I have only been to grainger once, and will never go again. They advertised a good deal on a pole saw. After waiting 6 weeks for it to arrive, they gave me a big hassle over not wanting to give me the charger that was included. I asked Bradley to call his boss, who he said was on vacation and not to be disturbed. He proceeded to waste my time calling other people. I finally got it, but it is not worth driving across town for what looks like a good deal.

I am a homeowner that needed a specific part (capacitor) for my Air Conditioner. I went here as I couldn’t find any other place that would sell it to me (most others are wholesale or sell to only Licensed Contractors - even for the simplest parts). The employee was knowledgeable and showed me some options. Great experience. Will return if/when necessary.

The nicest employees! I went there to return some shoes I ordered online and the guy came out to my car to let me know when they were opening and even stayed outside, because he was going to help me bring in my return, before he knew it was just a pair of shoes. Super friendly staff!

Got an exact replacement (in stock) for my furnace draft inducer motor. My brother has also gotten a sump pump here. The curbside pickup was convenient.

Excellent service, but a little high on there prices

Great staff, easy to find, and prices were competitive with the industry. Went in aske the sales person a few questions and they immediately got answers for me to look at on the monitor right in front of me.

I was sent an email when the items were ready and they help load them snd get me on my way.
