They are always responsive and quick to answer questions that I have on maintaining a crystal clear pool. They always greet you with a friendly smile and a helping hand. Follow-up water test and everything is looking good! Knowledgeable and willing to help highly recommend.

Worked with Steve at EZ test. He was patient and walked me through different options as I was trying to replace a pump. He is also very unselfish in his advice on laying out all the options without the pressure of buying 15 things from them. Loved working with him and recommend this place highly.

I’ve repeatedly visited this location this summer. I purchased a home with a pool this winter, so this is my first season learning the ropes. The employees are incredibly short tempered, rude, and passive aggressive. One employee in the back room especially. Any time I’ve asked a question like the difference in hoses, he rolls his eyes, and answers me with a non answer. I’ve finally told him to forget it, and I didn’t purchase what I wanted. There’s a young kid that is very nice and when he asked that guy a question right in front of me, he was rude to the kid too. Every time I am forced to go to this store it ruins my day.One older guy was hired earlier this summer and he was so nice and friendly. My husband and I agreed that his demeanor wouldn’t last. Sure enough, two months later he’s beaten down and miserable.I am astounded that there are so many positive reviews. If you’re trying to learn about your new pool, go somewhere else. You’ll be treated like a fool, get passive aggressive non-answers, and wonder what you did to receive such treatment.

I always go here found that most everyone is friendly.One staff member is passive aggressive. I’ve seen them treat other customers that way, I always felt bad for the customer. I’ve never had a experience like that until today I’ve been going here for 2 years.Buyer beware !!! You can’t return chemicals For any store credit or refund!!I wasn’t told Of a return policy before and I didn’t think it would be an issue. I’ve never had to return anything either. It just so happens that what I bought I already had at home I didn’t need it. I innocently thought I could bring it back.The person that was trying to help me was very friendly. And of course the passive aggressive person interrupted , started being aggressive towards me which didn’t sit right. I was very kind and I just said I wish I knew before I bought it . he pointed out that “it’s right here on the paper “ very rudely likeI’m uneducated. For The record it’s in the corner where you can’t even see the policy unless you asked.I simply said I didn’t know it was a law, I was just trying to ask even if it’s not opened. And felt IWas treated rudely.I’d say maybe it’s just a bad day forHim, but I see him do this to other people when I’mThere. and now it’s happened to me. I Feel it needs to be addressed.

E-Z Test Pool Supplies is incredible. I researched the Internet to help me decide which company to start with. I looked no further than E-Z Test Pools. Trish is the General Manager at this location. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the pool installation process. From the moment I first spoke with her, and to this day, she is quick to respond to my thoughts and inquiries. Having no knowledge of pools, she provided me with her honest opinions and made me feel at ease. I had a vision, and E-Z Test Pool delivered.The pool contractors are D&P Swimming Pool Inc. This company is owned by Dave & Pat OKeefe who have been working in the pool business since high school. Anyway, Dave was at the house every day of the installation (and prior, with Trish to scope out and finalize the location of the pool) and he and his men are nothing short of professional, hard workers. I installed a semi in-ground Metric pool. Dave and his crew were punctual, proficient, and systematized. I highly, highly recommend them. I met Pat later on at the store when picking up some pool chemicals, and he was just as pleasant to be around. E-Z Test Pool Supplies deserves every 5-star rating they have received. I am very happy with my pool (I have attached pictures to this review) and am super excited it is almost pool season again! I trust E Z Test Pools for all of my pool needs going forward. The best pool supply store in the area by far!

Every time I go here I am greeted with a smile no matter how busy it gets! Each person makes the time to talk to you about your pool readings, questions, and even helps walk chemicals to your car. Balancing a pool can be so frustrating and expensive but every time I go Tricia always steers me in the right direction! She is so nice to me and my kids (they love getting a lolly pop) :) She must see so many people a day and when I go in she remembers me and my kids and even the issues I have with my pool! I will not go anywhere else!! If you are looking for honest and hardworking and knowledgeable people look no further than Derry ez test pool!

