I was a little nervous going here due to the earlier reviews. However my experience was very positive. Everyone that worked in this office that I met today were very nice, respectful and made me feel welcomed. Pretty speedy service too even though they were very busy! Excellent job ladies! Keep up the great service!!

I have to say that I pay attention to detail and I absolutely love what I just experienced. The check in terminal kicked me out but the front desk person helped me and I got in fast. The tech that completed my test was phenomenal (Lanel L.) in ever way. She got my blood drawn on the first try and she didn’t have to use a butterfly needle. Everyone was just so wonderful. Even when customers didn’t quite listen they were just all so patient. You rarely get that anymore. Love it!!!! Perfect 10!

The front desk was SO helpful and respectful!

Went in for services, around 7:50am. Upon entry the receptionist was very polite and quickly proceesed my paperwork. Minutes later the tech called me in (Kenisha) she was totally professional and a pro with my blood draw. Was out of the office by 8:05am. Will DEFINITELY return to this LabCorp location.

They did an excellent job keeping everyone distanced and my wait time was only 2 minutes! They are excellent people doing a great job!

These people are Rude and take forever to call you back even with no one in back.... I waited almost an hour having to piss really bad and they took their time calling people back. When they finally started calling people back they tried calling a bunch of people I had gotten there before and checked in before (Mind you Id already been waiting for almost an hour)... One of the people she called was kind enough to tell the lady to take me first.... when I got back she was very nonchalant and kind of Rude. Then when I was done it was almost as she was trying to rush Me.... I’m definitely going to report this location to corporate if I could give Zero Stars I would... If you get assigned to this place to take any type of tests I strongly recommend using the find a different location option.... Rude and unprofessional 😡😡😡😡

Very disrespectful lady that does the testing in the back.. Unprofessional needs 2 learn how to talk to people.. I wouldnt send my mother to this place...

They have one lab tech. Wait for a simple drug test is almost two hours. Staff is dismissive and rude. Walked into waiting room with a posted max occupancy of 10... place was packed. Almost 20 people in the waiting room.

They are supposed to be in charge of many serious testing. And apparently there was a mix up of some sorts to where they messed up my drug test for new hire. Now I have to go back AGAIN and retake test across town, and have delayed my start date at my new Job! I never heard this happening with Concentra...

This was my first time visiting this place. I went to the window and the lady ask did you check in? I didnt know to check in on the Kiosk. I checked in and no one gave any instructions. No one never came out to clean at anytime. Not a friendly place at all. I hope I never have to go there again.

Dont worry about checking in via the stay in your car option. I made an appointment for my Asthmatic child included my insurance info and arrived 8 mins early to the appt., checked in online and waited in the car per instructions. I received a text stating the technician is ready for you come in. Once I went in I went to the receptionist desk and was told to have a seat. 2 people were called in before us and multiple patients were entering. This caused my child anxiety. Upon speaking to the receptionist she stated we were next or we could come to a patient room to wait. I appreciated that and we did so. I overheard the receptionist tell a tech they have 15 minute window. We had waited in the waiting room 15 minutes after the scheduled appt.I understand the staff has nothing to do with what is stated on the website so I would ask that LabCorb update the website to state the correct information regarding waiting in the car. Sidenote: the technician was nice.

The ladys behind the desk where nice as where the people in the waiting room, was in and out for a employee pre employment drug test in 40 Mins, walk in use the easy to follow tablets and then verify with the people behind the glass

Pure foolishness! Computers were down and I had to go to another location which was completely packed because of this. Whats the point of an appointment when they dont call/email and just send you somewhere else.

At 3:05 p.m., the day AFTER Labor Day, (Tuesday) this location STILL had their telephone recording on saying that they had limited staffing due to the Labor Day holiday. NO opportunity to select an option to speak to someone at the facility. Pretty pathetic that telephone customer service is severely lacking not just at this location, but ALL LabCorp locations!!?????!!!

My first experience here amidst Covid was okay out front because kiosks were working, and I really liked the nurse who drew my blood.This second time, today on a Monday - it’s 11:45, no one is in the office except the unfriendly receptionist saying the internet and phones are Down so she can’t accept any patients. Sends me to the lab Corp just across the street, easy enough.... but she doesnt bother to know their hours and they close at 12 on Monday ... so she has wasted a lot of people’s time. Not to mention, we can’t even get the tests that we count on from these Labs. Can the owner please step up?

Extremely unprofessional staff with terrible customer service. They clearly lack quality personnel and leadership. The reviews are accurate. Avoid this facility if at all possible.

The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and very sarcastic. Her attitude is very bad and unwelcoming. There is no need for attitude or sarcasm when people are asking questions because they don’t know. She was things like “ Oh you can’t read? You stood there and didn’t read any of my signs”She rolled her eyes, does not know how to be professional and articulate the process.Just unacceptable. Worst lab Corp I have ever been to. The worst experience ever. They should just close this location down. I signed in at 8am for a drug test for an employer and two hrs later was seen.

