I highly recommend Indoor Doctor. We hired them for quality of air testing in our home due to worsening symptoms of my interstitial lung disease. They found mold in our finished basement room and high allergen counts in the kitchen family room area and the master bedroom. He recommended to get Austin Healthmate Jr. Air Filters ASAP which we did. We put one in the master bedroom, one in the family room/kitchen area and one in the basement room. He also recommended remediation of the basement room and the master bedroom which we are in the process of hiring someone to do. He recommended to pull up the carpets in the master bedroom and in the basement room and replace with flooring which we are in the process of hiring. Shortly after the Austinair filters were put in, I noticed a big difference in my symptoms. I have not been sick with pneumonia since they were put in and I have been coughing less.My husband and I have pestered Jeff with many questionsboth during the testing in our home and afterwards and he has been veryforthcoming, pleasant and never bothered by our calls or emails. We would recommend his company very highly. He is very knowledgeable and gave us so much information verbally while he was testing the house and answered all our many questions. We do not think anyone could do a better job than he did.

I was so satisfied with Jeff, who came in to test for mold and moisture. He was so very polite and informative, and the best thing of all was that he wasnt scared four dogs. In fact when he found out the owner has a non profit, he gave her a book about a wonderful dog. We were just so impressed with his kindness in general.

I have migraine and Vertigo from chemicals along with todays foods with GMOs etc etc and i have been fighting the cause of a burnt smell after fixing several parts of my oil system ,including a new oil tank/lines..chimney cleaned and added brand new stainless chimney liners and things improved but every once in awhile i still get that smell of burnt exhaust /oil and i am tempted to move when it is present because my heart hurts a little and my lungs hurt from breathing it in along with getting vertigo..but ..it doesnt always happen!! Jeff arrived at my home that same week to do the testing. I am chemically sensitive so indoor air quality is extremely important to my health. Jeff tested two houses for me, one that I rejected due to his insight on the cause and extent of thier IAQ issues and the home that I bought. In both cases, Jeff told me in great detail the construction issues that led to any IAQ problems, and recommended professionals to help me remediate these. In both homes, he showed me MANY things that the home inspectors absolutely misssed (2 different inspection companies!). In both cases, the scheduling was difficult and the homes were far away, yet Jeff made it work. His level of knowledge, courtosy, approachabiltiy and honesty are all outstanding.
