Got a basic pedicure and manicure. Didnt trim my toenails, did awful job of filing feet, and polish on both toes and fingers was sloppy. I always loved this salon until they changed hands a few months ago. I will never return.

Today at 11.00 am had an appointment for a pedicureI had asked for Jenny. Was told she was gone.I was handed a new list of services.Did not recognize any salon texts.Then asked. A new business.Prices went up.I got the Neko Spa deluxe treatment.Was not impressed from $57.00It was warm and I asked B what the temp was and he walked away saying he didnt know right by thermostat . Too busy on his phone and playing with people in the back.The man I had his name I was told was Long.I asked for nitrile gloves for I am allergic to latex. Was told by B I have been the only customer to request them.Really? They dont even allow latex in hospital s because so many people are allergic.I was disappointed in my pedicure my water had only water nothing else in it.I wont be back.

Best nail salon in Derry! They’re always so kind, professional and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing experience.

I LOVE this salon! The owners are phenomenal and hard working. So relaxing and quiet! Eric has been doing my nails lately and he is WONDERFUL! The dipping acrylic powder is absolutely a miracle! I highly recommend visiting Neko Nails!

Best in Derry! I was in a rush and asked for a Gel manicure and Regular Pedicure... not only did they get me done in an hour, but still got hot stones, Foot rub, shoulder massage, and hand massage with hot towel wrap ! Amazing job, fast and still got the VIP treatment!

Depends on who you get. Only once the lady was a bit rough. Everyone else has been great. My nails always look good. They do a good service.

Alright so I normally don’t do reviews on places however as I was bringing my fiancé into this place for the first time cause not only it’s hard to find places that open past 5 on Sunday but also the good reviews on this place. When we first went in here I think they had like 3 or 4 customers they were working with and my fiancé and she ask can she get a full set kindly and there was a guy who said “for your nails” and as he said that he looked at the clock and said it’s 65 for a full set is that ok for you? and he said it as like 1 we couldn’t afford it and 2 like he didn’t want to do it. Now I get it , it’s late and you are trying to be out and get as much done as u can but to come off like that as rude as possible in a passive aggressive way is pretty bad, ( and I wasn’t thinking color was in play) cause that was not the case, my fiancé was like. It’s ok we will go somewhere else and he playfully says bye. Again this place probably has great service which I wouldn’t be surprised but for a first time experience I wouldn’t go in there or have my fiancé go in there at all

I had no intention of further reviewing this business, until I was called a liar by the business. I dont take kindly to that.An apology was all I was after when I initially reviewed the business. Upon further inspection, it does seem they enjoy arguing with poor reviews. Not an appropriate business practice.Here was the review I posted on fb:This the worst mani/pedi Ive ever had.Painful - squeezed my foot, and when I yelped, was told it didnt hurt that bad. Nails crooked upon completion. Previous mani was ground off, and again, stated I was in pain. Tech ignored me, texted on his phone, and kept going. Ruined my nails to a paper thin texture. Ends of nails were not polished. See below for picsWorst part was two small kiddos [who seemingly were there because their parents worked there] SPIT A BALLOON IN MY FACE mid mani. Literally the child was blowing up a balloon in my face, the balloon left his lips, and chunks of SPIT and food were on my face as my nails were being done. Couldnt wipe off as my nails were wet.No thank you, never again.This mani was a gift (mid March), and Im grateful the gift giver recently shared with me she also had a poor experience, so I could finally post this review.Here was the salons response:Neko nails & spa- Im so sorry i have kids, I believe my kids not like you say, they naver rude for customers, they go daycare Monday to Friday after 5 pm nobody watch them so have come to the salon , i have no family in America thats why , and gel manicure we have 2 weeks warranty any problem we free fix for you , we are not the machines every single time make 1000% perfect, also our worker maybe important thats why text or messages , but thank you your reviews And thank you for never come back , because my kids will here ,

Courteous, efficient, fast and quality work describes this place perfectly. If I lived here I would come here on a regular basis.

Three times the price of surrounding salons. Go back to Boston.
