I work there!

This is a distribution center. Dont show up thinking its geared around providing customer services. Coming here to send a package is like going to a General Mills factory to buy a box of cereal, likely possible but completely unintended. Better to use the UPS store a quarter mile north on the first left: 1751 Hull Ave.

The people are rude to their employees. Now I know why theyre always hiring and have a quick overturn on their employees. WOW!

My UPS guy dropped off 6 packages that I told him werent mine. He said he would pick them up that day. He never did. They sat here for a week. I tried calling customer service. No answer. The voice prompt can only direct you to something you dont need. I tried for an hour to get a hold of someone. Horrible customer service and disrespectful.

UPS is a fine delivery service. But customer service is entirely useless. Cant get any information regarding my deliveries for our business. Worthless.

Jen the “supervisor” is a horrible woman to have to deal with. She yelled at me on the phone, used inappropriate language, and when I asked to speak to her supervisor she smugly informed me that she doesn’t report to anyone at ups. I hope this woman gets it together fast, because this is how shipping companies get a bad reputation.

Ups is a terrible company. I worked for them last year and got hurt on the job right at thus warehouse and they dont want to pay me workmans comp. Now I cant work and I have a 5 lbs lifting restriction. Who is gonna give me work?They also throw packages on the trucks while their loading. They have no care for their employees or their customers packages.

Package got there on time! They even packed my shipment for me!

I hate it here its a supervisor name Christ who a bigger dick then Dick Butkus him self he discriminate against me first bcuz Im a woman and secondly​ bcuz Im black which probably was the main reason bro felt so immediate by me lol thats how I know Im great the get -5 starts Im my book but that wasnt an option for can go on for days it u know what Ima stop rite here but Ill NVR forget this, this was the first time racisms happened to me face to face up close in person and nobody did nothing about it I hate this place and I dont hate things or ppl

Treat you like a piece of meat.. they’ll use you when they need you for as long as they can then throw you to the streets a second they don’t.

Useless phone service and bad customer relations. for a company that is supposed to be the best in the business.

The employees here are normally friendly, but sometimes theyre not in a very good mood. Theyre not always very good at helping either.

UPS encourages managers, drivers, and other staff to discriminate against people who are trans.
