This is how it looks like when I received my digital piano. I filed a claim to FedEx but they said I have to ask the store to file the claim as I am not the person who create the shipping label. However, the store never respond my phone call. I brought an insurance from the store in case there is any damage. But this is what I received after spending over $200.

They never answer the phone for some reason, and they took a little longer than they said they would getting back to me. Otherwise, great service.

This place is amazing. I can take in all my Covid-loneliness-induced online shopping purchase returns here even though they vary between Usps, ups, and fedex, and I can send them all. AND, he helps me tape them. Fabulous store, highly recommend if going to mail locations usually causes you stress

I Retained the Packaging Store to ship my mothers grandfather clock from Winterset to my home in Alabama. Jeff was very courteous and prompt in picking up the clock. It was expertly crated, and I received it in perfect condition within a week. I would highly recommend the Packaging Store.

Not a UPS store - cannot complete UPS store services - not sure why Google has them marked as a UPS store.

I had to return a cell phone to Verizon and UPS Store advised me to pay the extra for tracking, because of UPS Stores experience with cell companies. That tracking number was golden, it stopped Verizon from charging me for service when the cellphone was in their warehouse. Thanks UPS Store!
