My husband and I got married here may 14 of this year and it was more than everything I thought I had imagined it would be. I doubt there is any other venue out there that goes above and beyond to make sure your special day is truly that special for the rest of your lives. Everything from the staff accommodating your needs 100 % for the entire event to the perfection of the venue itself inside and out. Everyone who attended the wedding has reached out to me saying that they have never been to a wedding that was so well put together as it was for ours and as fun as ours and to be honest that was all Birch Wood because I have not a clue what I’m doing when it comes to that stuff. Food is important for a lot of people. Most people enjoy eating, well the chefs here enjoy cooking and it shows! From the displays of the food to the taste, it was immaculate. The food was also a high topic conversation that people reached out to me about after the fact. This place truly cares about what you want for your day and you can really feel that! If your looking for your event to be perfect and everything you want it to be then I wouldn’t look past Birch wood vineyards. I now understand why the people who I know got married here said they booked it before they left the parking lot and it shows! It’s all around amazing and I’m not quite sure any wedding I go to in the future will be able to match the experience that we had. There aren’t enough words to truly articulate how amazing Birch Wood Vineyards is. We celebrated our wedding night on December 5, 2020 after planning our wedding for two years. We first met with Birch Wood Vineyards two weeks after our engagement, and received a swift response to our online inquiry. Melisa greeted us and walked us through the space we knew would be the perfect backdrop for our wedding. The rustic, cozy, and lodge-feel is perfect for any season; but in our case was a true show-stopper for our December winter wedding. The major perk - you have the whole site for your event! There’s no worry about directing your guests which room to find. Two grand event spaces - for a ceremony & reception and a cocktail hour room. It was so refreshing to see a space specific for the mingling and sipping guests would be doing between ceremony and reception. With a bridal suite and a groom’s den available, we enjoyed the whole day getting ready and celebrating with our wedding party! Of course there’s also the gorgeous vineyard and beautiful landscape for ceremony and/or pictures. Walk into the venue and you’ll be sold.For two years we prepared and planned and everything to-do was so clearly defined by the team at BWV. We never felt overwhelmed in the process; and anytime we had a question, someone on the team was eager to help! Did we mention our wedding was in 2020? You can imagine the constant concern and worry about hosting an event, but Melisa and the rest of the team kept us positive and grounded in hosting our wedding. The packages are suitable for any budget, customizable for anyone looking to add some extra enhancements, and even include a vendor package option, which was a great option for us as we saved time and didn’t face any stress in choosing the main vendors you search for when planning a wedding.The food to put it plainly is delicious, but to put it more robust - the food is undoubtedly the best food we have ever had at an event venue. (We aren’t biased that our wedding was hosted here!) The stationary hors doeuvres were so beautifully displayed and the passed hors doeuvres were actual melt-in-your-mouth bites of delicious food. So good that we indulged in the leftovers after the wedding in our hotel room! The dinner options are extravagant. There are so many options to choose from all with their unique flavor profile. The compliments we received were overwhelming and we could only agree that it was out of this world delicious.The team went above and beyond. We worked with Scott and Kasia the day of our wedding and they were so attentive, so kind, so professional. We were catered to with every step, every sip, and every smile. We are still in awe at the service we both received throughout our day. The bar staff was amazing: so personable, quick, and friendly. As we are very specific and detail-oriented people, there were nerves letting someone else decorate the space when there was a vision in mind - but we were ASTOUNDED by the way they ran with our vision and brought our decor and ideas to life.The service is impeccable, the grounds are gorgeous, and the venue was a wonderful location for the moment we began our forever! 10 out of 5 stars! My husband and I got married here on Sept. 2nd 2021. We wouldn’t have changed a thing. From our first visit to when we left on our wedding day the Birch Wood staff was phenomenal. We mostly worked with Shannon, Melisa and Kasia, every time we spoke everyone was so polite and answered all of our questions in a timely manor. We have a small wedding about 40 people and they never made us feel like that was an issue. When we were looking at venues some stopped talking to us when we mentioned we would be a small wedding. Ever step of the way BW was extremely helpful and accommodating. On the actually wedding day Kasia was incredible with keeping everyone up to speed on what the next steps were. I can not say enough positive things about our experience. The staff, the food, everything was amazing. I don’t have a single negative or even remotely negative thing to say about our experience. It was nothing short of amazing!!!

