for 3 years now, They have always been friendly, professional, and courteous. Sure sometimes the young men will miss a couple of spots sometimes, but if you ask them they will definitely take care of you, keep in mind these are teenagers, theyre young, and theyre very respectful. I love the way they take care of my car, if I ever had a problem (maybe once or twice in the 3 years I have been going)management got right on it. Loyal customer

Im not sure if it was a bad day for them but they didnt pay attention to detail at all. I paid extra to have the inside wiped down and I had to point out things about the inside to them several times. The windows werent cleaned properly (they had streaks and lint gathered at the bottom of the window), the seats hadnt been wiped down and the inside of the door looked to have been missed all together. As far as the outside it was pretty bad as well. I had dirty water spots and the bumper and grill still had dirt on them as well. I got tired of pointing things out for them to fix so I just left.

While traveling I stopped in. Truck looked really clean outside... Even though I paid for full service my mats and inside didnt seem to have been touched. I inquired and guy told me it was done. If I had more time I would have insisted that it be taken care of. If I only wanted outside I could have used gas station carwash. I wont be returning when visiting Desoto.

Not good. The people were nice and personable. Thats a good thing. My car was still dirty in the center of the hood area and trunk area. Because I had the backseat area full of merchandise, they were only cleaning my front seat area. I paid an extra $6 for that service and I had to ask them to take it back because it wasnt done well. I went on a Tuesday around 12p so it wasnt busy. Not sure why my service was so awful.

Forgot rubber mats, didnt vacuum my car out well. Car was still dirty. I was waiting very long time. Several cars came after me and was rush thru the wash.

After getting to the front of the line and getting out to pay, my car was left unattended for 20 minutes while they worked on other cars. The new owner apologized but did nothing else. Save your money and go elsewhere

Always cleans and detail car with the attention you would give your car if you are washing it yourself.

They did a great job...Way cheaper than doing it myself at a wand wash. I spent $30 the last time I did it myself at a wand wash, not including the vacuum. I spent $26 here that included the vacuum, tires, and in cabin wipe down. It looked awesome... Ill definitely go there again.

Usually when I go, they get me in and out within a pretty good time frame...even during the peak hours. Much of it depends on what you want done to your vehicle. The more you want done to your vehicle, then of course its going to take a little more time to do everything. I always get the super w/interior wipe down.They have always done a very good job on my vehicles and if something isnt quite right, then they have no problem making it right for you as you inspect your vehicle.

Usually they do a good job. Today was not one of those days, someone walked over to my car barely wiped it down and told me it was done. They didn’t wipe down the inside and when I asked for it to be cleaned inside there was back and forth for 15 mins. They are disorganized now and I won’t be coming back anymore

Worst car wash Ive ever had.It wasnt even clean, the windshield still had bugs, headlights werent even cleaned, only two tires were done, and a poor job vacuuming, they did the passenger side but hardly touched the drivers side. What I paid for and what I got were two entirely different things.

I paid for a super wash got half vacuumed on the passenger side. I paid for a interior wipe down. I’m still waiting for that service. The children is running the shop, that would be ok if they paid attention to details. Horrible service no manager to speak to maybe issues could have been corrected. Great car wash. They are very detailed, makes a nice quick car cash with a great outcome. Staff is friendly and make the process run smooth. Leave my car looking like it was detailed. They vaccumm the car for you and hand dry, dont miss a detail and the price is great!

Half of d employees were wearing mask and some customers didnt have on mask. They didnt vacuum the front and back seat of my car. The wait was to long 45 minutes I wont be returning😖😤😕😷.

Person who attended me at first was friendly but the people who were driving the cars looked like they didn’t want to be there. I paid for additional services which I ended up not receiving them right after they “hand dried” which is the worst I’ve seen, they shoed me away.

This place has gone down since it was black owned. Service is slow quality not good, and I had to say something to the Manager about how fast they drove my truck from the vacuum lane to the wash. This is not the Indy 500.

I wont let anyone else touch my car. They have the best prices and they do a really great job!! Been going here for years.

Im very disappointed because thy didnt wash my mats and my inside and i told the guy that i wanted my inside and mats cleaned and it wasnt. My car only felt clean in the outside. I live in North Dallas and i come all the way to Desoto too get my car clean but this time i was very 😞 disappointed not pleased of the work was done

Ok Carwash could be a lot better

All I got was an exterior wash and tires. It took over 30 minutes. I was blocked in so I couldnt even leave.Ill never come here again if I have somewhere else to go like I do now.