A relatively convenient location as opposed to going into a hospital or a professional building. Professionalism is a whole different story! Bottom line, they get the job done, eventually...

No one answers the phone (3 times). I let it rings 7 times each. I had to call Quest Diagnostics to make an appointment.No problem.This had been going on a long time. It need to be addressed.Also, the sign said closed at 5:00pm, but the door are lock at 4:30pm. No one will come to the door when you knock.Home Office need to fix the problems. Unless they dont care about their reputation and stand by their employees action.

This is the location on York Dr. I have never been in a medical office or lab that is very rude and unprofessional. I will not return. I was spoken to as if I did not know how to read or follow directions. The location at Charlton Methodist in Physician Offices 1 is great!

The absolute best staff ever. So friendly and the best customer service. Getting blood drawn is never fun but this team made it a BREEZE!!! Kudos to the entire staff.

I was hestitate about going to this Labcorp after reading a few reviews. I arrived at 9:30am for my schedule 10:00am appointment. After arriving I signed in and took a seat. My name was called at 9:55am by the lady at the front counter. She greeted me, asked a couple of questions and informed me they would called me shortly. She was very pleasant and polite. At 10:05am they called me back. That staff member was friendly and professional. Service completed. Great customer service with friendly personnel. I recommend this place and we return.

They never answer the phone. 3 /5 self check outs are broken. Front desk receptionist has an attitude. Still not as bad as the LabCorp on Beckley.

This place is f****ing horrible. Who needs help?Typically an elderly individual or a sick individual.And at this location they have now an electronic check in station. Yes on paper this seems like a great idea. Quicker access to all the data for each patient.But how can you assume that modern technology is gonna make it easier for an elderly person who has had medical attention a certain way for decades.Ok so lets say this new electronic check in is easier. For those elderly who can barely walk in the door, who have never seen this technology this is just another chore they have to get used to. Lets say they require some assistance which they always will. The attendant at the front counter refers the individual to the check in machine. Because it isnt their problem to any longer check in a patient. Technology is a great thing moving forward. But the transitional stages in modern technology needs to keep in mind those who require the most assistance, I know most of this paragraph needs some grammatical attention but I am writing this infuriated by the way the service is being provided at this location. Dear big corporations 1 star is far more than they deserve here. Many many years ago these people taught us how to walk talk shower and all things hygiene that are second nature to us. Have a little patience for your patients. Help them learn these new ways.

The first time I came was in August and the receptionist was rude and loud. She actually rolled her eyes at me when I inquired about the wait time . Its an extremely long wait. It appears they work at their own pace. Maybe because they are in an urban area. Ive been to other labcorps that were full and never waited more than 15 minutes. Its at least a 45minute wait start to finish even when its slow . I wouldnt recommend or will return due to slow and poor customer service .

Do not come to this place, especially with a full bladder! I went for a drug screen that takes 15 minutes down the street, but it took over 2 hours. The employees were loud and unprofessional. The receptionist blurted out to one of her customers, if you dont have insurance, you gone have to pay. The customer got loud then. I will be letting the company I got the screen for about other better places. They had the older adults waiting 3-4 hours for lab work. I thought it was a doctors office

The waiting area is clean and spacious. The wait is about an hour. The employees were friendly and helpful.

Try your hardest not to go to this location. Very slow and employee didnt mention the time limit for urine sample. Waited over an hour to take a test they couldnt honor. Just so everyone is aware, the limit is 3 minutes. She even seemed as if she knew she was wrong but still rudely told me she went ahead and forfeited my test. Just wow.

Very dissatisfied, went on a Monday to get blood drawn out and Ive been having this nerve pain on the arm where they took my blood out since Friday, so I had to miss a couple of days of work because of some inexperienced ladies up there who dont know how to stick a damn needle properly. Cant stretch my right arm all the way or I feel the nerve pain, I also went up there and they said that they couldnt do anything about it, BAD PEOPLE. Im also going to take your people to court for phlebotomy malpractice.

I can echo some of the posts Ive read here. Ive been to LabCorp 2x in the past year. The staff are rude and mocking. The lady at the front desk just blurts things out in not even incomplete sentences and expects you to know what she is talking about. Both times my doctors office sent over the required forms electronically. Both times the staff at LabCorp told me that they were not received and my doctor usually sends a paper copy. I checked with my doctor and they said they always send the forms electronically. It sounds to me like the staff at this LabCorp location are just incompetent. It sucks when you have to wait so long only to find out they want you to go get paperwork and then you have to find another day to come back.

Horrible place for a nursing mothers, and old people.staffs are not polite and compassionate. Worst place ever.sStaffs need proper orientation.

Absolutely awful experience. They were unkind, snarky, lazy, and rude. I took my 7 month old for a blood draw and she not only treated me awful, she did not know how to find his vein and caused a bruise on his arm. It was a horrible experience and I would not want anyone to go here.