We went here for a wedding last night, This is a beautiful venue ! Beautiful outdoor area and the indoor area was amazing. The appetizers, food and drinks were excellent, and the service was second to none.... were so blessed to have been included in this wedding and have had the opportunity to take part in the festivities at Birch Wood Vineyards !

I cannot say enough good things about Birch Wood Vineyards! When we first went on a site tour back in August of 2019, everyone was so friendly, informative, caring and kind. And we had our wedding there last Friday and those qualities did not change. They made everything SO easy and fun. They would respond to emails quickly and with all the information requested. We changed our date and they were accommodating. They took care of contacting all of our vendors for us. We used the preferred vendors which made planning very easy since they work with those vendors regularly. The day of our wedding was perfect. The bridal suite was set up with food and drinks. The suite is perfect for doing hair and makeup, even with a large group. We had 9 of us there all day and 3 came later and it did not feel crowded. They had all of our decorations placed perfectly and coordinated the ceremony and reception perfectly. The food was delicious. Everyone raved about the cocktail hour appetizers, the portion sizes and how the dinner did not taste like typical wedding food. The service was also great, not only for us but other guests said that it was great. Everything from our end was great! We had guests talking, texting and calling us the next day saying this was the best wedding they had ever been to! I could go on and on. Thank you Birch Wood for the greatest wedding ever!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Birch Wood Vineyards! From the very beginning when they accommodated us last minute for a tour of the venue, up until we left on our wedding night, the staff went above and beyond for us. They were so helpful in answering my many questions and patient with all the times we changed our minds about the little details. They made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout the entire wedding planning process. Shannon and Melisa were always quick to respond to emails which was such a stress reliever! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to the incredible staff. They set up our ceremony and reception space with all our decorations exactly as we imagined it. They truly didn’t miss a beat the entire day. KASIA made sure all of us were well taken care. Her and Rachel were so kind and helpful after the ceremony in helping to hold flowers, keep us hydrated, and most importantly- make sure our day was exactly what we wanted. When some stitching came loose on my dress they were there with safety pins in a flash. We even had a couple of kids at the ceremony who were greeted with coloring books - a fun surprise we had no idea coming (and the kids and their parents loved it). Every member of the Birch Wood Vineyards staff was so kind, it made our entire wedding day that much more special. I certainly can’t leave out all the amazing food! From the mac n cheese martinis to the salads to dinner itself, everything was delivered and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. I could go on and on about Birch Wood Vineyards, but I’ll end by saying that it is the most amazing venue with an incredible staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding.

Here for a wedding. Service is pleasant and food was okay. Did get a laugh when I asked for a cheese burger when it clearly was not on the menu.On a side note, Now I like the look of a wood decor but I cant myself to like the look of the decor of this place. Even the layout feels off. This place has a fireplace but dont get fooled like I did, its gas fed. Major turn off. If you have a fireplace in my opinion, use wood not gas.

It was quite the pleasant experience when attending a family members wedding here. They were very accommodating to food allergies and were mindful to asking ingredients. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and beautiful property!

This place is STUNNING! Its a wonderful sized venue for a wedding with diverse rooms/grounds outside available as well. The food and drink were A+ too - but the best part was the staff: my girlfriend and I befriended one of the servers during cocktail hour (named Emma) and we made a joke as she was walking around that well never say no to what they were offering, (again, the food was unreal), and Emma told us no one ever lasts the full hour before getting full and needing to decline. We asked what would happen if we were the first, and Emma said we would get a certificate. So, being the naturally competitive people that we are, we settled in and didnt decline any offer of bruschetta, mini cheesesteaks, or mac & cheese balls. Emma could not believe it, and congratulated us at the conclusion of it as we moved into the other room for dinner. After dinner, Emma comes out of the back with two hand-written papers stating Congrats! You ate during ALL of cocktail hour! Birch Woods and it absolutely made our night :D So thank you Birch Woods, and thank you Emma :)Would absolutely recommend!

