This doesn’t even deserve a one star. I drove an hour to get here and they DONT fix the computer. They just wipe it off with a Lysol wipe. They didn’t do anything I asked. To make it worse they BROKE my computer and it’s not fixable until the Apple stores open up again. I’m pretty sure all of these reviews are fake because I payed 90 dollars for my computer to be ruined

Real nice people and seem to know their business BUT get an estimate before you have them commit to working in your machine. I had a problem with charging and they tried plugging one of their chargers in. Ergo, needed a new charger! They didn’t have one in stock, which is fine, but they hit me for a $40 charge for diagnostic. I was in there for 10 minutes and they plugged a charger in. $40??

Katie was kind enough to reach out to our local schools and offer help to students that had noway to do remote learning at home during this difficult time.Wonderful company to help the community kids 😊

Dan and his team of great employees helped our small business in Rhode Island (two hours away from their home location) set up new computers and printers, fix our older computers and answer any other questions we may have. He is always available whenever I call and answers his phone right away! I recommend Wicked MoJo I.T. to anyone that has computer troubles! Its not everyday someone drives to you, never mind answers their phone when you call!

Dan was so helpful. My computer had major issues, too many to fix. He advised me on the best type of computer to buy. He could have charged me all that money to fix my computer, instead he advised me that purchasing a new computer would be the best financial situation. He also spent 3 hours trying to help me find my code for my Microsoft office. He charged me nothing. Very seldom do you come across businesses like this. Dan and Katie both said they are all about customer service and they absolutely are! I highly recommend their services. On a side note, I had called a popular company prior to Wicked Mojo and they only specialized in business customers, however, they recommended Wicked MoJo. Im so glad they did. They will now have a life time customer and I will absolutely send my friends their way.

You would think with all the good reviews this would be the company to do business with, but they arent. The service is below a 1. They didnt show for a scheduled appt. Didnt answer an email to schedule an appt weeks in advance. Didnt call us to let us know they would be late or show up at all. We called more than once to have someone reach back out to us. Nothing. No calls back or follow-up. How does anyone stay in business like that? We own businesses...just inconceivable to us. If you want to feel insignificant, then call these guys.

Dan and Katie are such nice people, and they really take care of their customers. I have been doing business with them since they opened, and they have always treated me fair and given me very reasonable prices. Trust me, you will be very satisfied with the customer service they provide, and the work they perform.

I had 2 laptops that were running slow, one wasnt running at all. Wicked MoJo was honest that basically neither was worth saving for the cost, and instead they salvaged the parts of each and made one working laptop. They saved me so much money, retrieved my data, gave me back a working laptop, and didnt try to rip me off! Turns out they could fix my phone screen too! Im definitely having Wicked MoJo do all my repairs in the future!

Dan did a great a great job for me this month when my Dell Studio laptop unexpectedly died and I had not recently backed it up. He diagnosed the issue for no charge and was honest in explaining that the price to fix it was not worth it. In its place, I got a beautiful refurbished Dell Vostro laptop with Windows 7 (my request) and better capabilities than my old laptop. He saved all of my important old files, set up my new computer, and had it all ready within 2 business days. The price was a real bargain and the convenience factor was huge.There was no wait to see him and he provided personalized attention throughout the process.I would highly recommend Dan Wilhelm at Mojo IT for all of your personal computer and business IT needs.