This car wash place is awesome. In the past when I go and get my tundra washed they usually half vacuum or halfway wipe the inside. I didnt have to worry about that here. My tundra looked like it had been detailed inside and out. I am very pleased with this car wash. I will be going back and will report my visit. I suggest you go by to get your care washed, I think you will be pleasantly surprised. I notice they do stay busy. Be Blessed

First time going, and last time getting my car washed there. I paid to have my car vacuumed and some young Hispanic guy did very little to clean it. When I got my car back I still had a bunch of dirt in it. Ill give someone else my business smh

I dont know the logistics, but they try to do a great job by all means, however sometimes the lines get out of control.

They do a great job but they dont make the Express wash lane a priority and Im on a monthly plan. The last two times I went they had (1) Express lane closed because they were too busy, they did wash the car because I couldnt get out because of four cars behind me.(2) Waited 15 minutes to get someone to the Express cash register.

Horrible! They tore my rim driving it through the wash and never told me! Waste of time and money! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

A bunch of kids out there talking and not working. Then left dirt on my driver side under the dent. Another employee saw me looking down at it and he tried wiping but did get it. Also did not wipe down console.

This car wash used to be a very great car wash before they sold it to a group of investors. The General Manger Jesus Medina was very rude and his customer service is tremendously poor. I work in customer service and I know how one should be treated no matter what. When this company switched Managment everything changed, and I wish the previous manager would’ve taught Jesus how to treat the customers. These people only care about the money and not the customers. I have a monthly pass here and they treat the people with monthly passes as if they are not paying MONTHLY for the services. I cancelled my membership, will be telling my family and friends to cancel as well.

This was my first time and they broke my rear view mirror...the guy came up to me and said it was because my car was old...I also had a car wash which they did not close the back window so the back seat and floor got soaking wet. I will never and I mean never go back again.

Thought I give this place a second chance but once again disappointed. My back seat did not get vacuum. Spent $20 on full wash to have dirt still on outside of car not completely dried off. Inside of my car windows full of finger prints and dashboard still dusty. Waited over a hour for car to get wash then to look outside my car left with not tended too and wheels half way shined. They would do great work it had a team tend to one car and not jump from car to car because that causes workers not to complete the job on the first car .

I passed through this facility on my way home from work and received impeccable service. Im very picky about the way I want things done and the young man Josh did a great job cleaning my vehicle. He was patient with me and his customer service was exceptional. He was polite, efficient, and knowlegable about the services that he provides. I normally wash my vehicle on my own, but if I had to recommend a detail shop it would be Star Car Wash...specifically to see Josh. If you want quality service please do not hesitate to go see Josh.

Horrible I will not go back

Really sweat workers. some gunk was on my car and the power washer didnt get it off so one of the workers was determined and scrubbed until it was all gone. They do get busy sometimes so be prepared to wait over 30 especially on a sunny day.

Star Carwash used to be the go to for a car cleaning as good as you would do yourself in the driveway on a Saturday, but now they just hire kids to fill vacancies, theres no pride in the work so I just get the cheapest service when Im pressed for time and go home and finish myself.

I took my car for the very first time there this past Wednesday and I was not satisfied with the service. I paid extra for them to wipe the inside down and that was not done correctly. My suv is white and my car still had dirt spots on it and I literally took my finger and could get the dirt off smh. I also got the tires done and the factory rims still had dirt all on them. I was referred to them but I will never give my money to them again. Prayerfully everyone has a good experience there. I will never return there again.

They did something to my car, so that I was unable to start it, I had to have my battery jumped. Do NOT take your car there. This place has gone downhill under new management.

I brought my girlfriends Caddilac in here to get detailed for her birthday. I can’t even get the inside wipes down because they’ve only got 5 people to work. On a Saturday morning! Then I asked Deisha, the cashier if Jesus, the general manager was here, he’s not in. Her response was, well, we can’t make people come in!!! I won’t be back. I’ll drive farther and pay more for better service!

Loved the experience going there.... great crew that is courteous and dried my car very good I will go back again and again the front personnel what a great young group of guys they be moving cars out quick!! I Highly recommended and yes I do love my truck