We had our wedding last night after having to postpone from 2020. All I can say is, it is the morning after the wedding and we just had to leave a review already. This venue, the staff and the vendors are PHENOMENAL. From being flexible and patient helping us navigate COVID postponements, answering our many emails promptly, to the day of service. The entire night we had guests coming up to us telling us what we already knew, their service, food and venue is the best around. The vendor package was amazing and we could not recommend Bob Stackpole from Get down tonight entertainment, Nicole Britton for flowers and precious moments for videography. We cannot say enough amazing things about Scott, his staff and the venue! We wish our night could’ve lasted forever! THANK YOU!!

My son and fiance had viewed this venue over a year ago and were so happy to get married at this venue. However then Covid became an complication in there dreams of having the perfect wedding, they both lost their part time jobs which was helping them pay for their wedding expenses. They were making payments monthly but them decided it was not feasible for them to continue payments because of financial issue. When they contacted the owners they were less then compassionate about trying to work out a solution and refused to refund any of the money they had been paying because of the contract. I am writing this message to make everyone aware that if you select this venue that you are absolutely sure of all the fees and make sure you read all of the fine print before you sign on the line. Because once you do there is no getting any refund in (my sons case $4000.00) was lost and you can never get a reply from any correspondence you send to them.

Oh my gosh! This place was perfect for my cousins wedding. Everything was beautiful and the staff was always helpful. Definitely recommend this place! Even during the pandemic, they made bridal dreams come true.

I had my wedding here recently and I cannot say enough nice things about the venue and the staff!The venue is very nice with a rustic feel. Its well laid out and my guests really appreciated that there is a whole room with seating for the cocktail hour.While the venue itself was really great, what out-shined even the event space was the incredible attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. From the early planning stages all the way through execution, the staff truly functioned as bona fide wedding planners helping to organize the vendors and keep the event on track.I especially appreciated that the venue had us fill out drink orders for the wedding party so they could bring us drinks and passed hors doeuvres out in the vineyard while we were all taking pictures. Combined with the staff members that they dedicated to helping arrange the wedding dress and support the photographers, we got our photos done quickly were back inside and able to join our guests for a bit of the cocktail hour before the festivities kicked off.Literally everything I ate that night was delicious, and all of my guests have commented that the food was top notch.I cannot recommend this venue enough! Thank you so much for everything!

2020 is a tough year to do anything. To start the year weddings were banned, and of course like many engaged couples we were in a panic. From the many emails from the Birchwood staff to a personal call from the owners we were assured no matter what, in some way our wedding was safe at Birchwood even if we have to move the date. Having your venue and your vendors behind you during one of if not THE hardest times on the industry was incredible. Through it all we knew that we were blessed to have pick such wonderful people to help us with our big day. When they say you get what you pay for, I don’t think we could have paid enough for the piece of mind Birchwood gave us in the early days of 2020.Fast forward to the day of and we are facing a snow storm in October. While it happens once and a while, not something you plan for often. Of course you want things to be perfect, and this was a new hurdle. The venue had the lot plowed, the paths shoveled and the fire places burning. In what could have been a real downer of a day due to weather, it really turned into something special do to their focus on details.Every vendor from our package was great. The DJ, the photos, the video, the cake and the limo. All of it went so smoothly day of for us which really allowed us to just have a good time and celebrate. If you use Birchwood, trust their vendors you won’t be let down (shout out to Get Down Tonight Entertainment, Precious Moments videography, Chickidee Hill cakes and Black Tie Limos).And finally, the staff. Kasia was with us from minute one day of the event. She and her team executed our vision for decorations flawlessly. Many times making recommendations that really added to the event or were better than our own ideas. Having a team that knows how to keep a schedule for us was wonderful, it allowed us to hit every important moment with out having to worry about it much ourselves. I can’t state enough how wonderful the Birchwood staff was for us. Our friends and family were raving about how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the food was and overall just the great night they had at our wedding. Speechless on how hard they work to make everything perfect.My parting advice to future couples looking at Birchwood, cancel your other visits because you will not be able to do better. We have our company Christmas party at Birch Wood, Easter brunch, attend all the wine events and have been to a few weddings as well. Amazing venue and always top-notch food and service!

