OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!The young lady who assisted me was able to retrieve and print a document from my phone so I could make copies, send a fax and letter.Can not get any better than that!!

A very weird place. The people running the place look like theyd rather be somewhere else. One gentleman seems nice enough. The staff tries to keep things moving along, but I always get the immediate, feeling when Im walking through the door, that I just want to get out of here as fast as possible.And, LISTEN TO THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT AMAZON RETURNS. If you think youre doing the right thing in dropping off your Amazon return promptly at this store, youll soon find out that it doesnt matter when you drop it off, because your returned item could sit there for days or, as Im finding out, weeks before even being actually picked up by UPS.After a couple days went by since I dropped off my return, I checked the UPS tracking, and the most current info was that UPS had not yet received the package? When I called the store, I got a well rehearsed pre-packaged response by one of the ladies. I was told that Amazon returns are put in a big box, and thats where they sit...until the box is full. And we cant tell you when it will be full.Im not angry. I simply wish they would have told me that when I first dropped off my item, or maybe posted a clearly visible sign stating Attention all Amazon returns: your package may sit here in the store for days before being received by UPS. Then, I would have simply driven my package to the UPS center in Palm Springs...problem solved.Plus, Im a black business owner myself, and I know when I feel strange in a certain establishment. You know when you are experiencing a welcoming environment, and when youre not. Its funny: Ive not been in any way treated unkindly here. But, in general, I will be avoiding this spot. I get the feeling they must deal with a lot of confrontation (the old going postal) and Im very careful to walk on eggshells when Im there.Moving forward, since I buy a lot on Amazon, any returns will be dropped off at UPS in Palm Springs. Problem solved. I learned my lesson the hard way.__________________________________________UPDATE: UPS still has not received the Amazon return item I dropped off at this store on 6/10. Its now 6/17. :(I would never use them again for an Amazon return. And, because I sense they couldnt care less, I will drive anywhere else to avoid this place, for any of my shipping needs.__________________________________________2nd UPDATE: UPS still has not received the package, as of 6/22/21. What a mess. I am now going to complain to UPS and Amazon. Everyone needs to know not to make the mistake of dropping off an Amazon return here...where it will sit potentially for weeks.

This store should have a negative star because 1 star is to high of a score for them. On February 19, 2021 i sent out a box of car shocks and springs to Florida forn this Desert Hot springs store i paid $161.01 because the weight of the box was 68Lbs. On the 16th of March at approximately 5:45pm i returned to the store to ask about the box because the recipient said they havent received it. As soon as i asked the gentleman who helped me about the whereabouts of the box i noticed the box on the floor right behind him, as if the box had never moved. After i asked for the manager, One very rude person who introduced himself as the owner of the store by the name Floyd Barten said that the recipient had moved and that they didnt tell me because my phone number was wrong. I told him that i can tell that the box was never even out of the store and the the recipient has the same address and my phone has and is the same number for 15 years. I told him i wanted a refund because i was taking my business somewhere else. I can tell his face changed dramatically and could tell he got very upset at me. He picked up the box handed the 68Lbs box to me and i started to walk out the door. As i was about to walk out the door carrying this box, for no reason he push me back and and started cursing racial slurs at me with a very irritable voice. i lost my balance due to carryingthe heavy box. I twisted my ankle trying to keep my balance and now i feel back pain. At this piont i started to feel pack pain and ankle sprain so i stepped out of the store. As soon as i stepped out he started kicking the box until he got it out of the store and the locked the doors while he stayed inside. At about 6:23 i called my son to meet me outside the store so that he can pick up tge box and take it home with him. He arrived shortly after and drove off. At this time i drove to the police department to file a report. This person has no business being in the customer service industry. Please be safe and stay away from this store and all stores that he owns. I will supply a list of the multiple stores here in the desert including the Las Vegas locations. The vidoe is there and the video doesnt lie. Hopefully they dont intentionally erase it as this could be considered tampering or altering evidence.

Very impressed with this store. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. They have just about every service that a small business might need. I had them print a photo and then an enlargement. Both were of great quality. Very busy, so this must mean they do their job correctly. Highly recommended.😂

Worst service ever. Not even the owner cares about his own business. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

I went in thus store to have some important paperwork notarized for my dad. We had a few questions about a living trust and a very nice gentleman named Nick helped us. Not only was he helpful and kind but he went above and beyond and making sure that we had everything done right with our paperwork. This young man Nick is such an asset to the store. I really want to thank you Nick, you even told us a good place to go have breakfast. You are awesome and I want you to understand how much good customer service means nowadays. I highly recommend the store for all of your paperwork needs, Nick is a great notary public.

Please be very careful using this location. I dropped off a package to this store last Saturday to be returned (very negative experience) and they never sent it out or marked the package in their system!! 6 days later and UPS refused to help. Luckily Amazon stepped in and resolved the situation.

Went there to have my sons belongings shipped back home, not only did they help carry most of the belongings from the car but they wrapped and boxed it. They were extremely helpful and they went above and beyond great customer service. We loved Buddha the dog he made sure everything was wrapped nicely and ready to ship.

Very Rude Customer Service looks like new staff. Staff had no clue how to work machine or computer obviously! Also was not informed about what they were charging me for and the man had very rude attitude as I had spoke to him calmly and respectfully.

Horrible. I came in to mail a package via UPS. Had to print up my label via their computer, I had to wait about 3 minutes after I had pulled up my info which only took me 1 min if that… but couldn’t figure out how to print it up from their computer, so after waiting for this older man name John to help me with this ( he was helping another customer ) I was finally able to print it up. I was only on the computer the most 5 minutes and he saw me waiting for him. He charged me $ 2. 00 to use the computer !!! Unbelievable. Then paid to print it up …. altogether, I found John, non-personable, unsmiling, cold, unkind… short and snippy. My experience there was so upsetting the way he was so rude to me I was shook up all night after I got home. No need to treat customers this way..stop being so judgmental and be kind to those who help put dinner on your table !! It’s not hard to smile and be kind !!!! It was a Saturday, no one else was around to help me.

The reps are thorough and helpful. I only wish it was easier to drop off a labeled package when all three of them are busy photocopying sunday school materials.

Horrible service! better drive to Palm Springs to a Fedex location!I send a package to a Fedex Location and John checked the address but omitted to tell me that Fedex will not accept the package send from a UPS Store my package was refused and They will not even credit me for their error ! this location does not care for good customer service!!!

FAST and I mean FAST service....

DO NOT...I repeat DO NOT send faxes there! I wasnt aware the prices had changed, and of course the prices are posted by the fax machine where the customer CANNOT see it I was charged TWO dollars and some change for faxing...per page.. it came out to $8.16 just to fax!!!

My son ordered some things and they arrived 3 days late, they even said that they knocked on the door one day when we were in the house all day and they said that there was no one in the house, I am also waiting for a package that should arrive ago 3 days, if you are waiting for something urgent it never arrives on time, it is a bad service, they should be more responsible!
