I have had a policy with this place for over 12 years and they canceled me without notice after a missed payment! I never signed up for paperless so failure to provide a paper statement is all on you!

I wanted to share my great experience with Timothy Brehms office. I was recently married and went on my husbands policy through a different company. I called to cancel my previous policy, expecting to have some issues. The lady who assisted me was very pleasant. She congratulated me on my marriage and kindly asked why I was leaving. Once I explained, she was understanding. She cancelled my policy and let me know they would love to help me in the future, if needed. I was absolutely surprised how easy the process was and how nice she was. I was with them for years and would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I was refer to this office by a friend and signed solely for the inexpensive auto policy; of course that didnt last long and Im aware that they dont have any control over that. But the one-star is weighted heavily on the customer service experience. I had put up with their attitude because of close proximity and convenience, but now Im glad I left. I highly suggest readers to go to another All State office.

For excellent service and great coverage try this Allstate insurance, and you would be glad you did. That is why for over ten years I been with AllState. No regrets! No buts! No scratching head! I go with Allstate everywhere I go because like they say, I am in good hands.

Second All state agent that was slimy. Encouraged me to keep liability. Of course I got hit, and guess what? Agency used it against me so they could get out of helping me. Quick to point out inhale liability only, so sorry. And now they expect me to pay a full premium and Ill get refunded the part I dont use. Ive already switched companies, and I only owe 7 days worth of insurance with All state, yet they expect me to pay all. Really? After the 2 shoddy agents I had? No, they will just get their 7 days worth, like they deserve. Its too much in my opinion, since they did nothing to assist me. I think they are a bunch of crooks.

Had a great Allstate agent originally, then was automatically transferred to this guy after my agent left the business. Horrible service and auto policy actually cost twice what the competitors charge, after I had time to sit down and compare companies. They are quick to sell you additional insurance but arent as quick to research better lower priced options. Take your business somewhere else.

My car was totaled by an Allstate customer and the customer service was non-existent. It was a clear cut fault of the other driver, but it still took a month to receive any payment for my vehicle. Allstate claims rep verbally laughed at my struggle during phone calls. I am assuming I have limited recourse, but I can warn others about doing business with Allstate. If you get hit by one of their customers, you are not in good hands!

Very unprofessional staff. Cancelled policies & they charged us extra money to do so even though we were paid ahead on auto pay! Had one policy we paid a year in 6 months time. (Almost paid in full) they kept the portion we didnt use because of the fine print BEWARE when you cancel. Got the run around on the fact that they werent refunding anything and that we actually owed even more to cancel! In the end we paid $126 extra to cancel plus they kept premiums that werent theres to begin with. I think Tim, Amy & the rest of their family are great people. However I have had a horrible business experience with Allstate. Very disappointed. Nobody explained when I went to cancel that all these fees would be present and that it wouldnt be pro-rated back, the unused portion of the policy.

Just saw the commercial about not raising rates if you have a claim. Dont believe it! We had Allstate Insurance for both car and house for over 50 years. We had two small claims, each under $800 in all that time. Then we had another $800 claim and Allstate almost DOUBLED our rate!!!!! We left Allstate Insurance and they didnt even care!

Customer service here is terrible. They have awful attitudes and are much more concerned with upselling you on something you dont want or need than they are about your insurance issues. Get ready to spend an unreasonable amount of time on hold.

This office is very unprofessional and not responsive at all. I always have to contact the office at least three times with several days in-between to get a response. My auto policy was increased for NO reason and with no email or letter alerting me that it had happened. When I FINALLY spoke with them the explanation was, there was an increase for everyone. Record profits and they need to increase fees for everyone, while providing horrible customer service....nope Ill be finding a new agent.

Their office is horrible staff and only tell u what u want to hear and tell the truth on things then when called out they lie to cover their own and screw their customers.Also they add vehicles to policies without speaking to the policy holder for verification or any clarity on it they dont set up policies the way they are asked to do it. Aslong as they get your money they dont keep it honestDONT EVER GO TO THESE AGENCY

We called and requested paperwork to cancel our insurance with Allstate through Tim Brehms office. We were asked why and responded and didnt hear anything back. Wrote again three days later asking for cancelation paperwork, no response. Three days after that called corporate and they said Brehms office cancelled our policy when we requested paperwork, without letting us know, without giving us a choice for a date so we wouldnt be without auto and home insurance for any period of time. Glad nothing happened while we were in limbo thanks to horrible communication and lack of customer service on the part of Brehms office.