Went here this weekend for a wedding and it was beautiful. The overall theme of the interior is a beautiful rustic/country and its carried throughout the building.I was in the wedding party, and therefore didnt get a chance to try out the appetizers, but everyone seemed to love them.The meals were good and served by excellent and very friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure every guest was happy.

Beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding. Only downfall were the cars traveling on the road nearby. It wasnt constant, but noticeable.After the outdoor wedding we were free to travel inside or out to enjoy drinks & hors doeuvres. The indoor area closest to the grounds were nicely air conditioned. It was an open bar, but the drinks were watered down which I can understand, but they paid per person for the open bar so Im sure it added up in cost.In reception room, guest list was cut in half because of Covid so tables were separated and only 6 at a table were allowed. Beautiful room. Nicely decorated. Big dance floor and many people took advantage of it.Entrees were chicken wrapped in bacon, filet mignon and a vegetarian choice. Filet mignon could only be cooked medium rare or very well. Chicken was a bit dry. To the left of the bar there was a dessert and coffee table to help yourself.All in all it was a beautiful reception. Entrees could have been better. The staff was outstanding and very accommodating.

Really nice venue

A really nice place for an event! Food was excellent, staff was nice (the man behind the bar was so nice when my small son kept trying to run behind the bar). It is a fancy venue which would be good for a wedding or adult event (we went for a 1st birthday and it was probably a little upscale for that but they did have a childrens food side for the buffet).

My husband and I got married here on 6.9.18. It was a fairy tale! They were absolutely amazing from the coordination, food and presentation. They were so on point that my wedding went off flawlessly. I just remember all the advise from people make sure you eat, drink water, etc dont forget. This place didnt allow us to forget! They were always checking in with us with apps, waters and our drinks. It really was amazing!

My nephew was married there last Sunday. The grounds are beautiful and the function hall itself was absolutely beautiful. The staff was more than accommodating, greeting everyone as we came in. Food was excellent. Highly recommend the Birch Wood to anyone.

My husband and I got married at Birch Wood Vineyards on April 20, 2018 and it was amazing! From the beginning of planning, the whole team at Birch Wood has been so helpful. Amanda and Melisa were both rock stars when it came to answering all of my questions throughout the entire planning process. On the day of the wedding Kasia was perfect, she kept everything on plan and smooth sailing. The food was amazing, drinks were great and the day was an absolute fairy tale. I am still getting compliments from my family and friends. I would hands down recommend this venue to any future Mr. and Mrs!

From day one we realized we were talking to a professional staff. Beautiful location, attention to detail was exceptional. My wife and I highly recommend this facility. Our sons wedding was past weekend. Over 100 people attended and made the same comments. Holiday Inn newly renovated, only 13 min away from Birchwood. Bus shuttle available hotel to venue and return. 5 star rating.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The band I play in did a gig here back in June 2016 shortly after the interior was redone. Very very nicely done. The woodworking is superb. Food was great.

Wedding was beautiful

From the moment we stepped through the doors on our tour of the venue until we picked up all of our belongings the day after our wedding… Birchwood Vineyards was nothing short of AMAZING! Throughout the year long process, we had numerous requests and questions that never fell on deaf ears. Something as simple as picking what meals we wanted to more complex requests like allowing us to tow a classic car up and park the trailer on their property for the event (as it was mid-winter)… the answer was never NO! We were always welcomed by smiling faces and willing hands to help with anything we needed throughout the process. We cannot thank every single person who was involved in the front of the house or the back of the house enough for making our once in a lifetime event this amazing! Some of our guests echoed our feelings that the grounds were picturesque, multiple interior fireplaces made it feel cozy, the decorations were gorgeous and the food was remarkable. We look forward to returning to celebrate key milestones in our life together and hopefully someday attending another wedding there. For anyone looking for a rustic and elegant wedding venue that has everything you could wish for (all on site), I would recommend checking out Birchwood Vineyards.