Ive been using E-Z Test for pool supplies for years and our pool is always spotless. This year we got a spa and Ive had some issues getting the water chemistry correct. With the help of Kent, the spa is equally as spotless as the pool now. He really enjoys helping the customers and is SUPER with water chemistry. UPDATE AS OF 8/3/20: Earlier this summer I had posted my disappointment that none of the EZ Test Pool employees were wearing masks. I felt this was a sign that the business owner did not take precautions during this pandemic seriously. HOWEVER, I went to EZ Test Pool in Derry to get supplies earlier this week and EVERY EMPLOYEE was wearing a mask. THANK YOU for taking my feedback seriously and doing what you can to take proper precautions. I appreciate your responsiveness. I have always found the employees at this store attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. I’m glad I can now visit with employees also taking safety seriously. I sincerely appreciate it.

UPDATE: The company got back to me and got the right part sent. They were very pleasant on the phone and wanted to make it right after sending the wrong part. I would have given 5-stars if they communicated better at the beginning about the replacement part. They originally contacted me pretty quick when I said that there was a problem and then I didnt hear anything for 7 days. That was a bit concerning but in the end they got me what I ordered so it worked out.

Trish was very helpful & responsive to our initial request. She was very professional, and even came out on Sundays/weekends to meet with us. She answered all of our questions fully and quickly. Very easy to get a hold of! Our new in ground Radient pool is beautiful. The initial installers they work with were very efficient and nice and they quality of workmanship was a nice surprise. We highly recommend EZ Test! We are thoroughly enjoying our new pool & have the team at EZ Test to thank for all their hard work and professionalism! A big thank you for our new pool towels as well!

Purchased new vacuum hose. After warranty time we realized pressure issue was due to cut in newly purchased hose. E-Z Test replaced hose for us. Pressure issue solved. They were very responsive to our problem.

I worked with Cass. She was very knowledgeable about the chemicals I need for my pool. She took her time to explain each and every product to me and made sure I knew how to use them before I left the store. She spent almost an hour with me and I will absolutely come back and work with her again

I had an issue with my filter and pool pump. Kent Reardon from the Derry location patiently walked me through some trouble shooting elements and also returned a phone call early morning before business hours to assist me on more questions. He exhibited what I consider exemplary customer service that is very rare these days. I successful repaired the issue myself with his help. I have been using EZ Test for 10+ years since owning a pool. Trish is fantastic, would recommend her to anyone, she knows pools and maintenance better than most people I come across. Store stock for parts is good, usually find what I need at the store without having to order. Any issues I have had over the years with my pool Trish has been able to solve without issue. I wouldnt shop elsewhere.

I purchased Madrid 60 Strong Spa for EZ Test Pools. Right from the purchase it was an excellent experience and my wife and I are extremely pleased with the quality of the spa.I purchased the spa with a zero interest credit card that Trisha told me I was approved for in 2 minutes. I was then told my hot tub came in early and so EZ Test came and installed it one week early which was awesome. They have supported me to this day with any questions and operation of the spa. This place has the worst customer service ever. I have been here twice now to try to get the supplies and gear needed to properly open and clean my pool and every time I go this chick that works at the Derry location, Katie, is nothing but rude and insulting. She’s not helpful. I ask her questions and she treats me like an idiot or doesn’t even offer the details or an explanation or alternative means to solve my problems when it comes to cleaning the pool. She’s very poor at customer service. I have had nothing but issues with this chick since I came to the store and as a first time pool owner I no longer feel confident coming to this place for answers, services or products, not to any of their locations. They’re ridiculously unfriendly and haven’t a clue what customer service should be. No thank you, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Katie is awful. This place is awful. Worst customer service and the management clearly doesn’t care about how poorly their staff handles their business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that people will actually be helpful, polite and have respect for you. No one deserves the kind of disrespect and attitude the employees throw at the customers at E-Z Test Pool Supply. They’re horrible. Stay away.

Knowledgeable depending upon the person who is helping you, but obvious when they are in stressed out mode. Their basic customer service skills seem to fly right out of the window. Still, they carry much of the basics you will need to keep your pool up and running. Only place I have found locally that carries Enjoy chemicals.

Has ALWAYS had what we were looking for, needed, for our pool. And have gone the extra mile of staying after closing, to make sure we had a new pool filter and its accessories.

Trisha is so knowledgeable about each customers pool/hot tub. Shell never steer you wrong and always take the time to explain how to take care of your pool/hot tub.
