VERY RUDE,THE LADY AT THE DESK THAT DID THE TESTING VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ,,DONT GO THERE IF YOU DONT HAVE TO

Came in for Varicella and Hep B titer. Front desk immediately denied it saying the prescription was not written clear enough. Went back to try to have my physician speak with her, she just left and did not come back even though clinic was open for 30 more minutes. Never had this issue with LabCorp before and had similarly written prescription from my doctor give me no issues before at another LabCorp site. Very disappointed and upset I have to go to another more distant site to get this done.

My husband and I came for lab tests at Deplanes site on Saturday 3/13/21 morning. Amazing service by Barbara. She was the only staff there but very calmly and professionally she managed all customers. There were people who got upset and impatient but with a soothing and calm voice she explained to them. I felt like I was treated very special and she did the same to all her other customers. Thank you Barbara! We need more people like you.

The lady in the front desk told me to wait for 15 minutes but she actually me wait for 30 minutes. And after the 30 minutes she took 2 people ahead of me saying that they had appointments. She says that she is the only lady taking care of the center. Her problems are hers.The ady should understand that time is valuable for everyone. Now I have to wait for atleast an hour. I came here for urine test required for my job and spent an hour sitting in the waiting area.

Had a blood test on Thursday. Office staff advised test results would be available in less than 24 hours. Time has passed and still no results. Impossible to call and speak to a live human. Do not recommend this place. Will not go there again.