Our daughter got married on 10/26/19. EVERYTHING was perfect. Birchwood is a well oiled machine. Scott and Alyssa were amazing!! They were attentive, but not intrusive. They greeted all of our guests and made sure everyone was pleased and being well taken care of. They made the wedding party feel special and spoiled. Every vendor we used had been recommended by Birchwood and had nothing but wonderful things to say about Birchwood. They work as a team and do it beautifully. As the parents of the bride we were elated with all of their attention. We didn’t have to worry about anything. Our prep time before the wedding was well attended by Scott and Alyssa. They made sure we had everything we needed for a great day. I can’t say enough positive things about the team at Birchwood. I cannot say enough amazing things about Birch Wood Vineyards! If you want the most magical wedding that you could have ever dreamed of, then please book your wedding with this venue! The Birch Wood team guided us through the entire wedding process with so much support and advice. Kasia and Melisa were always so prompt with responding to emails and making sure I never felt lost during the planning process. I always felt confident that I could trust them to take care of everything and bring my wedding vision to life! I cant even begin to describe how gorgeous the venue is, especially in the summer months. Our wedding was in July, and between the amazing blooming flowers and the grape vines, we could not have pictured a more beautiful backdrop for our outside ceremony. Their reception room is so gorgeous and has that perfect rustic romantic feel to it. Their bridal suite is also to die for! It is so gorgeous and bright, which was perfect for our getting ready photos. Kasia, Scott, Melisa, and Carina were always coming up to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Our wedding day was definitely warm to say the least, and it was so awesome that we were able to fill out a form ahead of time and choose what drinks we wanted, as well as our entire bridal party, and they were waiting for us outside as soon as we walked over to start taking pictures. Sarah was so amazing during the process of getting me down the aisle and taking pictures after the ceremony. There was an issue with my bustle right before the reception and she pinned me up and fixed it so fast that I didnt even have time to stress about it! Carina was also very helpful while taking photos by grabbing safety pins to fix my bustle and running up to get my sandals because I was sinking in the grass in my heels during photos! During the reception, Scott was always checking in on both of us and was so attentive and supportive the entire night. He made sure we sat down and had something to eat, kept us on track with the events throughout the night, and was always right there when we needed him for anything at all. I also cant say enough phenomenal things about the food! We chose the filet mignon and the chicken toscana and they were both AMAZING! We had so many people come up to us saying the filet mignon melted in their mouths. My bridal party also would not stop talking about the coconut chicken hors d’oeuvres! At the end of the night, Scott and the team had already packed all of our decorations up and had loaded everything in our cars before the reception was over so that we would make it to our after party before the bar closed. They also packed up multiple take out boxes for us with cake, our leftover dinner, and plenty of grilled cheese from our late night snack station! Scott and Sarah escorted us to our cars after the night was over, and I cant lie and say that I didnt get a little teary eyed when we all hugged goodbye and thanked them for truly making our day so incredibly perfect. We have heard SO many times that our wedding was the best wedding our guests have ever been to. A huge heartfelt thank you to the team we worked directly with for the past year and a half, the amazing chefs and staff that absolutely killed it during the wedding with the amazing food and the incredible service, the bartenders who worked so hard to keep the drinks coming all night, and to everyone who also worked behind the scenes to create this amazing day for us!!!

Kasia and Melissa were so on top of things and had a solution to every problem with no stress on me. When the wedding day came the staff were absolutely priceless, staying on top of your every need without being in the way and making every person feel like family. Their grounds are beautiful, their food is incredible and their vendor package makes your wedding planning simple. All of our guests kept saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to...Birchwood is truly the best!

