I wasted my time shopping on their website. After getting ready to checkout and creating an account, it says it needs admin approval to set up an account. After 2 hours of wait, I call customer service. They say it takes 2 WEEKS to set up and account & check my credit. I say Im just trying to order some products with my credit card and can I check out as a guest, and she says yes. There is no option to check out as a guest. I call back and another lady says that I cannot check out as a guest, and she cannot take my order until I get an account set up.

My university has an exclusive deal with Warehouse Direct for office supplies. This is supposed to ensure that we get the best prices. But instead we get slow deliveries, fewer choices, and higher prices. I bought a standing desk from them, which they suggested (there was only one choice). It wobbles awfully. I told them this was unacceptable, and instead of accepting a return, our contact set up *four* meetings with their supplier, who all told me the product should work ok. No offer to return the desk, just me wasting my time and losing productivity. This same desk (the Hon Coordinate) sells for slightly cheaper than we paid on Amazon, BTW, where there are many other choices.I purchased a white board for WD for $320. The literal exact same item is $160 on Amazon.Ive tried ordering mechanical pencils through the company, since I have no other choice, and twice been told they dont actual sell the item on their page.Why would anyone want to do business with a company like this?

The prices make you feel like its such a great deal. Dont be fooled. Their customer service is horrible. They use third-party freight for delivery and do not deliver on time. Its not worth the hassle or the few dollars saved. I will never shop here again. I called after product had not arrived four days after the end of the delivery window and was told by customer service where the shipment was, but they couldnt give me an estimate on arrival, because another company handled that. Called the third-party company and their customer service apparently thought her job was a joke or that my lost shipment was. The worst experience ever! Dont do it to yourself.

Called to order soap for a soap dispenser. Product I wanted was out of stock. THEY suggested a replacement product. The product they sent did NOT fit in my soap dispensers. They initially told me they would not accept a return. After a few phone calls they agreed to take the product but insisted I eat the $14 of shipping on the initial shipment, then pay a $25 shipping fee for the return. Wont call here again.

Tight back and overnight parking

Very quick delivery in and out 20 minutes full truckload. Easy to get along with staff. Docks can be a challenge if you don’t know what your doing.

Just wondering if they train their truck drivers on road saftey. Had one of their truck drivers literally push me onto the shoulder exiting the 94 toll at Tower. I honked my horn and nothing. It was move or be mowed down. Never mind he had a lane to himself, he decided he needed TWO! Train your drivers on road safety!!!

If you want your product in time, don’t order here. They were 2 months late and I only got it as I threatened to cancel. Also their delivery service America West is horrible! Their “white glove” delivery is a joke! I made at least 20 calls just to get my product 2 months late and dealing with people who could care less! The worst experience I have ever had spending over $4k. Never again with them!

I have pickedup from there a few times. Im not a regular customer and do this as a favor for a bigger client of theres. No vistor or will call parking. No person interaction, they have paper over the receptionist window and when you call the phone rings behind the glass covered paper. It actually kind of funny. Guys in the back of the house are great but the people up front are clueless. Everytime I am here I wait 20 minutes or more.
