Person who answered the phone was pleasant. Informed they dont do work on home theatre electronics and gave me the name of another electronic place that met my needs.

Pick my TV up on September 26 and now it is October 21 and I have not received my TV yet won’t return phone call. My TV was blinking off and on with a picture now it doesn’t have a picture at all. It’s December and all I receive are call and texts of lies NO TV yet. Have replaced tv keep what you have a a bless 2020.

The technician took one look at my TV, hit the power button told me the screen was cracked and that he couldn’t fix it and charged me $50! He was literally there for less than 10 minutes. It would have been nice if he would have asked me what was going on with the tv before coming so he wouldn’t of had to come! Then he turned around and tried to sell me TV that he had of lesser value for $75!

This is a fake store. He works out of his garage and uses fake pictures. Messed up my electronics, and returned it in a worse condition then when dropped off.

Do NOT go to this guy! Fraud Fraud is all I will say... its on you but trust me do not! He makes money off the service call and then he goes MUTE!! Save yourself the headache!

Took Samsung flat screen TV in for repairs, week before Thanksgiving. Picked it up. Supposedly a motherboards was installed. But rafter arriving home, television still have the same issues, plus could not connect to the Internet.they gladly accepted it back. That repair cost $250!..I accept mistakes, back orders, and any other excuse.No calls, no updates... I go in today...01/03/18, well over 45 days.T.V still not working..From a former customer point of view. No updates, no apologies.Didnt even hold the door as I struggled to get a 52 inch tv out the door.So I lost the $250Definitely will not recommend

Poor customer service and communication. Would not recommend. I have sympathy that the insurance company may not have been doing the right thing, but poor on Reggies part to not provide ANY updates to me.

I have a plasma and LCD TV, only 2years old, he was able to give me the best deal by far and the TVs work better than when I got them new.

The only reason I decided to take my sons DVD players there because they helped my mom with a minor issue with her tv. Im so glad I didnt spend a dime. Customer service was horrible. I wasnt greeted not even after I said thank you as I was leaving three different times. He still didnt acknowledge me at all. Thats one of the main reasons I do. It support African American businesses like I use to.

I took a playstation up to get repaired took them 2 weeks to finally tell wat was wrong with it. Then they called me 3 days after that and told me they couldnt fix it horrible place they cant fix nothing I wish I can give this place no stars but I guess I got to leave one