Very beautiful place! Rustic but classy as well. Staff was amazing, the wedding was on New Years Eve. They all seemed like they didnt mind working on a holiday. Michelle, one of the servers was amazing! All my food was hot, anything I asked for I had in minutes. She made me feel like I had a personal waitress when she was serving several people at the same time! Kasha and I believe Steve, the coordinators, made sure everything was done smoothly and we were all taken care of. The bartender Nick was really great and remembered my drink! Very very exceptional service. I cant remember the DJs name but the music was great and it was the best wedding ever!

Beautiful venue that paid attention to detail when creating such a beautiful space. Staff was also exceptional, the GM introduced himself to every table to see if anyone needed anything, Would reccomend.

My baby sisters wedding ceremony and reception held at this location . Because of heavy rain the venue was switched to inside and I feel it was no deficit to the occasion.

If I could give this place a thousand stars I would. 1st of all the venue has this gorgeous rustic chic look. The whole staff is beyond this world. My husband and I got married there a week ago and they exceeded our expectations. They are the most accomodating and flexible staff (amongst other great things). They will work with you to deliver the event of your dreams. The minute we stepped into the venue we were sold by the courteous staff. From event planner to chef; everyone we worked with gave us exactly what we envisioned and more. Again a big THANK YOU to the manager Scott, our favortite event planner Melisa along with her mother Kasia, Amanda, Sarah and the list could go on...They are simply the best.

It truly is hard to put into words how incredible it was to work with the Birch Wood Vineyards staff. The property alone, inside and out, is absolutely breath taking, but to have an ENTIRE staff as attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant as they do, is close to impossible to top.We were greeted at our initial visit by Melisa with a smile and a warm welcome who proceeded to give us a tour and sat down to look thru the different options and potential dates available for 2018. We were shocked when they only had two dates left in October 2018 but now, having experienced our own wedding there, we completely understand why. We left our initial visit and within three hours, called to confirm October 14, 2018 for our wedding. This was without a doubt, the easiest decision for us in the planning process.Our taste testing was that of a real wedding. We experienced cocktail hour as if we were guests at a wedding along side many other couples who also chose Birch Wood as their venue. We ate dinner in the room in which our reception would be held which included a salad, four mini entrees and desert. The food was INCREDIBLE!Various meetings were scheduled with Melisa and Amanda throughout the months leading up to our wedding where they kept us on track for deposits, to ensure we covered all details and to answer any questions we may have had. I must have emailed them 20 times with questions and each time I received a response within three days with a detailed answer and excitement for our wedding as if it were their own.Upon arrival for our rehearsal, Kasia was by the door with a cart ready to load all of our decor and misc items for the wedding the next day. Scott took inventory of all items that were dropped off and made sure to fully understand how we pictured everything to be set up. Our cocktail hour sheet for the bridal party and parents (yes, they take your drink choices in advance and have them ready with your passed apps immediately following the ceremony) was reviewed. Kasia and Scott showed a level of excitement that once again, assured us that our wedding would be perfect.We arrived the day of the wedding and both Kasia and Scott were extremely attentive to us throughout the day, kept us on track, had the guys pinned and were there as we took our foot steps out of the building to walk down the isle.Throughout the night they made sure we had everything we needed and that expectations were met. The food was incredible and the service on all fronts absolutely blew us away. As I took a last walk around, Scott had my car packed of all decor, packaged food, gifts, cards and cake. He handed me the keys to come back any time the next day and tanked us for choosing them for our wedding.The level of service is truly remarkable and Birch Wood Vineyard should be known for not only their beautiful venue but most importantly, their impeccable service and knowledgeable and pleasant staff. They gave us a wedding better then we could have ever imagined and have been told by numerous guests that they too noticed the service and that it was the best wedding they have been to.Birch Wood Vineyards, we will never be able to thank you enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. We feel extremely fortunate to have worked with you and are thankful to look back for years to come and remember how big of an impact you had on one of the best days of our lives. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The inside is a little dated, but its a fantastic space for events such as weddings and looks great when dressed up.
