They told me that they could get rid of the mice and also told me that I had a raccoon in the attic and they would take care of it. All for $1500.00. I agreed and they showed up for less than an hour and sprayed foam all around my house leaving a mess and never went into the attic. They also left a bunch of sticky pads and told usd to put them around the house. As you could imagine I called them up to complain. They sent another crew out to rectify. When they showed up they said there were no raccoon s in the attic and put two sticky pads up there for the mice.. They also cleaned the spray foam and put steel wool in the cracks and left. I then got an email saying there were no raccoon s in the attic and they dont do that anyway. I am 58 and never in my life have I taking a hosing like this. I wont get into the financial part of it but that is also terrible. Dont let this happen to you.

They charged me thousands of dollars for services not recieved when i sent the manger 24 images of the imcompleted work let alone my floor being ripped up and left in a pile instead of put back down he has completeley blown me off and this was the manager and the regional manager..... stay away they are a bait and switch company who will scam you

I called for a pest inspection when I heard a rodent in my wall. The inspector from Terminex came out and quoted me $11,000 and said I needed new insulation. He also said the financing was 10% interest and when I had the paperwork emailed to me it was 18% interest. I got a second opinion from a home inspector and another pest company ( All Creature Pest Control). The home inspector said the insulation was fine and All Creature Pest Control quoted me $500 for the pest removal. Im appalled by dishonesty of Terminex.

I called and scheduled an inspection because of yellow jackets in my house. They told me the inspection is a 2 hr window (no big deal) for the next day. Shortly after scheduling my inspection the inspector called me and tried to sell me a $1300 yearly contract, i told him thats more than i expected and i would talk to the inspector after his inspection (at this point is not urgent and Im not going to jump into a contract without A: an inspection and B: without taking to someone face to face). Well the guy no call no shows and i call the 1-800 number to cancel everything only to be forwarded by real person to wait on hold for over 20 min before hanging up. The inspector was unprofessional and waisted my time for someone who never showed up.

Had a appointment today and within two minutes of knocking on door left . Unbelievable terrible company.
