I have been working with EJG for 4 or 5 years to manage a rental property. Elias and his staff are very responsive to emails calls or texts. The website offers great reporting and accounting to track income, etc. Good quality tenants and reasonable fees for services.

Thank you for the quick response! 630 Sunday morning had water cascading into my bathroom from the guy above me maintenance arrived and took care of the issue cleaned up ran fans and dehumidifier. All the walls and ceiling were repaired better than what they were and I got a new vanity as well. Nice clean work too.

I applied for an apartment-in concord Nh. I paid 60$ each for a credit check for myself and my husband. I was told that the owner of the property reviewed my application and had approved my husband and I for an apartment at 42 N State street. I would be sent the paperwork shortly. After being accepted I asked if my husband could tour the apartment as he was out of town the day of the group showing by the EJG property management. Brianna of EJG told me that she would arrange that. After not hearing from Brianna for two days I called to check in. Someone at EJG answered the phone and told me that she would relay the message to Brianna. Brianna did not call me back as was promised. Instead Brianna emailed me that day stating that the owner of the property had decided to rent to someone else. She did not give a reason. I asked to speak to the owner of the property to determine the reason that my application was now being declined. Brianna has not responded. I am very disappointed in the handling of this situation. I had made plans to move to this property and EJG disregarded that completely. They told me I could move in. I would not recommend them as a property management company because they are dishonest

Rented for little over a year. Couldnt Wait to move out!! I went 7weeks with no heat in my bedroom, no light in the bathroom it kept shorting out!! Rotted floorboards. Slum loards!! I had too steam clean the rugs before moving in they were stained and stunk like urine! They left a sofa and recliner in the apartment that I had to put on Craigslist to get rid of them. Id never rent from them again!!

Very disappointed with renting through them. Would not recommend at all. We rented for two years, and the required maintenance to the place was never taken care of. Trying to get in touch with them was like pulling teeth, and theyd always have to call you back and then conveniently forget to every time. When we moved in, it was clear that the apartment hadnt been cleaned anytime recently, so we cleaned top to bottom. When we left, the property manager had an emergency and couldnt make it to the final walk through. We had it perfectly clean, yet they took out $250 from the security deposit. When we asked what for, the answer was, Thats just what the property owner said to take out and he didnt say why. Its unbelievable how garbage they are, and I wouldnt rent through them again if my life depended on it.

Talk about overbearing, rude, threatening and unprofessional. Bullying tenants and treating tenants like complete garbage. Disgusting.

I would give negative star if i could. I have water leak problem and they could not fix that in last 9 months. When you call emergency maintenance no one shows up for days and then leave everything open and say we will be back and no one shows up for weeks. Thats how they do emergency work.worst of living in their EJG properties.if you want to see pictures of leak i can upload them.

Unmatched professional service and amazing partnership!You are not a real estate investor until you have a property management company. Unfortunately, there are so many bad companies out there that investors continue to do management by themselves since they cannot find a good partner. I am happy to say that we found Elias and his company and forgot all about midnight calls about leaks. Elias is acting as on owner on our property. He always tries to repair all of the equipment and immediately gives me a call if he feels something should be replaced. He has excellent partnership with local contractors and gets better pricing on larger jobs than I can get myself if I call the same contractor for the same job.We had a problem with a tenant not paying rent, Elias took the appropriate legal steps and quickly got to a resolution. We are more than happy with his excellent service. We are looking at him as a great long term partner and CEO of our real estate business. I cannot recommend Elias enough.Important to note is that I managed the property with my wife for the first 8 months of ownership. Needless to say, having Elias on our side is worth every penny. The house is in excellent condition and maintained well. I have not received a single call from any of the tenants about problems with services from Elias.

Helped me find money to pay rent because of covid. Elias went above and beyond for me I had no idea that there was so much help out there he showed me where to apply for help and I ended up getting two months of rent paid. It’s been a over six months since I’ve switch to EJG Property Management. I have eight buildings with a total of 39 units located in Manchester New Hampshire. My last property manager was not living up to their promises. Rent roll was not being enforced and turnovers were becoming frequent. Since EJG Property Management has taken over the rent roll is on time and the amount has increased also troublesome tenants have been replaced with great tenants! Any time there has been a problem EJG property management is unresponsive and unprofessional. There have been several occasions where I had a meeting about the property that EJG failed to communicate they were unable to make the meeting in turn wasting my time. Any time a work order is created in the property management software EJG closes it immediately without calling or resolving the issue. It has been very frustrating to be dismissed as a customer.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with EJG Property Management for a period of one year while he managed a home I was renting in New Hampshire. I found the owner of the company and his associates to be responsive, efficient, and extremely adept at handling any situation that arose. He was always pleasant and cheerful, no matter how inconvenienced he might be with a late night call or emergency situation. When the lease term was ended, the property inspection was done quickly and my security deposit was returned in a timely manner. Overall, I had a very positive experience with his company, and would highly recommend him.

EJG Property Management managed my rental property for 4 years, between 2011-2015. The only reason we ended the arrangement was because we sold the Condo. Elias is an excellent property manager with excellent communication skills, both with the tenant and the owner. All of my tenants were very happy with the service he provided, as was I. The rate he charged was fair, especially for the high level of professionalism that he demonstrated.There were a number of issues with the property that occurred during the time, some of them common issues (Broken window), and others were uncommon issues (failed non-standard size through-the-wall AC unit, Pellet stove issues), Elias handled them all quickly and completely.I would recommend EJG Property Management to anyone...period.

Absolutely the WORST company to rent from. The word RUDE doesnt begin to decribe the girl who answers the phone. We were told as renters we were NOT ALLOWED to EVER call them, only owners/landlords are quote-unquote allowed to call them with questions/concerns. If I could rate them negative 5 stars I would.
